Not bad. Personally I'm not a fan of the food but I should've got the grilled teriyaki chicken which I would've liked more. I think it's good quality food just not for me. So being from a large metropolitan city that has many Chinese restaurants I was curious about Panda Express. I have seen many students going there and wondered why they would support a chain when there are so many family-owned restaurants in the same neighborhood. While on our Mid-western travels I decided to give it a try. The shop was clean and bright. Services seemed a little pushy asking us what do you want twice even though we were the only ones in line. Didn't seem like they need to rush anyone through the line. Food was okay, nothing special. The Cream Cheese Rangoon's were a little mushy. The "world famous" orange chicken seemed a little too salty. There is plenty of seating and a large parking lot. I would have to say this will not be my go-to Chinese restaurant, but we'll see it could have just been a one and done experience. read more

Don't know why but when I don't feel well I crave Asian food. Panda Express is a good place to find express meal to bring home since I am not feeling well. My hubby spoils me. My special needs son loves the Honey Walnut Shrimp. He gets it often. The Greenfield PE has posted new hours showing that they are open at 10am. This has recently been false. After a doctors appointment we have tried to get the HoneyWalnutShrimp at 10am and then go to our business where there's not a PE close. The Greenfield PE staff are usually still setting up and will be a while before we could get our food. I spoke with the MGR at she was nice and gave me multiple excuses. I think it would be best for them to go back to opening at 10:30am and quit disappointing the customers. We do like the food. read more

Driving through and needed something to eat. So, there is a Popeye's right next door but I chose Panda Express. I hadn't been to one in well over a year, and this is my first experience with their drive thru. The guy who took my order was polite, apologizing that they were out of Sesame Chicken. I then ordered a small ala carte Beef Broccoli and a small ala carte Orange Chicken. He said the small size was about 8 oz. When I got to my hotel, I found both little containers packed full. The chicken was good, with a little kick. The Beef Broccoli also tasted good but had exactly 2 pieces of beef, totaling about a 1"x 2" strip of meat. Not good. read more

All in all I think they did a great job. Staffing seems to be an issue which is definitely the norm in this area, but the girls working were fast an efficient. I could tell they were still learning and a little overwhelmed but this place has been slammed since they opened. The food was all fresh and tasty. I was a little disappointed because sweet-and-sour sauce for the crab Rangoon's was served in packets like ketchup. We also didn't receive fortune cookies but they may have been out because like I said, they have been slammed since they opened with cars wrapping around the building in the drive-through. read more

Our food and service today were excellent. Yum! (Our previous, first visit / food wasn't up to par, but we figured it was because this Express had just recently opened.) The line at the drive up moved nicely today. All the entrees that we wanted were available. Thanks for a great experience this time! We'll be back! PS- The customer in front of us paid for our meal. First time at this new location, I waited months for them to get their "opening bugs" worked out. It didn't matter. i could t get my favorite honey sesame chicken, nor string bean chicken because they were "out". So I opted for their premium black pepper steak, this tasted like chewy horse meat and yea I have had horse meat in Canada. It is definitely not worth a "premium" up charge! The food was terrible. I had the Sesame Chicken and it was cold and very dry. I went through the drive-through and did not get my Orange Chicken in my order. They were out of Dirk Coke and Egg Rolls. The service was terrible. I called 5 times with no answer. One time they picked up the phone and hung up the phone. When someone did answer the phone the employee said the manager was not there and there was no one in charge. Told me to call Tessa the manager the next day. The food is okay, never packed well for travel, never ready no matter how far in advance I order. Its never hot like it's sat there for a while and they can never find it so I wait 20 min while they flounder around. Then they tell me to pull around and I wait another 30 min before I go in an point out that it is sitting on the shelf. I ask how long it has been there no one can answer or will. We love getting take out from here 75% of the time, this was sadly the 25% we do not like getting a meal from here. We picked up a family meal on 10/14/2022 at 5:44 pm . It was not very busy, service was friendly as usual. Unfortunately when I got home and opened the boxes of food, the Beijing beef was slightly over 1/2 full.
