Ordered from here once and never went back. If you want food that's cooked all the way thru go to goodies or the place on Bryan's road.

Ordered some carryout tonight, had to try some local cuisine. We got crispy beef (requested not…read moresuper spicy) and general tso chicken. Both sauces on the meats were amazing. Lots of flavor. The chicken was breaded with a large coating and not much chicken. Not out of normal for American Chinese food. The crispy beef was lightly battered. The beef had the sauce coating it so the batter had def soaked up some of the sauce and wasn't extremely crispy. The fried rice was decently good, had bean sprouts and onions in it. Needed a little more flavor and less smokiness. All in all, we would def come back and order again! Jake n kev

They made a mistake with my order which I noticed before leaving the establishment. I asked them to correct the order and the cashier/order taker was incredibly rude, screamed and shouted at me in English, and then continued to scream in Chinese to the cook in the kitchen for a straight 5 minutes that it took to correct the order. She kept referencing specific items on my order in English while yelling to her coworker in Chinese. The food was warm but not even hot. I have been patronizing this establishment for over a decade and won't go back. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer.

Toi was well seasoned and slightly crunchy like I like it. It's sauce was genuine. It gets an "E" for excellent! The soup gets an "E" too. They used a chicken stock, not broth. Cooks know the difference and I am a cook. The dumplings were fried well, brown on one side and the pork filling was delicious. The pork fried frice was delicious. The rice was properly cooked with onions, bean sprouts, and fried egg. They made it the original way, no short cuts. The scallion patties were new to me. It was a little greasy and could have used a little seasoning. I heated them in the microwave on a paper towel and seasoned them with a little salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Then it was really good! I will make this restaurant my favorite Asian restaurant for now on because their flavor meets my own

While the menu is expansive, many of the dishes are very similar, i.e. they have the same brown sauce as a component. Nonetheless, all the dishes we have tried are good. I'm partial to the wonton soup. I also like the moo-shi pork (though they would be even better if they heated the moo-shi pancakes before putting them in the foil). Orders are always ready for pick-up within 15 minutes. Service is very friendly. I haven't used the online ordering system because it is so easy to just call in my order.

While it was…read moremuch more sweet than pepper, it had a very nice flavor and made we want to go back for more. On the miss side, the kung pao chicken was odd. This is my favorite Chinese dish, and this was quite different in flavor than any I have tried (and not in a "good" different kind of way). There was also a periodic flavor that made me pause, sniff the food, and wonder if it was a bit on the bad side. I couldn't finish even half a bowl of it, and that's frustrating. The hunan chicken, while resembling chicken and broccoli given how much broccoli and how little carrots were in the dish, also had a nice flavor that made it a pleasurable meal. Lastly, on the miss side, for 3 dishes I got 3 small sides of rice. This was not nearly enough rice for 3 meals. The small side is enough for a serving of food, but when the container can be easily split into 2 filling servings, one baby rice container is insufficient. Rice isn't nearly the most expensive cost that goes into a meal so please be a tad for generous! Mostly good food with a huge ovation for the black pepper chicken, an approving head nod for the hunan chicken, and a significant thumbs down for the kung pao and rice portion.

The Woodbridge area is not a hotbed for authentic Chinese cuisine so even though they offer some dishes that sound on paper to be less Chinese American like wonton noodle soup with roast pork (a Cantonese classic), it ended up being a mishmash of leftover stir fried veggies with lo mein noodles rather than the signature thin egg noodles and the wonton filling used a cheap cut of minced pork. The only saving grace was that the broth was not laden with MSG, which would have been expected to substitute for a well simmered broth. My advice is to stick with the Chinese American classics like lo mein, beef and broccoli, general Tao's chicken, etc since they execute them well and give two scoops of rice with a lunch special proving $7.95. I think they keep their costs down since it is curbside pickup without delivery or dine in, a consequence post-pandemic which they never decided to reverse. An excellent option if you want solid Chinese -American fare at below market price in the style of a drug deal pickup.

Next, I drove there to find the door was locked, and I had to call in my order from outside. So, I ordered vegetable fried rice, Szechuan chicken, and a spring roll. I did not enjoy anything. The chicken was chewy, and its sauce was too salty. The vegetables and rice were not fresh; and the spring roll tasted like it was store bought and frozen. Sorry, I am just being honest. I am sure they had a good reason for locking their doors; and I respect this. However, they need to ask customers what type of condiments they want and not assume a hand full of soy sauce to the already salty food.
