This location is simply ridiculous! Twice now I have been during the week at least an hour if not a little more than an hour before they are shown to close by posted hours 10pm. and each time they're outta staple items such as fried rice, grilled chicken; egg/spring rolls etc. Tonight, the drive thru line had 10 cars wrapped around the building because the lobby was already shut down an hour before restaurant posted close time of 10pm. My question is, if your posted hours says you're open and serving food until 10pm, why in the hell are you stopping cooking at 8:30 & 9:00pm? You're a food establishment so I don't care if a bus load of patrons come an hour before you're to close, you need to fire up those grills, woks or whatever to service your customers. Otherwise, you need to post and communicate that you stop cooking food & your kitchens close at a certain time before your lobby/drive thru closes. read more

I get that we are experiencing a pandemic but that is no excuse for the trash customer service and communication. I had made an online order. I drove and picked it up when I got there there was no one at the online order table or anywhere near it. So my food was sitting there and I took it home. I got home and I realized I didn't have my complete order and I called and let them know the woman that claimed to be the person in charge on the shift was very rude and didn't communicate everything that I needed to for fill the rest of my order all she told me was that I needed my email receipt. So I drive back there and she refuses to give me the food to fill my order because she didn't tell me that I need to bring my entire order back. I would have been more than happy to if she had told me to do so in the first place. They need all the help they can get read more

I came into this store around 8:35 & there was a long line in the drive thru & a long line inside. I opted for inside. I stood in line for 20 min watching as they kept running out of food & instead of being proactive & having them make more staples like chow mien, they waited until it was completely empty before starting another batch even though there was still a long line behind me AND in the drive thru. I told the cashier girl that they should start the food when they see it getting low & instead of responding to me, she completely ignored me & handed me my card back. These employees are rude as hell!! I won't be back to a Panda Express because of this experience. She could have at the least apologized for the wait. Then, they had no soy sauce. I dont know what I was thinking but this is the worse place, embarrassing to even call it Chinese Food. Not only that, it is high in calories, cooked with re-used oil, but they rip you off if you do not pay attention to what is being charged. If you get three entree, a rice and a meat, the eggroll, they will charge you for a two entree and then charge you for extra eggroll which comes out more expensive than three entree. I feel like I should preface this by saying I love Panda Express. I really do. We all know it's the "Taco Bell" of Chinese food, but if that's your thing, it's normally great. I recently moved to the area, so I was looking forward to trying out my new local Panda Express. What a colossal mistake. While it's my closest location, it's not exactly close, so my husband and I ordered online to save ourselves time, and to make our large order a bit easier on the staff. The website even warned us that it would be a slightly longer cook time, and that was totally fine! We arrived on time (a minute or two after the estimated time given on the website), to the drive thru, because my husband is disabled and standing too long is hard on him, and that's about when everything went to garbage. When we got to the window there was a car pulled up a little further, obviously waiting on a meal. And then we waited at the window. No one even came by, told us it would be a minute - nothing. People were shuffling about, and I was hoping they were putting the finishing touches on our order, fortune cookies and whatnot. But oh no. That was a terrible mistake. After 10+ minutes of no staff member even acknowledging our presence (that's right! 10 minutes!), a young man finally waltzes up to the window with a MOUTH FULL OF FOOD, and mumbles something about how they're STILL cooking our food. He tells us to pull up behind the car - the one that was there when we arrived - and wait. So wait we do. And wait. And wait. THIRTY godawful minutes after that, I'm furious. I pull around, my husband and I go inside. And we WAIT SOME MORE. The "manager", if she can be called that, is on break or something, I suppose, because she's just sitting around at a table not doing anything. We are quite irritated at this point and ask for a refund. But they can't do that because it was an online order. So the manager finally decides to get up and do something after we're complaining, and she tells us our order is almost completed. Which, since we watched her assemble everything start to finish just then, was obviously not true, but whatever. She says to drop her name next time we're there and the whole order will be remade no charge, essentially giving us a freebie. I'm not thrilled, but fine. We went back for the freebie (honestly I wouldn't have set foot there again, but my husband figured why not at least get what we're owed). But first, we called it in. After about 20 minutes of trying to get someone to answer the phone, he finally reaches an employee, explains the situation and gives the name of the manager, and then that employee leaves him on hold for over 12 minutes while she does...something. The world may never know. She picks the phone back up and then asks my husband how she can help him. Um...wasn't that what you were supposed to be doing to begin with? Good lord, I know it's Panda Express, not a Mensa gathering, but how many inept people can you shove into one building?? We finally got it straight with her, and we did pick up our food. The food itself? Fine, I suppose. The rice was dry, but the rest was as expected. But honestly, dealing with this location is too much. I've been a fan of Panda Express for many years. This location is very convenient for me, but parking at times can be a challenge. But that doesn't stop me from going inside and enjoying the oh-so-wonderful food that is served there. It's the ONLY place I go to for fast Chinese food. Their orange chicken and the chow mein noodles are to die for! I don't eat the noodles, I inhale them. Forget all those other similar restaurants you'd find in the mall, none of them can match the awesomeness that is Panda Express. And I've never had a problem ordering from there. I've always received decent service, and I love how they redid their restaurant, it looks nice. read more

