My opinion on Panda Express is still the same as far as the food goes, but I do like there orange chicken. I feel like you get more food in the bowl than you do for the plate. The fried rice is ok, but I had better at a actual Chinese restaurant. They do have a app for you to rack up on free food which is always a plus. BEWARE! Employees here running a scam and overcharging credit cards! Dine at your own risk! BEWARE! I had a bad experience with another Panda Express a few years ago, and haven't been to one since. But it was a rainy night and I was hungry for Chinese, so I decided to give this place a try again. BIG MISTAKE! I should've known better... I used the drive through to order my meal. The person on the other end asked if I wanted to round up my charge for a nonprofit they were supporting - I said No. Now, a rational person would think that no means no. But not to these folks.... upon getting home and opening my meal I discovered that 1) my meal was incorrect and didn't have the food selection that I ordered and 2) they HAD indeed rounded up my purchase price without my permission. Completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone, but that I (I!!!!) could get back out in the rain to get my money back. Umm.. excuse me?! YOU FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Well... if you know me, my next call was to corporate. They apologized sincerely, offered to send coupons to make up for the meal and over charge, and would get back to me so I could share my experience with others. Great value for the amount of food you get. I've never had an issue with service, they are always very fast and the food is very good.

While I like their food, esp for fast Chinese, we just haven't had the best experience here. The staff are usually very abrupt with us. We have been charged for their charity, despite declining the option. We have repeatedly been given wrong orders, which is also very frustrating. The food is decent, and scratches that itch for Chinese food, but it's just not worth the hassle. That's probably why we only come here once or twice a year, despite their proximity to our house. There are other, better, options out there. read more

Wow. This was pretty bad. I usually try to find SOMETHING positive about a food establishment, but I'm beginning wonder how or why this place is still open. I gave it one star because it didn't take long to get my order. But once I got home and looked at my food, I understand why the line moved quickly! Everything looks the same! I ordered the two entree plate, Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Angus steak with fried rice. I don't know where to start. I am attaching photos of my lunch. I was shocked to see that the ORANGE chicken DID NOT look, nor taste like ORANGE chicken. Also, it is dark meat orange chicken so it was more breading than meat. There were MAYBE four small pieces of steak. And it DID NOT look like the photo! Shocker! I didn't have ANY red or green peppers with the steak, only two or three slivers if onions and some very wilted and sorry looking pieces of broccoli...well, I guess it was supposed to be broccoli. The fried rice was DRY, mushy and boring. *sigh* I paid a little under $10 for what was not even worth $5! Do yourself a favor and go to an authentic Chinese restaurant and NOT a chain! This was my second time trying Panda at this location. I went the first month it opened and it was JUST ok, but I wasn't impressed. I had no idea Panda Express had catering as an option, but I highly recommend!! They had different options for different size crowds and honestly it was so much food! Huge portions. They allow you to mix and match side and protein options as well. The 18-22 person catering size was 3 sides and 3 proteins (large containers). It honestly could serve 30 probably. Everything was prepared fresh and was the best Panda Express food we have ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Fulfilled my request for sauces to accompany the meal and even helped me carry my order out to my car. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and clean. It felt more upscale than a typical fast food. Lots of seating available. Overall it was a great experience. read more

Decided to swing through the drive thru to pick up an egg roll and order of cream cheese Rangoons to go with some homemade fried rice for dinner. The Chicken Egg Roll was good. Completely disappointed in the Rangoon. Not only were they over cooked almost to the point of inedible, there was none of the accustomed sweetness to the cream cheese mixture. I typically enjoy my dine in visits for lunch at other locations but next time I will stick with my usual go to for egg rolls, Rangoon and hot & Sour Soup to enjoy with my dinner despite the convenience of the drive thru. read more

Had to knock on the door three times because the dining area was locked while I was waiting at the front. 1st time they were preparing my food, 2nd time they were waiting on the chowmein, 3rd time waiting on teriyaki chicken. I finally had panda express and I'm pretty disappointed. I always hear people hype it up but this is what I get for 10$. Kinda weird I get 20% main meat and 80% rice, even weirder that wontons count as a entree item instead of a appetizer or side. For a drive thru Chinese place I guess its ok and it's fast but it's very meh when you have so many better options. It hurt my heart when I opened my plate up and majority of the to go late is nothing but rice. I'll give it two more tries but this really killed my experience. read more

Why on a Friday night would you only have 1 cashier and 1 server in front! We waited 10 minutes just to place our order. Once we got to the front almost everything was gone. I was told the mushroom chicken would take 5 minutes, so I waited.. that was a lie. I guess the look of frustration was showing so they offered me 2 free drinks while I waited. I chose sweet tea (WHICH THEY WERE OUT OF). I gave both drinks back and continued to wait. I watched the cook prepare the food. I'm not sure what happened to this place but the last few times I've been I've had a bad experience. They open at 10:30 and I got there at 10:50 and they said that they weren't open. This has happened a couple of times to me. They also don't have the food prepared most of the time. This time I ordered orange chicken and fried rice and it took 15 minutes to get my food. While most Panda Express locations are good, this one is managed horribly. You can count on them not having your favorite entree, or white rice (?!?) at least 50% of the time. 5:00 on Friday? They will tell you they are out of everything hoping you decide to leave and not order so they won't have to make you anything. This is the 3rd time they've said this to me this month, it's actually every time if it's around 8pm. They close at 9pm on weekdays and I would understand if it was 845 or later but I just tried to place an order at 7:54pm and they told me they were out of everything except Orange Chicken and some kind of shrimp..? They had no fried rice, white rice, nor lo mein noodles...?!? Okay... get your lazy ass up and make some!!! I will say the food is always good if you can get the bum employees to serve you. We've given this location too many chances. The food is inconsistent, but bad more often than good. There won't be any more chances after my wife and son got food poisoning today. I eat here at least once per week and have to say it is pretty good for the price. I am a fan of most of the dishes, but the black pepper chicken and kung pao chicken tend to be heavy on the veggies and light on the meat. The teriyaki chicken is the best value; grilled chicken breast grilled with a nice not-too-sweet soy based sauce.
