Everything is onions, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and fresh grated cheese on top. Lastly, I ordered 1 Camarones/Shrimp taco simply with onions. At Totopos, you will be full either way so prepare to have leftovers or a two part meal-- certainly enough to share so no need to be greedy. On our latest visit, I got three tacos (grilled chicken, and pork) and my company got the pork burrito. The pork was described as being a gyro-style pork and that got my attention-- if you've read my past reviews you'll know why! In any case, I just couldn't choose one type of protein so tacos allowed for variety. The shrimp was the winner, followed by the pork and then the chicken. The place is clean, but be aware they don't have a bathroom for customers. They do have fresh beverages like hibiscus (jamaica), Tamarindo and horchata, as well as canned/jarred brand name drinks. The service was friendly and patient. Be aware that the food is made upon ordering and from scratch so plan ahead. Check it out when in the area.
