All of these stars are for the lovely lady that filled my order and the cashier. Both provided service with a wonderful warm smile. Panda Express is just that...express/fast and commercialized Asian cuisine. I'm not being critical, I'm just stating the facts. We stopped in at this location of Panda Express after finishing up a visit to the nail salon because I was not up for cooking or a sit-down restaurant. Although we haven't been to a Panda Express in a while, we got what we always get...the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and one with lomein. We also ordered a three entree plate. Everything was decent...no complaints. We took our food to go. However, there is available seating to enjoy your order onsite. The restaurant was clean and I didn't see anything that would prevent on-site dining and an opportunity to enjoy your meal while it's hot. IYKYK...Panda Express is its best when it's hot. If you don't feel like cooking, Panda Express is a great alternative. They offer Indians family friendly options. Happy eating. read more

I tried the Dynamite Sweet and Sour Chicken. It's horrible, way, way too hot. And I like hot. I threw it out. I cannot believe you got rid of the Sweet Fire Chicken for this. Even my ears are burning and I only ate 2 pieces. When something is just hot with lack of flavor it's not good. This dish will not last. read more

Everytime we have visited this location our food is cold. Today was the exception it was kind of warm. Most of the dishes look old and dried out. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. As we were standing in front of the food display we were making our choices to eat when I looked down at the ledge that on the customer side of the steam table as to my horror saw all kinds of tiny baby roaches running in and out of the Crack between the counter ledge and the steam table. When we were leaving I checked for the county inspection grade which should be posted someplace in sight to be able to see the last visits rating and it was nowhere to be found which raises another big red flag. Did they remove it due to a poor score or is it maybe that they just do not ever get paid a visit by the county inspector. So immediately upon leaving I filed a report with the horry county office of the department of agriculture. Do not order through the ap. I placed a somewhat large order through the ap on 4/1/24. 1) it wasn't ready when the ap said it was and I ended up waiting while people in line were getting their food and leaving. 2) once I got home and opened the containers, one of the containers that was supposed to contain orange chicken and beef and broccoli only had orange chicken chicken on one side and the other side was empty. Seems they ripped us off one entree. I didn't think to open each individual container to check if there was actually food inside, but I guess that's what you have to do. I like that with the ap you get points for your purchases, but if they don't give you the correct food (or in the case completely leave food out), that seems pointless. read more

I also ordered him an egg roll and crab Rangoon for myself. I love crab Rangoon. Have been know to order a six pack and eat everyone of them on the way home. Here you get three for 1.95. They were ok. The cheese had separated a bit and the shell was denser than I prefer. The mushroom chicken was decent. Under seasoned but okay as well. I did not like the fried rice. It is also terribly under seasoned and lacked that authentic fried rice flavor. Prices are very reasonable. They do give you much more rice in the bowls than meat but it's to be expected. I absolutely love the food here! A couple of times we got here about 30 minutes before closing and everything is always hot and delicious. Bejiing beef is my favorite. Went in and placed an order. 2 plates. I ordered the 1/2 plate of honey walnut shrimp which was suppose to be crispy and have walnuts. SOGGY? NO WALNUTS!
