I live nearby so I can't believe that it's taken me so long to get to potstickers. The entrance to the restaurant is in the back from my perspective so I wasnt sure where the entrance was. I think they need more signs on the side of the building pointing towards the parking area and "front" door which is opposite side of the coffee shop in the same building. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They offered items to try out since it was our first time there. I wish business was booming for them because the food is pretty good. I'm glad to have a good asian restaurant nearby. They are closed Mondays but open the rest of the week. So happy that New Palestine has another great restaurant option that isn't a fast food chain! read more

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch and it was just okay. We ordered multiple meals. Tried the Hawaiian chicken, bourbon chicken and broccoli chicken. All were just meh. The food also looked meh when we walked up to the food counter. The ambience was also just so so, nothing that really made it feel unique. The one thing that I did really like was their potstickers, they were yummy. Over all, nothing unique about this place and will likely not be back. read more

We parked and walked in what we thought was the entrance but it was actually "Barrel Racing"-something. Can't remember the full name but smelled delicious and girls behind the counter directed us in the right direction. Said it happens all the time. Potstickers only has one entrance. They were very nice. Headed into potstickers where there was only one table occupied but the girl ringing up your order rushed me. Didn't explain anything. Pointed to the menu above with a not nice look on her face, matching her attitude. She even rushed the woman filling the to-go containers. I don't know how else to put it nicely but this girl does NOT need to be working behind the counter representing their business. Ruined the entire experience. Food was okay. 2/5 seemed clean. This new express-style Chinese restaurant brings much needed variety to the burgers, pizza, and Mexican cuisine of New Pal! They are located in the same building as the coffee shop and offer limited seating inside. The service is modeled after Panda Express and the Eastside's beloved Fast Wok. They offer a rotation of selections. For today, we tried 2 2-entree plates. One with sweet & sour chicken (no sauce), black pepper chicken, and lo mein. The other was bourbon chicken, kung pao chicken, and fried rice. Each item was pretty tasty and on par with most other Chinese restaurants. As for price, they hit it on the head with affordable and "getting your money worth". Our entire meal plus an Eggroll was under $30. Tip- they offer a discount for cash payers. The highlight for us was the potstickers. This restaurant is aptly named and chose their mascot well! The potstickers were absolutely delicious and took the cake. We gobbled them up so fast that no pictures were had. Haha! I'm prepared for this to be a weekly staple in our home. This place is great! The food is VERY fresh and warm. They serve it immediately in a sturdy to go container and the portions are heaping! The people behind the service bar aren't very personable (hold a lot of conversation) because they're filling your 'plate' and moving with purpose and speed! They have about 8 different meat options, rice, lo mein, potstickers, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and soups. If you pay with cash, it's a 4% discount. Fast service, clean and lots of locals. read more

This is an order at the counter type restaurant. (Think Panda Express, Chipotle set up). You choose your side and then if you want 1, 2 or 3 entrees. Portions are large and fairly priced. The potstickers are 10/10 amazing. So good. The crab Rangoon were small and lacking in filling. They're also less expensive than I've paid elsewhere, so maybe they're going for a smaller portion on those. I'd rather have more filling and get 3 to an order vs the 5 or 6 we got. Service was fast. It was packed on a Friday night and we were in an out in less than 10 minutes. They do have limited seating inside, so if you go during peak times, you may not find a spot to sit. The lo mein was on point with the flavor and my bourbon chicken was the best I have ever tasted. My husband and son enjoyed their fried rice and bourbon chicken and general tso's. The potstickers were delicious and you could tell they made them in house. I could make a meal alone on the egg rolls and potstickers. With Yen Ching closing on Washington Street, I am pleased to say I have found my new go to Chinese food joint. read more

Awesome food!! The Asia restaurant that everyone has been waiting to open up in New Palestine is finally open. On opening day the line was outside the restaurant all evening. The moved quickly and the food is so delicious, top notch, well worth the little wait in line. Potsticker will become a regular stop for us I'm sure. We went there today for lunch. They have a limited menu (good choice for a starter store) but the food is great. Big chunks of veggies in the King Pao Chicken. The egg rolls actually had great seasoning and a lot of ingredients. We ordered the Crab Rangoons. It had a decent amount of filling in each piece. This will definitely be our go to Chinese restaurant. We asked if they planned to use DoorDash and was told that they plan to use it in the future. It has places to sit but isn't really a formal eating type of restaurant. There was a long line but people were served quickly and everyone seemed happy. Went on a Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock,no one else in the place but my wife and I.The egg rolls,and pot stickers were burnt from sitting in the heated pan for hours.This place is no different than the Chinese joints at the mall.Big piles of rice on the griddle,and entrees half full,and dried up.I asked for 2 fresh egg rolls and was told 5 minutes to make,I waited at least 15.My chicken and rice were good,as well as my wifes Lo-mein,but the Crab rangoon was terrible.They had hardly any cheese in them,and the were tiny.I will go back,but I will just order an entree,and no extras. read more
