It's a food truck that looks like it's permanently set up and seems like a favorite of locals. So many interesting options but we went for the birria which was a steal and so tasty. I love getting tacos from this truck. They are never a miss. Lengua (beef tongue) and suadero (shredded beef) are my favorites. No matter how much I'm ordering, I never have to wait too long. They're always busy so you know the food never sits too long. Hubby always gets chicken for himself and our tot. The steak is OK but kind of dry IMO. Their Al Pastor tacos are really good, juicy pork served with pineapple pieces. Always get your tacos "con todos", with cilantro and onion, and definitely order an extra grilled onion. All of their tacos come with grilled onion, lime, cucumber slices and sliced radishes. My son always gets chorizo, lengua and spicy pork but after convincing him to tey the al pastor, I think that will be in the rotation from now on. read more

With the stomach (tripe) you have to be careful because not many people know how to prepare it. When I got my order, I took a bite of the stomach taco, and I have to say that they're very well seasoned, no funny taste. The 4 tacos came with the typical sides plus onion which is damn delicious side to add to tacos, all 4 were delicious, the tacos really exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly even though there was a bunch of customers coming in at different directions since there wasn't a clear cut line (every man for themselves in this case). There is no sitting area but there is a little "table" connected to the truck to just stuff down your tacos really quickly. I thought the taste of the tacos were superb to be honest, but my friend didn't like it because he said it was too spicy. I usually don't like large pieces of scallions but the way the grilled it made me eat my friend's scallion too. Found out about this food truck last year from a friend and was a little sketchy about trying them (Food trucks creep me out. Don't know why. They just do) but thank god I did. They are located near Pelham Parkway about a block down from the train station. During the summer the wait can be a little hefty (I waited about 30 minutes one time) but it's very much worth it. Tacos are super cheap ($1.75), super flavorful and super simple (double tortilla, meat, cilantro, onions). I highly recommend the chorizo, al pastor and steak tacos. All orders come with sliced radishes, cucumbers and limes on the side. They also bless you with green and red (spicy) sauce on the side which are both a MUST try on the tacos. read more
