When I walked in, I was greeted by what looked like a young teenager at the register. He was polite, but when I asked whether the wings were breaded or naked (since I'm trying to stick to a restrictive diet), he wasn't sure and couldn't give me a clear answer. That was a little surprising since it seems like something the staff should be familiar with. I ordered the 8-piece buffalo wings and specifically asked for no fries or bread. I was given a table place card and a drink cup, and everything moved along pretty smoothly after that. However, when my food was brought to the table, it still came with fries and bread--both of which I couldn't eat. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely disappointing since I had asked ahead of time. Service overall was just okay--not terrible, not great. The wings themselves were actually really good, which redeemed the experience a bit. I might give them another try, but next time I'll probably double-check my order when it arrives.

You see, I asked an employee, OUTSIDE the restaurant, how he liked working with a coworker there, He told me "She's nice" and he "liked working with her!" I told him that my daughter and I had a bad experience with her. End of conversation. I then entered the restaurant and went to the bathroom. As soon as I came out, The General Manager (name tag said) ran up to the counter when I was paying for my order and, basically, made a mountain out of a mole hill because I had asked that employee that question OUTSIDE the restaurant. He LOUDLY while standing behind the counter continued to belittle me in front of everyone. When he FIRST told me not to ask any employee if they liked working with another one, I IMMEDIATELY said "okay!" BUT, That General Manager continued to LOUDLY belittle me in front of everyone and even told me that "He had to keep his employee safe." I told him 3 TIMES "okay!" I never threatened or said anything to that employee (review cameras) .. Again, He made a mountain out of a mole hill. That General Manager even told me that if I wanted to continue to come in there, I need not ask anyone that question again. Again, I had already told him 3 TIMES "okay." So, again, PLEASE DON'T fill out a negative survey (and put your name on it as I had done prior to this incident) about any employee here because that General Manager will retaliate against you.
