Oh no honey! I knew better but this is the nearest Panda to my house so I took a shot. I ordered on the app, waited too long in the drive thru only to get home and they royally screwed my order. I ordered orange chicken, it said find me. They gave me two servings of kung pap which wasn't good. And my third entree was the Beijing beef which wasn't overly cooked so dry and hard, I couldn't even stomach it. My teeth couldn't stomach it... Panda has never been in my rotation and this location damn sho ain't do anything to change it. I placed a mobile order via their app. It's very convenient and you earn points with every purchase. That's the only positive experience I had. I arrived about 5 minutes early. Although they weren't very busy all the employees seemed to be busy. Everyone was running around doing stuff behind the counter. There was a couple eating at one of the tables and an adult family of 3 ordering their food. Nobody greeted me nor acknowledged that I was standing at the online order pickup space. I wasn't even acknowledged until my order was about ready. So I stood there for a full five minutes without even a "we'll be right with you!" I did get my order within the timeframe they said it'd be ready so that's a plus and I appreciate that. My order was missing the teriyaki and sweet & sour sauce (I even made sure I added the sauces to my order and why you would need to ask for teriyaki sauce when you order teriyaki chicken seems odd). There was also something off about their chow mein. It had a weird fishy taste. We used to go here often, like several times a month when we're were on our panda streak. Was, and still is, decent quality Chinese food, done fast. It was easily 4 stars per my original review, but they're the most recent victim and instigator of shrink-flation. Consistently smaller portions AND now higher prices. I get that restaurants are a tough business with low margins, and they are all taking a hit with rising prices and inflation. But I also equally get that the consumer is hit by those same things and not everyone has MORE money to spend on LESS food/product. read more

I took a break and came back today and well, maybe I should have just stayed away. The service and food were good but the portions are embarrassing. I ordered the 2 entree combo with mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. The mushroom chicken portion was def underserved with mostly mushrooms and zucchini BUT the beef and broccoli was solely broccoli. There was 1 ok size beef and the rest were tiny scraps not even whole pieces of beef, more like breakaways. Wasted $$. If I wanted broccoli, that's what I would have ordered. Ran into this similarly in the past at this location which is why I stopped visiting but I guess this was my sign to just stay away. I visited the drive thru, and when I got home I noticed that the entree (Broccoli + Beef) was in extremely small portion, (2 pieces of beef, 5 pieces of Broccoli) and the rest rice. I looked at reviews and noticed a lot of customers are experiencing the same problem. I'm really disappointed in how that location is ran, I've always had nothing but good experiences in other locations (such as North Fwy) so this was very surprising. I wrote a review on this location a couple of weeks ago. For the problem I experienced at that time, I was given a coupon to use next time I visited the location for a large entree. I had the email with the barcode for the item when I went there yesterday. I visited this location to make an order in person and use my coupon the corporate office had given me. Upon checkout, I presented the coupon and the clerk scanned it. The coupon was not expired. However, the clerk could not get it to scan and give me the item for the coupon. I was told there was nothing they could do, but they did offer me 20% discount which was approximately $9.00 short of what I was owed. I told the lady that was unacceptable. She told me the coupon said "at participating locations". I told her that their location was the location where I had the problem and I wasn't going anywhere else since they were the ones that screwed my order up in the first place. I ultimately asked to speak to a Manager. The lady told me she was the Manager. She kept repeating she couldn't do anything. It was at this point I asked for the owner's name and phone number. She hesitated, and then a guy came around the corner and she referred him to me. The man I spoke to had a tag on his shirt that read, "Manager". I asked him if he was the Manager and he told me yes! I told him that's funny, she just told me she was the Manager and there was no one else I could speak to. The Manager I spoke to ended up calling the owner, and I was given my order for nothing. This should have been done at the very beginning. While I was taken care of this time, it almost took an Act of Congress to get what I had coming to me!!!! You are taking a chance when you visit this location. The customer service here is almost nonexistent!! This will be the last time this place gets any of my business. read more

I placed an order on Uber eats. I ordered chow mein, super greens, honey walnut shrimp and black pepper chicken At 5:45pm In Houston Tx on a Friday. So I figured it was going to take awhile due to traffic...ok. So I met the driver in the hotel lobby. "She" had an order before mine which was fine. The gps indicated that the driver (Luisa) had pulled up. Now mind you I see a "guy" standing outside shooting the breeze with some hotel employees. Finally the guy comes in and I asked if that was for me, he asked me my name. It was my food. I was totally confused because the picture is of a woman. But I did reduce his tip because he was taking his time bringing my food to me once he pulled up. So I get to my room and opened the container and the first thing I noticed was the meat was too dark to be chicken. It was some type of beef. I checked my receipt and yes I did order black pepper chicken. I also noticed that the rating on here was a 3 star but on Uber Eats was 4.6. It's more like a 1 star. I deducted one star for the condition of the dining area. It was somewhat messy and no one came out to clean until 8:00, even though there were only a few people requiring service. They have a drive-thru! My old favorite back in Dallas did not have a drive-thru and it bothered me having to find a parking spot and walk in for my to-go order. The drive-thru concept impresses me. The one at Greenway is so far it is not a realistic option except for the rare once or twice a year I have a meeting in the area. I am glad there is a new one here closer so I can eat my Americanized-Chinese more often. Fried rice: as a chain they do a great job of consistency Orange chicken: lots of breading, but still tasty Sweetfire chicken breast: tasty! The chicken is less breading/dough fried, the sauce is good. A little bit of red pepper. Only one small piece of pineapple though on the bottom. Amazing as far as fast food goes - a great Sunday lunch pursuant to the "don't go to the gym on the weekend" rule, since weekends are meow for eating. read more

They can't keep up with the food demand in the area. I came one day around 4:00pm and waited for about 30 minutes because they were out of everything. There was no chow mein , no super greens, no mushroom chicken and a variety of other proteins. They either need more employees or they need to be more organized with their prep. On top of that the employees( Celeste and Hitzul) were being rude by laughing because we were waiting. They were also mean mugging us as if it was our fault they were out of things. This has to be the worst location. The only reason we came here today was cause Chick-fil-A had issues with their computers. The food was cold the portions were child sized and the restaurant was a mess. The lady that served us didn't listen to our complaints about how she counted out the 6 shrimp for a bowl...we are adults. Then to be up charged for the pleasure never again. This location is the worst, people working there especially LUIS! Is so disrespectful. Since he started taking my order he had a attitude with me. He was being very stingy with the food and when we asked him nicely to add more he would be very rude about it. Every time I come I am always having to deal with there rice being undercooked and having to ask for a new plate. And I always get treated horribly because I tell them that there rice is always undercooked every time i come. LUIS is a horrible shift and needs to be fired!.
