Horrible experience, ordered online all the plates were skimpy and not the right items. Food had no flavor, we will not return.

I don't like the chow mein but I used to get eggplant tofu and tangy shrimp here. I like that they have rangoons but I dislike the consistency of the sweet and sour sauce. If there's fried rice I'm not going to get the steamed kind but it would be healthier if they offered brown rice. Mixed veggies are made with chicken broth so that didn't work when I was a vegetarian. Veggie spring rolls taste okay. read more

So this is the Panda Express closest to my house and the one we frequent the most. Not so much anymore, but we did in the past. The service seems to have gone downhill and the food is average at best. The restaurant is decently clean inside, but there always seems to be someone sitting outside asking for money. I'm not against charity or helping out, but every time starts to wear on you. Like another Yelper mentioned, I've seen a woman here feeding her dogs food on the tables outside. Not good. My biggest complaint about this place is that they are always out of what you want and they say it'll be 12 minutes until they get more. String bean chicken breast appears to be insanely popular, or there's a shortage. Panda Express, I suggest you start making larger quantities to keep your customers returning. I've even tried using the app to put in a mobile order and then pick it up. They apparently don't put your items in the boxes until you arrive, so you're still screwed on the chicken they don't have. Only this time, you've already paid for it so you have no choice but to wait. The last time I ate here, I waited an extra 15 minutes because they somehow didn't get my order. My guess is they gave it to the woman who was right in front of me by mistake. I now outright object to eating here when my wife asks about it. I will not wait in line for string bean chicken. Plus, they're not even bothered that you're there waiting forever. No more Panda for me. read more

For almost $10 for a 2-item plate is a total rip off! The portions are so teeny tiny that my 3-year old niece could have eaten the whole plate herself. This was a very disappointing experience. I would give this place a zero if I could. read more

The attempt to bring a little higher quality dishes has made Panda Express a decent option. Their steak and shrimp dish was pretty delicious. The inside of the restaurant is clean. However, it's never a good sign when you remind the worker to make sure you have everything, they brush you off like they have it taken care of and you she ends up forgetting one of your dishes. It's disappointing when you pay for something and don't get it especially when you reminded them. Normally a three but today, definitely a two. read more

This location is the best one I've been to as the staff is kind and conversational so we go back quite frequently. The food is always good though I must caution some people that if it looks old that it IS indeed old and you should have no problem requesting them to cook a fresh batch. They'll do so kindly :] The only issue with this particular place is that the tables aren't always clean but they do have a bathroom that usually is and in general, it's pretty well kept. I don't know why some of the others claim that this place is expensive unless they're getting like wholesale chinese food from some other place and comparing it to here. usually have great service here but this time i must have caught the cashier on a bad day because she was extremely rude. the girl that platted our food, believe her name was kiana, was very nice and let us wait for fresh broccoli beef. the cashier, name was carolina, was extremely rude snapping at my wife when she asked to add an egg roll to our order. was very sassy the entire transaction and didn't allow us to donate money for charity because she didn't even ask if we wanted to donate. she asked every other patron except us !!! really a shame because service before this has been great. not sure if we'll frequent here again due to carolina's rudeness but perhaps management should speak to her regarding her making patrons feel unwanted at their location. read more

This was my first and last time coming to this Panda Express location. They were very slow to come over and help me when I was the only one in line I asked for a bowl and they just seem to be so stingy with their food. I got very little rice and orange chicken and usually at other locations they even have to put a little pressure to put the lid on. To make matters worse when I started eating my orange chicken tasted stale and the rice had hard piece like if it was mixed with the nights before left overs! It was so gross I didn't even enjoy my food at all! read more

