10:45am...15 mins after opening. No food out at all.

Huge FYI, this place does NOT open at 10:30. Online says 10:30, door says 10:30. We stood outside for 15 minutes before they unlocked the door at 1045. When we came inside there was no food ready to order. We watched two people leave the drive through because they were told nothing was ready. We sat inside till 11:06 when we were finally served. Don't come here at 10:30 expecting to eat. If you open at 10:30 you should be ready to serve at 10:30.

The line behind me at 6:20 pm. Zach said it was too slow to keep fresh product ready

This place is ridiculous. We went Sunday, about 6:20 pm. They were out of lo mien, I asked if they had more started. The girl looks blankly at the empty bowl. Looks behind her, (no ones cooking anything). Calls for lo mien. Then some kid (Zach). Tries to explain to me why he hasn't started more lomien. It's because dinner rush is over. And why would he make a whole pan of lomien Oh and then he grabbed a container and says something about seeing if there's any old stuff in the back. He went over by the drive through and came out with lomien. I said what, where did you get that. He said it wasn't that old and see now I didn't have to wait. I think he knew I was going to fill out my survey, so he didn't put my receipt in my bag. My last visit a few months ago was equally disappointing. Not coming back

Suppose to be half rice/ half lo mein . With baby portioned food . Dispicable.

If I could give 0 stars I would....I came to the store And they ran out of Rice and Shrimp. The Server who seemed to be in a frantic order asked me if I would like anything else. I responded No, I can wait. She took my order for what I had then Rushed me to checkout and told me when its ready she will bring it out to my vehicle. After walking to my vehicle and smoking a cigarette, I returned into the store and They had forgotten about my order And The lady said "its coming right now, can you wait outside". I didn't wish to wait outside again for fear of what might happen, and it Happened. I come home which I live 40 minutes away, to find a kids meal minus my rice. Very disappointed. Never returning .

    The designated break booth.

Walked into the restaurant and had to walk through a swarm of flies while I was waiting in line. I simply forgot to say a plate and the waitress rolled her eyes and snapped back at me asking bowl or plate. I started to look around for a place to sit and I noticed a whole booth was taken as a designated break booth. Very unprofessional, unclean, and inconsiderate.

Plate with Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. As you can see this is what they gave me. Half way filled.

My rice noodles were so over cooked I could not even bit thru most of them! The beef and chicken was on the verge of leather to chew. The only protein to survive was the fake crab! The veggies had at least 6 ladles of sauce and yet one guy felt the need to water it down with a hearty squirt! So my veggies ended up steamed instead of grilled! Then while mine was left unattended on one side, on the opposite side another fella was cleaning off the food residue and scraped with such vigor a big splat landed on my veggies!!! I gagged! But in the interest of not wasting food I went ahead and let him plate it all up! What an awful meal! The only reason I gave a 1 was for the pleasant waiter I had who patiently listened to my complaints and offered me a second chance for a fresh plate! Without being able to control the grill guys, I figured a second plate would not be any better. I came here not long after HuHot opened here and it was one of my favorite eateries in Manhattan but about 2 years ago, I had this same kind of experience! Today, I gave them a second chance! Didn't fly folks! Won't ever be going back!

This is a hidden hole in the wall gem!…read more Today was my second experience at the Four seasons Asian restaurant and it never disappoints. Four of us shared the Beef, Chicken, and Pork Bulgogi which was way more than enough food. The beef is the superior choice as the flavor is unmatched. But the pork and chicken were also delicious. Its comes with your own bowl of white rice and a platter filled with different types of kimchi and pickled veggies. We also shared an order of potstickers that were excellent as well. As your stomach protests you will never want to put the fork down as it is all incredible. Now I will say if you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. It is run by an elderly Korean couple and they are not quick but they know what they are doing so be patient and just enjoy the experience. There is a Korean market attached and both times we left with 2 jars of the cucumber Kimchi and the regular kimchi. So so so good! I highly recommend this place!

There are a few things to consider before visiting Four Seasons, being one of them that the owner, its a very sweet elder lady and also happens to be your only server and the cook for the entire business. So when visiting make sure that you go with plenty of time. The restaurant is not terribly busy all the time but on my two visits wait time was around 30-40 minutes before she brings me the food I ordered. That brings me to the next point: the food is AMAZING. I have visited Korea in the past and I can vouch that her homemade recipes are cooked with lots of love and tradition. Make sure not to take a long time thinking what to order, as I can promise that every plate she cooks is true to the Korean cuisine. The local is big and it has a very "homeish" style. It's very quite and location is somewhat discreet. Again, keep in mind that the entire business is ran by this elder lady and her husband. If you like'd to try my favorites from the menu, make sure to order the seasoned beef (bulgogi) and the spicy rice cake (I promise is not that spicy). I was incredibly satisfied and I give it a 9.2/10. The only thing they need to improve is to maybe hire somebody to help serving but obviously you can tell is a very small business and that is hard to be expected. I wish her well and that her business prosper more.
