This is hit or miss, they have military discount, they have good food and good customer service most of the time but ever so often when you if you go through the drive-through, they don't get your order correct or they don't give you the condiments for your food that needs to be worked on quite a bit, other than that it's a good place to eat. Horrible service I went to order one super plate yet everything I order wasn't ready or they were done serving it for the rest of the day even tho it was 8pm while ordering the staff would tell me wait every time I ordered an item after taking my order they had me pull up to the window and had me wait for 7 to 10 minutes before I got charged and then proceeded to tell me everything I ordered wasn't ready gonna take 15 more minutes to make at this point I wouldn't have paid if I knew that definitely don't recommend coming here read more

How are they still open? The person in front of me hand a coupon that had "already been tendered." Apparently an employee told him he could use it as many times as he wanted. Hey, it's an honest mistake, and even though a good restaurant would have honored what they told a customer anyway, there's no rule that says they have to. Except the exchange was complete and total bananas. Customer asks, "Are you the manager?" Employee: "No, she's in the back." "Can I speak with her please?" "I can speak for the manager." If you've ever worked retail, you know how crazy that response is. No, she absolutely cannot speak for the manager. Customer proceeds to tell the employee the story. The employee says, "I don't care." I was floored. The customer says, "I'm telling you so you know that one of your employees is telling people wrong information." The employee says, "You don't have to eat here." And that is absolutely true! So you can sure bet *I* won't be, and I guarantee you neither will the other customer and his family. read more

I've eaten at this PE location numerous times (prior to the brief closure due to fire) and never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh, or wait a bit and they will make a new batch. The employees are always cheerful and pleasant, and frankly I'm impressed with their attitudes. Always clean and neat, glad we have Panda in Joshua. read more

Yuck! The food was not edible. The black pepper chicken was so well done I couldn't tell if it was chicken or steak. There were only a few pieces of celery and they were NOT edible. The vegetables in the Kung Pao chicken were mush and the chicken was snarky and disgusting. We ordered coke and got doctor pepper. Will NOT be back. read more

I see why I got a one star. I walk in there and the lady said I'll be right with you. There is absolutely no other customer in there except me. There are like three people at the drive-through. I was sitting there for 10 minutes. Somebody else could help me, but they chose not to. Then later one comes up and says, are you waiting for pick up? And I said I'm just trying to order and instead of getting my order she makes two more plates for the drive-through window and I am still waiting so I left. Do not go to this panda express until they get new management and new employees. Thank you. read more

Terrible experience. Went today through the drive through to get lunch for me and a couple workers and was told to wait up front for 5 minutes... it took 30 minutes to get my food. Saw about 10 cars go through the drive through and about 8-12 people go in and out with their food. No one else had to wait. I had to go back through the drive through for them to finally give me my food. Got back to work and they didn't put any sauce even though I ordered it. Don't know if this had anything to do with the color of my skin, but regardless I'll never be back and don't recommend anyone go here. There's a better panda about 7 minutes out from this one. I wish zero or negative stars were possible. 5 times we have tried to eat here, only ate once and they were rude we had to ask to be served and they turned the drink machine off and dumped tea over an hour before closing and started putting chairs up and put silverware away while the Manager sat at a table on a laptop. Following times they have closed 1-2 hours early or just lock the door during business hours. Other times they are down to 1-2 entrees no side options and never any super greens and will not cook more. This is a good location and new building but why invest if it is ran so horribly? I rarely complain and am understanding of new help, hard times etc but this panda is its own special kind of awful. Save your time and effort and drive a few miles to Burleson, they are always nice and will be sure you have good fresh entrees read more

Long story shortened. I placed an order on Panda's app and realized it was the wrong store. (Joshua) There wasn't a way to cancel on the app so I drove to the store to cancel it. They weren't open yet, but I got someone's attention at drive thru and told them. They left to let the manager know and the employee came back and said I needed to call Panda because they couldn't help me because it was an on line order. I thought I was at Panda. I sensed an attitude and left to search for Panda's corporate number online, but the number listed is just another store in Virginia. I called the store several times before someone finally answered. That person seemed to want to help me and gave me a number to call. That number was deactivated for calls. I called the store back and she said to call back in an hour and she would try to have a number for me to call. I asked multiple times for their supervisor's name and headquarters number, but never got an answer even though I was told I needed to call headquarters/corporate office by 3 people. I called back an hour later and asked for the person I had spoke with earlier on the phone, but a different person came to the phone. I think it was the manager. She said, you're the guy that's trying to cancel an online order. (attitude from the start) I confirmed and she said there was nothing they could do and to call corporate and hung up. Thinking we were disconnected I called back and she confirmed she hung up on me and to not call back. She said I needed to call corporate and hung up before I could ask for the number. All I wanted to do was cancel an order I placed online at 9:08 AM for pick up at 11:00 AM. read more
