Lori is a great server!! Extremely attentive and so very kind. The food is great here. They have a lot of drinks to choose from as well, and it's unlimited. The only thing I wish we could see more of is dessert options but other than that, no complaints! Good quality, great options. We aren't from SC but we come to Myrtle all the time and this will be our go to. We love the tom yum here- always recommend. Will be back!

One of the best hot spot / kbbq places I've gone to so far! To preface, I only did the hot pot so I can't have an opinion on the kbbq. From my experience though, there were so many veggies/hot pot items to choose from that I have not seen from other hot pot places. The difference is that this place is a buffet style so you can grab the items yourself instead of being served. Many sauces to create at the sauce bar. Another huge plus is that you get unlimited beverages that come with the meal. There was also a sushi bar and select desserts/fruits but I didn't get a chance to try them (Was getting too full). Make sure to come hungry if you are trying to get your money worth and trying all the food. Wasn't too much of a fan of the kimchi they had. I always order the Thai Tom Yum as my soup base and the broth was spicy and flavorful! Decent price for what you are getting so definitely worth it.

We had never been to one of these places and had no idea how to go about it.. the staff took us to our table and explained the whole process. After reading reviews we decided to do both Korean bbq and soup.. it's a big place and buffets offered lots of meat, seafood and veggie options. They turn the burners on at your table and you get what you want cook in it a broth of your choice or use burner to cook it.. I also got a glass of peach sake that was very good.. the price includes unlimited non alcohol beverages like soda teas or water and it's help yourself cooler. we had great time trying it all but of course over did it lol.. if you haven't tried it I suggest doing both just because gives you more options but after that I think I'd do the soup. Broths are so good.. oh and there's a sushi bar and desserts and lots of sauces to choose from.. place looks fairly new and clean. It's in a shopping center so not hard to find. Highly recommend

Delicious! They had almost every option you could want for your Korean bbq and hot pot. The sauce bar was delicious but I did miss having cilantro and sweet chili sauce. The all you can drink speciality drinks from the refrigerator was a nice added bones

I would likely give this a 4.5. Servers were kind and attentive and quite friendly! They seemed to work together to make sure tables are checked in on. The place honestly was spotless from the food bars to the tables to the bathrooms. The variety of proteins for the Korean BBQ was extensive, and had pretty much whatever you could think of. There was a good variety of sauces and items to put into the hot pot as well. They had at least 10 options for the hot pot broth. The many drink coolers they had also provided an extensive array of choices from sodas and water to Asian drinks such as aloe juice, sour plum drink, and marble soda. The drinks were also unlimited. Dessert consisted of a small dessert bar with about 4 choices, fresh fruit, and ice cream. It was a fun experience!

My man and I loooooveeee hot pot. I introduced him when we first met and he became obsessed. So when we moved here one of the first important things was to find a hot pot. Nine spices wasn't opened just yet, but when they did open, we went. This was our 3rd time here. Lori and Cecilia were very nice! This place has the best assortment of options, with lots of meat and veggies. My favorites are the pumpkin and enoki mushroom, and his favorites are the broccoli and udon. We're spicy lovers and the spicy broth is delicious and not too overwhelming at all. The only thing is that the prices are a bit higher than what we're used to, so we can't go as often as we'd like. Love Nine Spices!!

Amazing Hotpot & Karaoke Combo! Nine Spice Hotpot offers fresh, flavorful hotpot and a fun twist with their karaoke room! The vegetables are incredibly fresh, and the unlimited meat options--beef, pork, chicken, and seafood--are high quality and perfect for customizing your meal. Their buffet section is loaded with sauces, toppings, and sides, plus a dessert bar to end on a sweet note. The karaoke room is a highlight, featuring a modern setup, great sound system, and a huge song list--perfect for groups or celebrations. Pairing delicious food with fun entertainment makes this spot stand out. Highly recommended for food, service, and a great time! Let me know if this works for you!

Let me tell you, finally a place with great ambiance, great food and awesome service. We ordered the hot pot and the AYCE BBQ. To me, it's too much, but few people can power down both. Next time, I'm just ordering bbq, it's enough. Lol. Look at the pics. Definitely coming back.

I will say, the bibimbap is quite good and I was not disappointed in the flavor or quality of that dish, but my husband's pork katsu was so small and absent of meat that it looked like fried pork skin. See photo attached. I was drawn to Mura because I love Korean food, but also because of the conveyor belt. There were NO fresh foods on the conveyor belt....only a few prepackaged cookies or desserts. Super sad. The server was also extremely curt with us on both visits. My husband visited with me once and a friend the second time, both commenting on how little hospitality he showed. The environment is definitely not a bring your friends and chat place. There are only bar seats in front of the conveyor belt......with nothing on it. The final piece I'll add is the price for what you get is unreasonable. And I believe I may have been charged the wrong thing? I just left it alone, but it definitely was confusing. I ordered the stone bowl bibimbap which noted 12 plus 6 dollars for a fried egg. I assumed my total was 18 and it came to 22. No where on the menu does it differentiate between stone bowl and whatever the other cheaper option was. Not the biggest issue; if the food and service had been different I'd probably not have thought so much about it. When I brought up the difference to the server, he continued with his curt approach. The bibimbap was good, like I mentioned, but I'd just order it to go if I wanted it.

