Now I don't review or eat much fast food, but I will say this. This is probably one of the best tasting Chick fil a's I've ever had. And also, my husband was working nearby at Audi, so for awhile I was in Benbrook often. I think Benbrook has some one the best/decent tasting fast food places that I've had in a while.. compared to one exit up on Bryant Irvin/Hulen where I've lived for 10 years+ and not one fast food restaurant is decent. Im going to make this short because this is a chain restaurant and most people know about the type of food. Service was quick top order before the actual menu which is ok but kinda makes me feel rushed. Its ok though cause they get super busy and have to do what they have to. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and yes I got fried chicken cause I needed some comfort food. I added lettuce and tomato as well. The only problem I had was the nasty black spots on the lettuce. If you have read my reviews you know I am by particular about my lettuce and this was terrible. I wonder how you can put this on a sandwich and give it to a customer. read more

We frequent this location as its near to our house and our favorite wal-mart and chase bank. We went inside for lunch this past Thursday and tho tables are still locked off at every other table, eating inside without masks required and having a sit down lunch with my kids felt almost back to normal. The food was fresh and filling as usual and the floors and tables spotless. I noticed a few employees were being trained and also doing great! Times are a changing and things are opening back up to normal and Chick Fil A has done a great job with keeping up with the times. See yall next week! read more

There is an older woman who works the drive through who is quite abrasive. My most recent interaction with her involved a flavored, iced coffee. It was handed to me looking similarly to a black and tan (coffee on bottom half, flavoring/cream on top). I asked if it could please be mixed up since I was in the car and she firmly says, "No! We don't mix them." YOU DON'T MIX THEM? WHAT? That is absurd, Lady. If I order a milkshake, shall I be prepared to mix that, too? Another time, I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked all over my desk. I returned the next morning and ordered another cup but this time, I asked for an empty, second cup as a security measure. I was travelling and I wanted to ensure a leak didnt happen in my car. She said, "No, our cups don't leak." I said, "But, it did, and I would like a second cup." Again, she tells me that it didn't leak and I couldn't have a second cup (which I even offered to pay for). I only do carry out now so I don't have to deal with her attitude in the drive through. The spicy chicken sandwich is also another favorite. The employees are very friendly and the managers always make sure they are helping in any way they can. I frequent this location a couple times a month! This location is always clean and well stocked with condiments and things you need. Always love the service here, but have noticed lately that they (this location and the Alta Mere Hawk's Creek location) don't put the mobile orders on the shelf where you can retrieve your order. Instead, it's left to sit on the back counter and you have to wait for someone to notice you before you can get your order - which kind of at least partially defeats the "order-ahead in the app" convenience. This time at the 377S location, I stood there for a good two minutes while two employees stood no more than four feet from me, chatting away, just ignoring me. Only when I put my hand on the shelf where the orders go and *GLARED* at one of the employees did he ask me if he could help me. And sure enough - once again, my completed order was sitting on the counter by the fountain area, getting cold. Two minutes doesn't sound like much, but it's a long time while your food is getting cold and a huge departure from Chick-fil-A's reputation for service excellence. Are they having issues with food theft from the pick-up shelves? I wouldn't be annoyed if not for the frequent 2+ minute wait compared to just walking in, grabbing my order, and walking out. read more

Today my 13yr old quarterback went down hard as he was sacked while still in the "pocket"! He came up wailing loudly holding his right arm. My husband, who was there, immediately realized he had rebroken his radius and ulna for the second time in less than 18months. Thank God he's a lefty for school situations! But, his football season was over in the first practice game of the season. He was devastated! He'd worked so hard to make quarterback- it's all he talked about. In the ER all he could talk about, after pain meds kicked in, was Chick-fil-a nuggets, and waffle fries!! So Dad stopped by Chick-Fil-a Benbrook and a miracle happened! He was handed the biggest bag of nuggets and waffle fries he'd ever seen! Not sure if one of the nurses called ahead or what from Cook's Children's but a boy who had broken his arm again, knew what he was in for again, PT, possible surgery for pins, etc, the loss of his football season, was definitely a happy boy with that bag full of Chick-fil-a nuggets and waffle fries!!
