We were taking Sweet Granddaughter out to eat, then go see Christmas lights. She was happy when we suggested Panda Express, as she likes their Chow Mein and rice, and a little bit of chicken. At 6 she's still a picky eater, and moves on from things she once liked (like broccoli) quickly. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They were let down by their supplier, though. They were out of fortune cookies, and didn't have extra plates. That made divvying up the large meal we purchased tricky. The honey walnut shrimp was reliably prepared. It's my favorite dish at Panda. We went for half and half on fried rice and Chow Mein, plus mushroom chicken, and chicken with string beans. The interior was kept clean. The manager even came by and said hello and asked if we needed anything. That was a nice touch. read more

I came to this Panda Express location to get some chow Mein and orange chicken for my lunch. This location was on my way home so I didn't mind trying this place out. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I walked inside, there was no one else there so I was able to order right away. I got the kids meal with chow Mein and I asked for orange chicken. The worker asked if I wanted to try the spicy orange chicken so I got that instead and a fanta strawberry for my drink. Portion size is still small here or at any Panda Express location, I never asked them if they could add more so maybe next time I will. read more

I have openly said that the best fast food Chinese eatery is Panda Express. It also opens at 9:30 am, a convenient time to pick up lunch in advance, when running morning chores. Recently though, I had an interesting experience. I ordered on line and picked up about 15-20 minutes after they opened. My order was for greens (instead of chow mein or fried rice), angus beef (extra charge) and Kung Pao chicken. When it was time to eat lunch around noon, the beef was chewy, tough and way over cooked with some pieces burnt. The chicken was also dry. What happened? I called to speak with the manager. Did I get the left over or bottom pan remnants from the previous day? The manager assured me that was not the case. Then why was everything so dry? She invited me to come the next day for a replacement meal, at no charge. I purposely chose to get there around 11 am, so that the eatery was up and running and there was batch turnover. Ordered on site. Everything was looking good. Got chow mein, the Kung Pao Chicken and the Firecracker shrimp. At lunch time, all of it tasted so much different, moist, fresh and tasteful. The hallmark of good customer service is to go one step further. In this department, Panda Express delivered, with flying colors. read more

How in the world does the fork break when I stuck it into the white rice. Flavors on all items were definitely off today. Drink station was sticky. Yes they greeted me when I walked in but I didn't get the same vibes at the counter. Seemed very rushed and not friendly. 14th of October 2025: my last review this location was hanging on with 2 stars but not it's got to be 1 star. This is the second time ordering at Panda Garden and whoa!!! It's quite good. I ordered the beef with broccoli, chicken with mushrooms, super greens, and fried rice. All tasted quite good. I know it's loaded with MSG, but it's satisfying when you want quick and cheap Americanized Chinese food rich in flavor. And when it's one of those days when you tell yourself " I'm famished and I want a bowl of love and comfort," hey, it's once in a blue moon, why not? Decided to have Panda on my cheat day and stopped at this location. They have great service and great tasting fresh food. I've been to one other location and the food was horrible and the staff looked miserable. This place had staff that actually welcomed you, genuinely, said thanks genuinely and appeared to appreciate their job. The place was clean and didn't smell like a dirty mop. Wow I was so surprised at the low rating this store showed when I opened the Yelp app to leave a good review. I can't speak for others but as far as what I experienced- everything was 5 stars across the board. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, engaging, and polite. This is the slowest location I've ever been to. Not because of the workers efforts, because they were all hustling, but because this location prioritizes online orders. For every 1 in person order, they would try to fulfill at least 2 online orders while live customers weee standing right in front of them . People actually walked out. When I went, there were only 3 people ahead of me but it took me over 25 min to get my food which is ridiculous for Panda. The Mason location is much better. So, unless you place your order ahead of time or have tons of time to wait just standing there, then this location is for you. I, for one will never come here again even though it is a closer location . I arrived at this location at 10:10 PM and they didn't have the main entries available. The majority of the entries were unavailable the orange chicken to be exact an entry that should be available until closing. The manager told me the kitchen closed at 10pm, so they weren't dropping any more food to be cooked. I know that they didn't have any food dropped for over 30 minutes. If this Panda is supposed to close at 10:30 I believe they should have a full menu until 10:30. Very inconvenient for me to have driven to this Panda and not received the food I was craving. I stayed in the parking until they close and watch multiple customers walk in and walk out because they didn't want to be served the leftovers they had displayed as entries.
