Additionally the person answers the phone has you repeat yourself multiple times. It really should not so complicated I called the restaurant at 7pm to check the status of my order tonight and they said it was an additional 45 minutes after placing the order at 6:30pm. I was getting ready to drive to the restaurant and two minutes later the delivery guy rang my bell. Last week on a Saturday night we called 3x times after getting hung up on twice to place an order for fajitas. After waiting an hour, the delivery guy called to say he was outside however poor guy was given the wrong address. We ended up cancelling our order due to the lack of professionalism and poor service. At that point I didn't even want the fajitas. The food is great however the service for delivery is not good at all.