I genuinely and wholeheartedly wish I could give this 0 stars. There is absolutely no way these…read moregood reviews are real. I'm convinced all the good reviews were either paid for or are from family members of the owner. Before I start, I just want to say that I personally feel for the server. There was only one server for the whole restaurant and he was balancing the food and the bar for the dinner service, which is wild in itself. Despite him having an attitude, I didn't let that bother me because I truly felt bad for him. I also want to mention that everything on the conveyor belt was dessert (chocopies, rice snacks, candies). This is not what was advertised. Where is the food?? What's the point of the conveyor belt if everything is made to order? Is it just there for funsies? I love the concept of a conveyor belt, which is why I came here in the first place. But it was completely useless. Now let's get on with the food... It's insulting to call this food Korean. The yoogaejang broth tasted like the broth you get when you make those $0.99 ramen packets from Walmart. It tasted SO CHEAP. And there were only two tiny pieces of meat in there. This was furthest thing from real yoogaejang. Let's move on to the beef ramen. As you can see in the picture, the beef ramen looks gunky and disgusting. Aside from how it looks, let's talk about the flavor. Tell me why the beef ramen broth tasted like shrimp?? That caught us all off guard. And the noodles were definitely ramen packet noodles. I don't know who they think they're fooling with those cheap noodles. That was ridiculous! THE TTEOKKBEOKKI OMGGGG How can you call that tteokkbeokki?? It had 0 flavor. It tasted like nothing. Where's the flavor?? It was so bland. The pickled radishes tasted so off, I can't even explain it... ANNDDDDD we had to wait 40 minutes for six wings. They claimed that another table took our wings, but I highly doubt that because we didn't see any other order of wings coming out of the kitchen. The kimchi radish and the gochujang wings were the only good things we had. Very sad. And to top it all off, they require an 18% gratuity...for what?? The food was so expensive for no reason, tasted horrible, was not Korean in the least bit, and the service was horrible. I've never been this disappointed in a restaurant before.

Growing up in a town called Palisades Park, NJ...I have been to more Korean restaurants than I can…read morecount. It is a part of me, and by far my one of favorite things to eat. My mom now lives in Myrtle Beach. I come here to see her often and she always tells me how much she misses the Korean restaurants back home. So I found this place and decided to give it a whirl with very low expectations. The price for starters blew me away- $25 a person AYCE hotpot and bbq is almost unheard of! I really didn't believe it until I physically saw the bill. I also like how they have all the raw meats/fish and veggies set up in a buffet like style for you to bring back to the table to cook for yourself. Each person at the table gets their own soup aka hotpot that they can put whatever they want into it-I got the mushroom one and it was just simply outstanding. For the Vegans and Vegetarians- so many options here for you all as well! Everything was so fresh and even when I was full- I couldn't stop eating. We all definitely ate more than $25's worth. The service was also fantastic, the waitress constantly kept coming to check on us to make sure our table was good. Everything was seasoned properly and very fresh with a ton of dipping sauces that would make anyone who goes there happy. I will however say, they need to step up on the side dishes- the kimchi could have been a better quality along with their cold radish and spicy cucumber side, maybe possibly add some type of salad bar. The actual bbq pit on the tables could also be a little bit bigger, I found it to be small and it made it hard to cook all the meats and veggies at the same time. But other than that hats off the owner for making such a fantastic inexpensive Korean restaurant in Myrtle Beach. This place is a win for sure!

Starting with the positives: the chicken and mac & cheese sushi roll was actually really good. It's definitely a unique combination, but it worked and we were pleasantly surprised. We also liked that you could see the beach from inside the restaurant, which made for a nice atmosphere. Now for the negatives. From the moment we sat down, we didn't feel very welcomed. Our server seemed annoyed that our party of six sat at a booth, even though two of those seats were for our 2-year-olds who were sitting between us. It really wasn't a full "six adults" situation. We originally wanted to order the mozzarella wontons, but were told they were sold out of mozzarella, so we took the server's suggestion and ordered the chicken mac & cheese sushi roll instead. When it came out, we actually thanked her because it was good and we were glad we tried it. When we ordered appetizers, we also ordered the kids' meals right away. Our appetizer came out, then we placed our dinner order: two burgers and two sushi rolls. The kids' meals came out first, which made sense since we ordered them early. Then the two burgers came out. The problem was that the people eating the burgers were basically finished with their meals before our sushi rolls ever arrived and we noticed other tables who ordered sushi after us were getting theirs first. We weren't given any updates about the delay, and when we asked about it, the explanation didn't make sense considering other sushi orders were coming out before ours. By the time my sushi finally arrived, everyone else at our table had already eaten. The kids were getting restless and we needed to leave, so I ended up asking to have my sushi boxed up instead of eating it there. The service was honestly the most disappointing part of the experience. Our server felt dismissive and irritated throughout the meal, and at one point my husband had to step in because of how she responded to a friend who was simply raising concerns about the food timing. I was really excited to try this place, and I'm honestly glad we didn't go here for my actual birthday dinner two days earlier, because it would have been a very disappointing celebration. Between the lack of hospitality and the poor service, it just wasn't a great experience for us.