Usually we have no issues at this location, but today I ordered a double order of kung pao chicken, another in my household ordered peppered chicken. In my double order of kung pao chicken there was a total of 6 small pieces of chicken in the entire order. In our order of peppered chicken there were 2 pieces of chicken. Honestly I would rather you tell a customer that you are short on ingredients and let them make an informed decision about where to eat instead of trying to make limited amounts of ingredients last. My vegetable medley with a sprinkling of chicken was not the product I ordered, expected or wanted. Ok was just here and a young couple in front of me had a 2 - 3 yr old girl on the counter sliding her all the way to register. Kid had on a dress so I know her butt was touching the counter. Possibly had a diaper on but I was so disgusted I didn't look that close. After couple left, I told the 2 young servers how unsanitary and disgusting that was. They giggled and eyes glazed over. They also both served couple and I would think they would have said something. I mean WTF is wrong with the couple to think this is acceptable??? I've never been more disappointed in a Panda Express ever. The chow mein was 90% vegetables, SUPER greasy, and I had to throw away most of it. I also ordered the beef/broccoli and they put two very small pieces of beef under roughly 10 pieces of broccoli. After calling to complain to the manager, the manager said that he was sorry but that there was nothing that they could do and that they doubted that I had received such a bad order. I have been waiting in the restaurant for terikki chicken for over 10 minutes because not enough was cooked to cover the large crowd in the restaurant & the drive-thru. If you are looking for a "FAST FOOD" place this is definitely not the one. I have been there many times to order drive through and it always takes a long time to get your food, many time I am even asked to drive forward and they have to bring the food to my car. Now I tried the On Line ordering, I do that a lot with Panera, Chipotle and Salata and works like a glove, but here it was horrible. The order was suppose to be ready at 12:25, I left the place at 12:54. I got there and stood by the on line pick up and wasn't even greeted by nobody, they let me stand there a good 10 minutes until they took care of the customers in the restaurant and finally they asked me what I wanted. When I said I was there for pick up they went to look for my food and came back saying that they need 3 more minutes for the veggies. Even the line on the drive through was served faster, I saw two groups of people in the regular line come and go with food before I even got mine. Needles to say, won't do this again, the whole point of ordering online is 'SPEED", I need to be able to come in pick up and leave, that's why I am ordering on line and have it paid ahead of time. Making me wait there and waist my time doesn't work for me. The food is delicious, but this is not a FAST FOOD place. read more

The guy in front of me ordered his food and walked out...didn't even complete his order, because the customer service was horrible. I ordered my food and asked for teriyaki chicken..which was almost out, so i asked the lady to kindly change mines for the hot ones that just came out instead of the scraps she had given me.. She got upset and poured it out and filled the bowl back up with less than the normal size, significantly way less than the portion she had given me previously.. I told her that's not right and a wrong thing to do. Another staff seeing what happened came to me and apologized and tried to help correct what was obviously intentional and wrong. Keep in mind, I come to this location a lot.. I've been waited on by other staff at that location (beside Walmart in 529) before but today was just horrible...i recommend another location.. The food is good but it's not worth the disrespect and bad customer service especially by the manager... I believe the lady was the Manger... If you're having a bad day that's cool, take a lunch break but don't treat customers with disrespect especially when they wait in line for long and then some leave out of frustration. read more

I have been purchasing a Panda Feast with additional entre and side almost every Wednesday for the past 4 years. As a family our Wednesday our busy and this I believe is better than a McDonalds, Burger King, etc. It does take somewhat longer to prepare but I am okay with that. The food is consistent and always good. By consistent, there is little or no variance in taste, temperature, etc. More importantly, as someone who has done customer service for over 30 years, you could not ask for better staff. he staff has always been pleasant and attentive, making every effort to make the visit a positive experiences. In the 4 years I have been visiting this location, has every experience been perfect. Of course not. There has been an occasional issue but these have been rare. Customer Service is the other reason I frequent this Panda as I have. Each employee from counter to cook, acknowledges when a customer enters with a "Welcome to Panda". They remember individually as a customer and often remember what I tend to order. In the rare instances there has been a problem, it has been taken care of promptly and professionally. In fact, I occasionally travel and have visited Panda locations in Chicago, Dallas, and Shreveport. This location is by far the best. The employees that have staffed the Wednesday evenings at this location deserve recognition. read more
