It's my first time visiting to raising Cane's chicken fingers in America. I've heard a lot about this place, but I went to experience it with a kid. We got a four piece combo. I can tell you first off the price was so affordable for 12 bucks. We got a big plate of everything into it. they have a great service super fast, but I wish the chicken fingers were a little more juicy and not oily the ambiance is pretty cool. You could see all the young college and school kids coming to this place, which makes it very popular and I'm sure that they love to come to this place. read more

I exclusively drive thru but the people complaining about the indoor seating environment because the employees are teenagers having fun with their work friends during their shift should be taken with a grain of salt. TL;DR; Violent diarrhea 2 out of 2 orders, never getting food from here again. My wife and I got food from this place about a year ago, and got violently ill, but figured it was just a fluke; sadly we were wrong. On Sunday we got food from there again, and my wife got ill almost immediately, within an hour after eating, and I didn't see her for the rest of the day. Mine was delayed, and didn't show itself until midnight, and then it started for me. It's now the following Thursday, and it hasn't stopped since. Monday it was so bad that I had to take a sick day, costing me a considerable loss of income, many times over the price of the meal. The rest of the week I'll say I'm just happy I've been working from home otherwise it would've been the whole week off sick for me. This is the only Rasing Cane I've ordered from, so I can't say if they put something in the food that neither my wife nor my stomach agrees with, or if they simply have horrible hygiene. But needless to say, I will never ever order from this place again. read more

All Canes are not created equal... This one actually does a pretty good job! If you're a fan of chicken fingers, they do them really well! Hot, fresh and lightly battered chicken fingers. Coleslaw is OK, french fries are also OK. The Texas toast is good, but recommend you have them toast both sides. The lemonade is pretty good, but they charge extra and do not give free refills. All in all, they are a great place for chicken fingers! read more

This is my first review of this location but not my first time eating here. I really liked this location up until today, the simple reason is I asked for a combo and for no apparent reason I also got some dirty paper towels and a used sponge as you'll be able to see from my picture. They opened up at 10 am and I received my food in exactly four minutes like they said I would. The service was great but the trash in my food bag really makes me not want to eat here anymore because in the back of my mind it make me think was anything done to my food. I ordered three meals, extra fries and extra sauce. I only got the meals. They forgot the fries and sauces. No biggie, I thought I would just call and see how that could be corrected somehow but whoever NICK is working Aug 23 at 7:50 pm kept hanging up on me. He answered, said hello and click. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my phone so I checked it and even took it off WiFi just in case it was lagging or something. Called back two more times, same thing but the fourth time I was frustrated by then, knowing there was no issue on my end, and I said I knew he could hear me. He laughed. The. He hung up on me again. Now I'm actually mad enough to write this which I don't write reviews because I try to handle things in a more constructive manner because I have worked in food service myself and am aware that mistakes happen, rushes come in and it can be hard to keep everything steady with so many orders going out but NICK downright laughed. We were really happy to see we could dine-in when we arrived.We've been really good about having our masks with us. We were about to walk in when we discovered we were minus a mask. We turned around to leave & go through the drive-thru when an employee came out & offered us a mask. Thank you! If we had gone through the drive-thru, we would have arrived home with lukewarm flood and I don't know about you, but I'm not crazy about that. Canes is my #1 go to fast food chain when I'm in the mood for chicken. Tip: Eat your meal there. Anyone complaining about the chicken / fries being soggy is probably taking it to-go. When you eat in store, the chicken is crispy and made to order, the fries are perfect, (when dunked in the secret sauce) and the canes sauce is on point! I'm sad you only get one but my hubby doesn't eat it so MORE FOR ME! The service at this location is always 100%. The restaurant is always super clean too. This afternoon we ordered take-out from the Raising Cane's in Highland Village, Texas. As we have not eaten at this Raising Cane's in several years we were excited because we have always enjoyed the food. Today, was a different experience all together!!!! . We ordered 3 of the Caniac Combos, a child's meal, 1 extra chicken strip and an order of fries through the drive-through and paid almost $62.00. We have less than a 10 minute drive to our home. When we got home we discovered we were given sweet tea instead of unsweet tea even though the person at the drive through repeated the order including 2 unsweet teas. The tea was poured down the drain. The fries were cold and slightly damp. Our grandson ate his fries in the kids meal but the rest of us did not eat our fries. The chicken strips were barely warm and the toast was cold and not eaten. (None of this type of food warms up well in the microwave) The so-called Caniac Combo had chicken strips that varied from 2 to 3 1/2 inches. It was like we were give the end of a batch of chicken and fries. Needless to say , thIs was disappointing and a waste of money or we can say we splurged on small, barely warm chicken strips with small sides of cole slaw but I am going with HUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Given the many fantastic fast food restaurants in the Flower Mound area, we will not being going to Raising Cane's again!!! read more

Just came back from visiting this location. Food was good but a very unpleasant visit in the dining area. I am still shook up from it. I was approaching the soda fountain to fill my drink and out of no where, the lid at the top to the ice maker came crashing down and hit my arm real hard. To make it worse, I am deaf and that startled the crap out of me and now I will most likely have a bruise. I'm thankful it did not happened to my daughter who was with me or even a child. I told the worker at the counter what happened and she just looked at me and all she did was get a step stool and got up to put the lid back on. Did not ask if I was ok or anything. If the manager reads this, just look at the camera footage from that day and you will see what happened. Please teach your employees to put the lid on correctly before someone is hurt again. This is for the Lewisville Store on Hebron Parkway near I35E. Normally very happy with Cane's, but my last few visits have become increasingly frustrating. Yesterday was the worst experience and I will not go back. This is a complete customer service issue and could easily be fixed, but this is embedded in Canes culture. I arrived on Saturday about 11:40 AM to an almost empty drive-thru (only 1 car ahead of me). I placed our normal order for our family of 6, usually totaling about $50. When I pulled to the window to pick up my food, they asked me to pull around to the front to wait. I said No, because the last time I pulled around I ended up waiting 15 minutes and watched 16 cars leave with food. I saw at 6 people pull in the parking lot, get in line, place their order, and drive past me with food to leave. That day I asked why so many people got their orders while I waited and was told that their priority is to fill the smaller orders first and when you have a large order you have to wait and that I should have called ahead. My order was three Caniac's (18 chicken fingers) . Don't they just have Chicken, Fries and Bread. Back to the current visit, So I didn't want to wait 15 minutes while they fed 16 more order this Saturday, so when they asked If I would pull around I said No. I finally talked to a manager at the window, who gave me a list of excuses. (We are short staffed, We have a large call-in order of 50 boxes, We need to fill the orders of the people behind you) I asked again as the why the people who ordered after me should be a higher priority than my order (Remember we are only talking about 18 Chicken Fingers) I was told that I need to pull around or receive a refund. When I opened the box for my toast I found a hair burned into and hanging off my toast.
