Most customers know that PF Chang's has really changed over the years. With the economy today, I understand price increases, but combined with the much smaller portions, and long waiting time to be served, we will not bring going back to PF Chang's. Myrtle Beach PF was terrible last night. The place wasn't even 1/3 full and we still waited to be seated. This usually tells me that they don't have enough wait staff. We had a good waiter named Errol and he apologized for the long wait for our food. Two salads came out wrong and there was a long wait for them to be corrected. I mean, it's a SALAD! How hard can that be? We were informed that the kitchen was having difficulty and was backed up and that our meals would be compted! Went here for the 1st time on Tuesday April 14th 2026 as a large party as an birthday event. Been to another location and they basically serve chinese fare food such as favorites like orange chicken, peppersteak, and have salads too. Anyways, we walked in, and was greeted by a host, who immediately sat us down as our table was ready. Table was preset with menus and special spring drinks. Server was very pleasant, and accommodated us with our separate checks. We all got waters, and for drink I had the Cherry Blossom drink, which was sweet and very good. For appetizers, My part of the party got the dumplings, and a crab rangoon. Both were very good and enjoyable. For Dinner, got the special on the back of the menu, where i ordered the Sesame Chicken with white rice and vegetable eggroll. Meal was delicious and filling. Even took home a to go container. Cost about 100.00 for our part of the bill. Paid with credit card, and left a cash tip. Womens restrooms were clean. Awful, we we're there for an hour and 15 minutes they never refilled out drinks when we asked 3 times the manager even came out anf said he would refill out drinks never did. Worst dinner ever had from PF Chang's in Myrtle Beach, SC We have enjoyed many dinners in the restaurant & have had it delivered, for about 15 years. Tonight was a different story. The northern style ribs were burnt, the spring egg rolls were mushy and one was burnt, and the fried rice with chicken and beef didn't taste good at all, chewing it turned into powder in my mouth. I had called and spoke to the manager about the ribs. Didn't realize the rest of the dinner was going to be as bad. He did say he was going to refund me for the ribs. read more

Worst service of any food place in the world, we have been here for 2 hours and just getting our appetizers, took 45 minutes to get drinks, took 8 minutes to get seated when we literally had a reservation. There is barely any people in this restaurant and it is extraordinarily slow. They were plenty of empty tables and lots of people standing, waiting to be seated. They seemed very short handed. All that aside, service was what you've come to expect from PF. It's on an area shopping center on the corner but parking may require a short walk. Food was very good and the PF Chang quality that you come to expect! The hostess was amazing and went out of her way to get us sat. However, once we sat down the waiter was very condescending. I am active duty military and he seemed confused on where the date was on my ID so I mentioned it was on the back, he then rudely stated he already knew that. My husband used his government issued state ID (from Hawaii) and was told it may not pass inspection because it looked suspicious that he had a Hawaii ID. I'm not sure what about the military stationing us in Hawaii is suspicious but that's his view. He then presented his military dependent ID card as additional proof. The waiter came back from verifying with his manager and stated that he could not serve us because he believed my 27 year old husband was presenting a fake ID. He also stated that military dependent ID cards were not proof of age despite accepting my AD military ID card. He has every right to deny service however he was incredibly rude and combative during the entire experience. Unfortunately we chose to leave due to the waiters attitude. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind but for that waiter alone we will not be returning. read more

I am not the type to usually write bad reviews but something needed to be said about this experience. Me and my boyfriend had a reservation for 6:30pm on Valentine's Day that we had previously called in the day prior. As soon as we get there we are immediately told that they were 'behind' on reservations and that we had to wait for 10-15 minutes until they could seat us. Not only was the wait way longer than that, we did not receive any updates and had to go ask multiple times how much longer it was going to be. We had been there almost an hour and decided to cancel our reservation and leave. This was a waste of time standing out in the cold and if I was told that it would have been that long in the first place, I would have saved everyone the trouble and left. I have usually had fantastic experiences with P.F. Chang's but this time was not that. I understand that it was busy because of this special day but reservations should be seated automatically OR as soon as possible. Waiting for a table that we already reserved the day prior was not what we expected. In fact, we may as well just have waited with the others who didn't have reservations. Additionally, I am not sure how you can be 'behind' on reservations, but I would recommend seating the people who called ahead FIRST, rather than putting them into the waiting list with the people who just show up. I hope that we get a better experience next time we come because we love P.F. Chang's. I know this was a small setback, but it was a very unpleasant experience and it needs to be fixed. read more

Overall was not a fan... The steamed pork dumplings were really good, great flavor and a mix of sweet and savory. The Mongolian beef was REALLY good, but for the price (most expensive menu item) the amount isn't that worth the cost... The brown rice was undercooked. The vegetable spring rolls were just terrible. Tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Just a bad taste and even worse after taste. The pork egg rolls were SLIGHTLY better than the spring rolls but still far from a hit. Well, classic terrible service I guess. Party of two people, we were polite and nice and they sat us. It didn't take too long to seat us but we took off our jackets, sat down and opened our menus looking through it like normal. No one came to us for like 15 minutes. It was not busy there. We are both patient and are understanding but then 2 or more other tables came and sat down and immediately got a server to serve them. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious but they're fried rice and their honey chicken had nothing tasty about it. Rice was room temperature at best. We got this delivered as we have done many times before and this was absolutely terrible. Tried to complain via uber eats and not a single thing was done, so here we are, giving a yelp review. 10000000/10 would NOT recommend. There was more green onions in my meal than there was beef. Our service was top notch!!!! His name was Dae or Deshaun. Seriously love this guy! The food for the price should have been WAY better. Fun atmosphere but not sure if I would go back. Also no happy hour. I order the lobster special at $34 it was NOT good and got thrown out. Of course lettuce wraps are great. Mongolian beef was good. Fried rice, meh. The worst part of it is, they did NOT even try to correct their mistakes. We were charged for things we did not order.