We walked into this location a little before six pm and didn't end of leaving until 6:27 even though we were help within minutes of arriving. To start the first girl that help us was in such a rush to get our order she failed to mention they were out of one of the items I had ordered. Had I known we would have to Waite 20 min for it I would selected something else. I paid for my food at 6:07 and all four of my plates were just sitting in their counter waiting for that one item. Given that it was their dinner rush they were all scrambling in the back and I was willing to let it go until that same girl that help us with a bad attitude approached me and confused me twice with two other customers orders. Finally she came out with my orders and asked again if what she had in her hand was my order . I replied "yes, whatever just put in the bag" and pointed to the bag she placed on the table. she then proceeded to swiftly yank the bag out of my hand and walked to the back with my two other plates, which I presumed to bag them separately. Been coming to this panda for years now, and tonight will, unfortunately, be the last time I come. I've noticed recently that every wave of new customers the service gets worse and worse, and the few older staff have gotten bitter and rude. Always complaining about performing services that the company promises, for example, serving fresh on request. I just hope that the hiring process improves at this location. Place seems pretty clean. I came in over an hour before closing & they were out of almost all of their entrees. The entrees that were left had hardly anything & they weren't making any more. Have gone here several times after I go for a long walk or jog to get the bowl. I split the bowl with half steamed rice and veggies. Both times, I've gone they have been out of veggies and they make a fresh batch of them which is a nice gesture. The wait can be from 5-7 minutes but worth it. I also get the teriyaki chicken which is fresh the majority of the time. The place is clean, and service is prompt. Parking can be difficult if you come during busy hours because of the surrounding businesses that share the parking. There is limited seating outside but also available inside. My only complain is I shouldn't have to remind the cashier for my fortune cookie. Besides that this is a pretty good Panda. read more

why are you so cheap with beef and broccoli? I paid $8 plus tax for two entrees ( a la carte is $4 something) and I got like 4 small pieces of beef that you tried to hide with broccoli on top! I was like so shocked when I moved the broccoli out of the way. Seriously the beef and broccoli looked like it should have costed a $1! To start off, I used the Tmobile Tuesday free orange chicken bowl with noodles coupon. Yes, I understand it must've been very overwhelming. However, the lady working that day was RUDE. I redeemed my orange chicken bowl Wednesday, July 10th around 5 PM (Panda Express, I'm sure you can figure out who the young woman was). When I approached her I told her I had two orders for pick up, one for my mom & one for me. I gave her our names & she came back with two bags. She demanded to see the online order receipt. I asked if I could show her our IDs. I mean, our names are on the receipt. She insisted she needed to see the confirmation. Not a problem, however there was a huge line & I didn't screenshot my confirmations. I told her to skip me because I had to log into my email to retrieve the confirmations. She THREW OUR BOWLS down on the counter & said "Whatever. Just take it." I get it, it must've been a hectic day but COME ON. Our names are on the receipt, make your life easier by checking our IDs. When I arrived, she was arguing with another customer so I wanted to give her an easy time.. unfortunately, she was RUDE. Online I requested soy sauce & sirracha sauce, it wasn't included. Yes, my bowl was free but I had like 4 pieces in there. If the bowls come with that much orange chicken, there is NO WAY I'll pay 7$ for that bowl in the future. read more

We just got shanghaied by the restaurant with a takeout order of the Shanghai Steak/Broccoli/Mushroom Chow Mein 2 entree plate by this store (#0676). The food was completely burned and not fit for human consumption, the dog would not even eat it. Tried to call the number on the receipt, but it is answered by a fax machine. I guess they do not want to answer the phone which the number is clearly printed on the receipt (562) 924-6951. Spent $10.30 for this horrible take out experience, I would not recommend feeding this food to a RAT! The other day I was walking by Panda Express on my way to that coffee joint. As I walked past, there was a woman at one of the outside tables had her two little dogs sitting on the table, feeding them Chow Mien by hand. I will not eat at a restaurant that lets dogs put their buttonholes where I'd like to put my food. read more

The service here is pretty bad they are very cheap and stingy with the amount of food they put on your plate and when u ask for more they act like they don't want to our more on it like they're paying for it. $6-8 for a meal you should be able to get more than just a half of a scoop full.
