Poorly managed. We were told to pull up at the front of the restaurant and wait for our food when we went through the drive thru. 20 minutes had passed and no one came outside to give us our food. We had to go inside and remind them, because they had forgotten. The other two times we went there to take-out, and at 9pm we were told they dont have any more orange chicken both times. Also both these times, out of 3 sides of noodle we bought, all we got was cabbage and NO noodles, it was disgusting. I am only guessing they stop making fresh noodles and other food that runs out by 9pm even though they dont close till 10pm. Is it wrong that I love Panda so much? I even choose it over Chinese restaurants most of the time. The orange chicken is the best, hands down. However, today I decided to be adventurous and got the honey walnut shrimp as well. Boy oh boy was it good!! I swear they put something in the food to have you craving a bottomless bowl of their Chinese. I always pair my entree with the chow mein. I ventured off to the fried rice once and regretted it. The fried rice was super bland. Other notable entrees to try are the Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. Rule of thumb, only come here during rush hours. Otherwise, you risk the quality of food. If you like to be unpleasantly surprised, order from here! It has been years since I've gone to a Panda Express. Just not a fan of asian fast food.....but my mom wanted to go here. Bad choice all the way around. My mother got sick as hell. I tried the food just to see if she was tripping. The chicken was literally like gelatin and rubber. It literally looked about two weeks old and chewed like bubble gum. I've eaten alot of Panda Express in my life, it can be pretty good - but this is by far the worst food & customer service of my life of any of them. The orange chicken simply doesn't taste right. Has an off taste like fish. The noodles are more often than not burnt. I went in to eat to give it another shot - usually I get to go - big mistake. I ordered a bowl and got a miniature portion of noodles, the orange chicken was the bottom of the barrell and with barely any left on their tray they skimp on me and give me a small serving to save some for the next guy. By the time I get to check-out they have a new orange chicken tray and am I staring at my depressing bowl so I ask for a little more meat. I get told "No, you have 1 serving! I was at this Panda Express a week ago and came home with the wrong order and of course I was disappointed. It's a 15 min drive from where I live so I didn't want to drive all the way back. I called and Christy the manager was very friendly and offered me another meal the next time I went. I showed up a week later afraid maybe they wouldn't honor that offer and they did. Went in for lunch today and got a huge piece of plastic in our chow mein in my wifes panda Bowl. I went to show the manager who told me he could give us a free meal. I said I was more alarmed there was a huge choking hazard in our meal in the first place, let alone not knowing what it was contaminated with. I had to suggest that he make a fresh batch of chow mein to reduce the risk of other customers getting served plastic wrap in their meal, which he was clearly put off by. He just wanted me to take a free meal and walk away quietly. I refused the meal, and let him know I just wouldn't be eating at this location anymore. I wrote to panda corporate, but figure the public should know that this locations restaurant management is most content with giving one customer a free meal, rather than taking a small loss to cook up a new meal without foreign objects. I've been to this location about 10 times now and the food is on par with the other Panda Express locations I've gone to. It is usually clean inside and the staff is friendly as can be expected. The only thing I've noticed is when going later at night, even when there is still over an hour left until close, they are frequently out of food and sauces.
