Well, disappointed yet again. I wanted to try the Cantonese BBQ Brisket they were advertising for this week, only to be told that they were out of until tomorrow. I don't understand how they didn't order enough to last for the limited time. I went ahead and got the Korean beef with fried rice. Whatever sauce they used on it, was too sweet. The meat tasted like it was overcooked and hard. That really was the last time for me. so I just got home from ordering food from panda express. I got the firecracker shrimp bowl and the beef and broccoli bowl and guess what? They gave me one shrimp in the whole bowl and there was maybe two little slivers of beef in the beef and broccoli.!! I didn't even call him to complain because you know what-I learned my lesson today I will never go back there. I even donated to their little cause. They have going on over there today but I won't be going back. I won't be recommending it and I just found it wild that they didn't give you any meat just noodles and rice, I mean I can have that right here at home in 10 minutes on my stove so panda express I won't be attending y'all restaurant anymore it's ridiculous. I went to this location two times over the past week. Both times, the staff were courteous and the food was prepared the same. I felt like the portions were generous and that the food tasted good. I went through the drive-through both times and I felt like I was served in a timely manner. I got the teriyaki chicken so the sauce was on the side in a plastic pouch. Went for some late night lo-main, I don't know if the cook rushed the order or what, but this chicken lo-main was uneatable. We said "send it back we will just take the buffet." We go to pay the bill and the manager made us pay for the lo-main we sent back. He threaten to call the police immediately. We kept telling him it was not made the same way, I mean we eat at least 3-4 orders of lo-main there a month, we know the taste we are looking for. Didn't matter, he would not budge, didn't matter if the cook did a poor job or not we had to pay or the cops would be called (he had the phone in his hand and the non-emergency police number printed on the wall next to the cash register so I imagine he threatens calls to the police on every customer who complains) Restaurants have to be held to some kind of standard. They can't do a lousy job and then, all most as if planned, threaten to call the cops if you don't pay full price for lousy food or service or both. read more

We like Panda Express as a quick option for a bite to eat, and were passing through town this evening and decided to stop at this location. We were pleasantly surprised ( not that we expected poor service, this was just noticeably great service by all those at this location) by the outstanding service by everyone at the location, the young lady serving the menu options, the young lady checking us out, the gentleman in the back preparing the food, they were all very courteous, professional, and as I mentioned we were pleasantly surprised, at how genuinely wonderful and polite/pleasant they ALL were. Great group you have at this location, thank you, and keep up the great work, it definitely is noticed. read more

I ordered the 3 entrée plate: Kung Pao Chicken (BURNT TO A CRISP AND TASTED AWFUL), Beijing Beef (BURNT TO A CRISP AND TASTED AWFUL) and Black Pepper Chicken. The black pepper chicken was nice but EVERYTHING else was so terrible. The chow mein was hard and dry. Tasted like it was a week old and took up 2/3 of the box. I only received a small amount of meat. I will not be going back here. I have had Panda Express in other places and loved it but there is NO WAY I will attempt to go back here again and waste my money. read more

Went there to eat 6/20/17 stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes before someone came to seat me. The waiter was good but the food was HORRIBLE! They said they had a hibachi grill but there was no meat on it and hardly anything and no one to help you or they act like they don't speak English. I then began to explain to them that what it said on line is that they close at 12am and the man on the phone was extremely rude saying that they don't do online orders. One of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to and I've been to a lot. Very nice friendly staff priced great and the food is always fresh. There are plenty of options for adults and kids and my husband loves the fresh sushi. read more

For a buffet style restaurant Panda wasn't bad at all. Though we wen in close to closing they still had a full buffet bar which I was extremely impressed by. The honey chicken was the best I've ate in 4 states, the only downer was I wasn't able to get any sushi, it actually looked like the sushi bar hadn't been used in a while. read more
