I normally stray away from this location due to poor customer service and always running out of an item (never experience this at other locations). I could not resist so i entered the drive through. I ordered a plate (2 entrees and a side). The female on the intercom precedes to cut me off and asks me for my side first. The words written on the menu says 2 entrees & a side not a side and 2 entrees which is why i said orange chicken first(then got rudely cut off). Okay no biggie so i move to the window. She snatches my card and closes the window. Re opens it and quickly hands me my card and order (utters a forced thank you) and closes the window. Did not even give me time to express my issue. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. I am native to livingston and do not appreciate poor servicing businesses to run in my town. I will be informing my peers to not visit this location. The last few times I've came here the food has been fresh and the staff have been friendly. Wow. This Panda fucking sucks! 15 minutes waiting outside for food at 8pm when the food should be ready to go! Happens every time. MANAGEMENT READ THE REVIEWS AND DO SOME SHIT ABOUT IT. It's almost like kids are running this place. I get it... fast food is hard to work at and stay enthusiastic about it; however, management needs to realize where the downfalls are and make changes. I go here a lot, and I went through the drive through 5/4/21. The manager was on drive through and ended up getting my order wrong. I came home and when I saw they were wrong I called them. I was on hold for 14 mins and they hung up on me. So I drove back and went inside and asked for the manager again. I was brushed off. The associate at the front said oh I'll just put what you were missing in a small box for you. But I was just brushed off and not acknowledged by the manager. They seem to focus more on the drive thru people. I felt so belittled at the behavior. Will not go back, I'd rather go to Atwater panda. read more

Well let start out by saying I do not visit Panda Express that often, but when I do it is for the food and the service. But in both cases they where both lacking , in fact terrible.. Iwas coming back from Modesto and decided to stop and get something to eat, Panada sounded good, I would say 1:30/ 2:00 pm.. No lunch crowd and no one in front of me when I got there, well first thing I order was chow mein, she ask if I could wait so they could make fresh.. No problem and I waited, she filled the container with the rest of my order and I waited and waited and waited, about 15 minutes later the lady decided to make chow mein and I waited till it was finished, Sadly she finished it , but it was not cooked all the way.. yes the noodles where sticking to my teeth, gummy.. no kidding.. so I get the attention of another server and enform her the chow mein is not cooked and she volunteered to make me fresh chow mein, so I wait some more, while the rest of my meal gets cold.. so 5 minutes or so here comes my chow mein and with out any concern did nothing about the uncooked chow mein that they where still serving customers, didn't even go over and check it, I watched her the whole time.. So if you love uncooked chow mein, Livingston Panda Express is the place to go and they could care less either way, that is what they are going to serve you, unless you complain.. well my dogs enjoyed it and I won't be going back for what I had to pay, you think there would be better service..or at least someone who really cared. read more

It's 11/27/2018 on a Tuesday. So I decided to get late night Panda Express and I saw on Apple maps that there store is still open at 10:30 pm. I got there around 10:12 pm and dining area was closed. So I expected the drive thru was open since it was still within opening hours. I sat on that drive thru for 4 mins. No awnser, I said hello and still nothing then I notified them saying that they were in the operating hours. Still no awnser I drove around and saw the employees and they ignored me. I love eating at Panda Express, I recommend this place l, but if you're going to be picky and have a bad attitude with the employees I recommend you stay home, these employees don't need rude customers! I've waited in line before and this poor employee had to deal with a rude customer right next to me. Ideally they are making our food so why don't we treat them with respect ? If you want fresh food don't complain about the wait, if you don't get any sauces... just ask! McDonald's doesn't give you every sauce unless you ask. They're not going to read your mind, wondering if you would like sauce or not so if they don't ask just ask yourself. If there's something wrong with your order just ask politely for an item replacement. If they take "forever" to attend you, and think they're not working well. Apply to work there and see if you could do any better ;). Overall these reviews are consistently negative to their own preferences. I used to like this panda because it was the closet to where I live. This one day I ordered broccoli beef and it tasted alright, something seemed a bit off though. My gut was right, and about an hour later I came down with food poisoning. Was out for work and school for two days. Went to this location a few time before and always a long wait with minimal people inside. Went tonight (7/19/18) at about 9:30 ordered to plates with teriyaki chicken. Wait forever for someone to come get my card to pay while I watch one person stand over by online ordering on their phone. Finally got payment done handed my order and she said goodnight and walks away. No soy sauce, no teriyaki sauce, no chili packets. I get asked every where else. I wait for her to come back and ask for all of this. Now is when she informs me they are out of the teriyaki sauce for the night. It would've been nice to know that before paying for it. I go to say something and she's closed the window ignoring me and the issue. I always love Panda Express food, but the service I got today was ridiculous the girl taking drive thru orders needed an attitude adjustment. So we got there and we ordered and everything was fine we just had to wait for our orange chicken. So after we got our drinks we pulled into a parking spot. After about 5 minutes we got our food and we had originally asked for soy sauce with our food. They forgot it and silverware which is fine also, but when we went back through the drive thru to tell them they forgot our soy sauce and silverware, the girl rudely said, "um you have to ask for the sauce when you order and my bad". Now I'm not one to leave reviews, but the attitude she had in her voice is no way you should ever talk to a customer. ESPECIALLY when we were very nice about the whole thing. Favorite fast food. Service is prompt but ask for the rice bowl and get a bowl filled with rice and no dish... ordered Shanghai and get 2 pcs mushrooms and 5 pieces of small cubed beef. My fiancé, his family and I went to this Panda here in Livingston to get food to take home. The point of this review is to simply write what a horrible job they did. First of all, right before we walked in there was a worker who was on her lunch and straight stared us down which is overall a rude way to be. Then, we had to wait a pretty long time simply because not all the food was ready. While we were waiting for the food to be ready there was a young man in which I assume is an employee who was not on the clock with normal clothes on and no hat. This young man did not even wash his hands and was helping the workers cook. The last complain that I have is that once we got home my Fiancé was missing one side from his plate. We then called Panda and they said they would be able to refund us for an item that we did not receive. When we got there to receive our refund. An employee asked if we were sure it was missing. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I do not think we will be returning. read more
