First time and last time. Food was good, but they are so stingy. Who scoops food into a plate and takes some out and on top of that, the food didn't even reach the top of the lid. Cashier rang me up and I asked for a couple soy sauce and hot sauce and the cashier wants to give me a "sigh". So being born and raised in the little town of Delano, you are naturally introduced to different types of cuisines. Delano had always had some legit Mexican, Filipino and Chinese food offerings. With that being said, I have never been much of a Panda Express fan. Not sure what it is. My wife on the other hand loves her some Panda. On multiple occasions we have stopped at this Panda Express location to grab something quick before going to spend time with family or whatever it is that brings us back to our hometown. I'll have to say that this Panda Express is the best one I've visited in Kern County. The other locations are almost always WAYYY to busy and the attention to detail is not there. Well with this location, it does get pretty busy, but the staff are usually on top of their game. On our most recent visit, the process of ordering our food and paying took maybe 5 minutes. My wife was bummed out that there wasn't any beef and broccoli readily available as the cooks were preparing a new batch, but string bean chicken would have to suffice on this visit. Overall I'm impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of this Panda Express. If your in need of a quick Chinese food fix right off the 99, get off the freeway, and grab a quick chicken bowl or plate and you'll be on your way. read more

This place is pretty busy during the lunch and evening hours being that it's close to the freeway. Drive through service is not the best. Occasionally you have rude employees working the drive through. There was a drive through girl named Joy and she was always mixing up my orders every time I went through the drive through.
