Based on these reviews, it appears that this location has been facing challenges with online orders. I strongly advise against ordering anything online from here. My order was completely incorrect. I called in and spoke to a gentleman and I explained the discrepancy between my order and what I received. While he was a bit rude and bothered, I made it clear to him as a customer that this is extremely annoying and that management should take responsibility for training the staff on online orders. Since this seems to be a recurring issue, I believe it's important for management to address this matter promptly. read more

This subway location is very skimpy on their vegetables even if you ask for more on the app! Like lettuce and some other items. They don't seem to fulfill my request. So I went to the mason Subway and I ordered the same way online when I ordered. I pretty much got everything that I checked off on the list. And the sandwich looks much healthier than the Subway sandwich on ZelzAh and Devonshire.. the zalzah location the sandwich is flat basically nothing I requested is fulfilled. They even toasted my bread when I requested not to have it toasted on the app. when i got home and found out it was toasted. i'm sorry I don't have a photo to compare the sandwiches, but I didn't think I was gonna do a review until I got the sandwich that looked healthier. I got what I ordered. People are not stupid if you're going to be cheap and skimp on your portions. People are not gonna come back to your business cause they got other places they can get what they want.. and the reason why they toast your bread is because they can add tax to hot foods. its not frequent that we crave subway but when we do we usually go big! 2 foot longs were ordered. our disappointment come with the fact that they took foreverrrrrrrr with our order. let start by saying that we placed a mobile order at 4:27 pm and it was scheduled to be picked up at 4:45 pm. we arrived at 4:50 pm to pick up our order we figured a 5 minute grace period would of been nice. we checked with the employee to let them know we were here to which they responded that our order was not ready yet. so we didn't think much of it and took a seat. meanwhile the staff member proceed to finish the order he was already working on. shortly after we noticed they had only been working on walk in orders but that our mobile order had not even been started. disappointment. i believe staff did poorly in managing their order flow. shortly after waiting 15 minutes we received our order. a little acknowledgement saying sorry about they delay would of been nice. read more

Everybody here is great, been coming here for 4 years now and never have I been let down. Order is made correctly every time.

To say I was displeased as an understatement. I made an online order yesterday for two sandwiches through the app. It gave me an estimated wait time of about 18 minutes I proceeded to drive over there to go pick up the order and it wasn't even started at the time that it said the pickup time will be ready. There was a woman in the front having a full-blown conversation with a different customer and after 5 minutes of me standing there a different ​employee came out from the back and ask me if I was waiting for an order in which I replied yes letting him know that it said it was already done in the app and he informed me that he was working on it right now. Fast forward about another 7 minutes and he hands me a bag and I go home. I get home open my sandwich and it is the most disappointing sandwich I've ever laid eyes on. For what I ordered my sandwich looked anorexic there was barely anything on it comparatively to what I ordered I will never be returning to this location which sucks because this is the closest location to me and I do love Subway but the employees there just left a bitter taste in my mouth. DON'T USE THE APP TO ORDER AHEAD AT THIS LOCATION! Saturday 28 October 2023, my order is ready at 12:10 pm and it's cr@P. The avocado... a sliver at the bottom of the sandwich. The extra lettuce I ordered appeared to have an adverse effect because there was barely any lettuce. The extra onions I ordered, same thing. Where are they? Went to pick up a few footling sandwiches. Brought coupons and ordered pastrami. The guy did not even look at my coupons and simply said they don't accept them. The coupons do say ANY FOOTLONG. Tried to show them the online advertisements and he simply said that he did not care. I paid full price for the sandwiches. This is simply deceptive advertisement and I intend to file a complaint with the BBB amd a government agency because this is deceptive business practices. We came in here after along day the started in Newark and ended in Los Angeles and needed a quick meal before going to my sons' home around the corner. From the outside, the store is not all that pleasing since it is stuck next to a gas station and a strip mall. That said, even though it was quite late the staff could not have been friendlier. Our sandwiches were quite good with ample avocado (this is California, after all). While Subway is not normally on my weekly bucket list I can agree with many of the recent reviews of this location. So disappointed with using the app with this location. I pre- ordered 4 sandwiches, gave time for pick up. Sandwiches were ready when I picked them up.took them home.my turkey and ham ordered provolone, got swiss, no lettuce. Cheese steak, no cheese.no extra olives as requested .hardly any tomatoes on any sandwich. Whoever made these sandwiches were in a hurry or maybe don't know how to read? This subway has always been consistent for me. The sandwich artists as they are called are friendly and work fast. I like how this location still gives a small discount for my company (just by flashing our ID badge) which is right across the street. Always a reliable option when I don't want to eat at the cafeteria at work or drive somewhere for lunch. P.S. They provide wi-fi but only certain hours. And, the new strawberry kiwi flavored iced tea is pretty good! read more

Will definitely be going back to this specific Subway from now on with my boyfriend because of an employee named Wilber, who was extremely helpful and polite and was just an overall delight to be helped by. He never made a fuss about any of our requests and made us feel welcomed from the moment we spoke on the phone till the moment we walked out. This is in regards to your 24 hr 10305 Zelzah Ave, Northridge, CA 91324 I am just leaving your location at 10:21 pm after the most frustrating ordeal. My partner Rita and I have been frequently visiting this location as of lately. We recently got coupons in the mail advertising some great deal, the one we were intending to use today was the buy a footlong and drink and get your 2nd footlong for just 99cents, sounds simple, right? So we order our subs, with minimal issues, but a few. Fast forward to paying with our coupon, the man at the register took about a solid 5 minutes to ring us up, seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, he gave us our total, which was almost 20.00 with our coupon. We asked for a breakdown of our purchase with the coupon because it just didn't seem right. He encouraged my partner over and over just to pay which she finally did, we asked for the receipt and he rang up 2 subs for 12.00. Prior to this we kept asking where our coupon was being applied because none of it made any sense at all. He didn't speak English, he couldn't explain why he was charging us 20.00 for 2 foot longs with 1 drink and 2 chips, he just kept insisting we pay. We asked for a manager, he said there was no managers. We asked for a shirt lead, there was no shift lead and his English was so poor that he couldn't explain anything to us just that we should use the coupon next time when we really wished we could just have a refund! There were 4 other employees there who just ignored us and would not help translate for the cashier with the broken English! I'm so disappointed in my experience. read more

I ordered 5 giant subs from this Subway for about 100 people, the only one I found in the area that could make this order. Nelson provided the best customer service I've had at Subway and was so thorough and helpful I wonder whether he is the store owner. He really went above and beyond to make sure the order was prepared and delivered in a convenient and timely manner, the sandwiches were fresh and delicious (the mixed bread was a good choice), they looked fantastic, and the whole experience was great. Luckily I didn't have to, as the crew inside was just wonderful. I had a coupon and there was some confusion about the terms - my fault, long day, and I missed one of the exclusions on it - but Nelson and his team were very, very patient trying to decipher what the computer was telling them vs. what I had originally expected. Five star customer service. I have to also say what really struck me was just how friendly they were. They didn't seem like they were just trying to solve the problem because they had to, but it really seemed like they genuinely cared.
