Out of all the Panda Express in Southern California, this one is the most stingy. I'm surprised they didn't count the noodles on the Chow mein and the grains of rice. It's as if it's coming out of the person serving you's paycheck. Oh and they use this little tactic, they put the rice in the middle to give the illusion that they're giving you more. This is the worst Panda Express I've been to in my entire life! Where is the management? The line was out the door and every worker was moving so slow! How does it take them so long to serve food when the food is already made? All you have to do is serve and charge that's it! Been to a number of Panda Express over the last few years. The experience I had today was the worst. Went through the drive through and ordered mushroom chicken and orange chicken (2 separate items). We stopped in the Sam's club parking lot (50 yards away) to eat. The orange chicken was more cold than warm, the noodles were dry and cold. The mushroom chicken was luke warn,the rise was half cold and half warm. The experience was not good, cold dry food. I will never visit another Panda Express again. read more

This Panda Express on the East Side of Palmdale usually looks clean, people are friendly, but it is an inconvenience because they do not have a drive thru, and there's usually a big line that wraps around once you go in, and this is not the first time I've been in here. Worst customer service ever!! I ordered the food online to pick up at 6 pm & paid with my credit card. I received email confirmation for my order that include order number & the items I placed the order. I arrived at Panda store at 6 pm exactly and they told me that my order was not ready. One of the worker asked me to wait outside and they will call me when my order's ready which was fine with me. I waited like 5 mins, no call so I went in again. The worker who helped me saw me & came with another worker I guess she was the manager. They claimed me that my order never printed out. I showed them my email confirmation and they told me they will get ready my order & call my name when it's ready. I went out and waited outside of the Panda store for another 10 mins. I heard they call my name so I went it again and they handed me small bag saying that was all my order. I ordered 2 family meal & one large entree for extra which never could fit in one small bag. I checked the food while the manager names Ashley with me. The items were not correct & I showed her my email again that the bag I received was not what I ordered. Ashley told me that my order is not in their system and asked me to if I paid the order. I showed her email confirmation AGAIN and I also showed her my online credit card statement that clearly stated the money already charged from Panda. Ashley the manager told me to wait outside again so I waited another 10 mins. After all the wait, she called my name and she cannot give the food nor refund my money immediately since my order is not in their system. Wth!!! If they cannot find my order then why do they accept order thru online & charge my credit card??? If they cannot give the food, they should refund my money at their hand. Ashley handed me 1-800 number and told me to call the headquarter to get the refund. I wasted my time & money for nothing. I don't like their sauces, so I told them, no thank you , on sauces. My bill came to $12.10. When I arrived home , the food tasted off. I offered it to my dogs and they refused the chicken. I bought it back to Panda Express. I had everything I paid for, except the spring rolls, which I ate, and sauces, which I did not receive. The manager refused to refund my money because I didn't have the spring rolls and sauces. I explained to her that I did not receive any sauces and I was more than happy to pay for the rolls. She refused. She Insisted that I had have everything that was on my receipt. Managers, like her, should not be in her position, they destroy the business and customers will go else where. The only reason I was able to pick up my order was because I went inside and complained that I hadn't received my order after waiting for such a long time. Horrible experience 11/20/17 yesterday I order Peking pork with 1/2 chow main and 1/2 white rice. as I was eating I noticed a silver metal chain in the bell pepper. I instantly called panda and spoke to manager on duty. I was worried that there was more of that metal in the rest of the Peking pork I knew I had to make the staff aware. Ruby did not act surprised she just offer for me to go back and get a food replacement,I wanted to hear she was surprised and maybe offered to remove the item from the wormer until she found out what was in it. I called Tuesday morning to make them aware I was going to be there as soon as they opened to get a money refund. Panda is on my way to work, I was there 10 minutes before they open and I waited right by the door, it was 10:02 and a girl was taking out the patio chairs she did not even acknowledged me she continued to go in and out to bring out chairs I grabbed the door handle from the outside to try and go in, the girl looked at me and said sorry we are not open yet!! It was already 10:05 and I said oh I just need a refund and she said I know I spoke to you yesterday and she said it takes 10 minutes for the register to open.and I said sign says OPEN at 10:00am but we have to wait 10 extra minutes for the register to open? I don't understand. Than she asked for my receipt as we were still discussing this outside I told her to go and do what she had to do but and get me out of there since I was already running late to work. She closed the door and still left me out side took her a few minutes to comeback and rudely unlocked the door and walked away. Did not ask me to come in. She made the refund. Consistently rips people off by putting miniscule portions on your plate. Have been here 3X and they were all the same. Barely gives you any noodles and only one small scoop of rice. The entrees are the same. After eating here, better go to Burger King because you will leave hungry. Employees are very pushy trying to convince you to order extra items like egg rolls, soup, drinks, etc. That is because they know you need it if you want a full meal. My husband and I love Panda Express and this is the closest one to our side of town. We hate having to go to this Panda Express. Every time we go we have to wait for our food. They give us our rice and a side then make us wait as they make us something fresh. It's like they don't catch that they're running low on a dish until it's empty so you're waiting the 15 minutes or more for them to make the dish from scratch while the rest of the food you paid for is getting cold. It happens EVERY time we go here. No matter how busy the place is we have a wait for half of our food. No apologies or an offer of a free drink or anything. Our visit before last we waited for at least 25 minutes. No apologies. It would have been better for us to leave and go to another Panda, too bad they make you pay for everything before making you wait. No one ever letting us know how long the wait is. They gave me my son's food in a bowl and did give him a larger drink cup. When I asked for a cup for water, they didn't have any. She didn't even bother giving me a regular cup.
