Poor customer service. I ordered an orange chicken and a side of noodles and a bigger plate. Tried to use my "free entree"coupon and they decided to use coupon on a $1.50 egg roll. Took a buck fifty off total price of the bigger plate and still didn't give me the original orange chicken with side of noodles. After trying to explain that I am missing an orange chicken they proceeded to charge me another $4.41 for a small Side of chicken and $3.10 for the noodles. I could have gotten a plate for that price. I spent 15 minimum in drive thru. Horrible customer service. Never will I ever eat here again! read more

Great food...terribly ran. Everytime i go i end up having to "pull around the side" and wait for at least 10 minutes. I go to a drive through in order to make a quick food trip back home after a long day at work. But this location seems to make me wait even longer. Absolutely pathetic. I waited as much as 30 minutes outside at one time. Terrible. read more

From the getting of "Hello" or "Welcome to Panda Express" I felt genuinely acknowledged. As one whom has been In Many high customer service jobs this is very important to at least make eye contact or something. Myron C was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and hesitations in deciding. Never did I feel rushed. He should be acknowledged for his example of how to treat a guest, no matter what. This would get zero stars if it were an option. Ordered broccoli and beef and white steamed rice and I got fried rice and orange chicken. It literally took 5 minutes for me to explain to their incompetent staff that orange chicken and fried rice is different than broccoli, beef, and white steamed rice, which is what I ordered. I'm an avid Panda Express customer. I go maybe 4-5 times a month. I adore their black pepper chicken. I have never met a staff so friendly. The guy at the window was probably the nicest fast food cashier, I have ever met; and I've worked in fast food. I wish I would have gotten his name, so I could have written a positive review with his name addressed. Anywho, the steamed rice is perfect. The chicken can be a bit dry or chewy, but, if you get a good chef, the food tastes right. read more

Above and beyond customer service, the food was just the icing on the cake. I have been in numerous times to this location, specifically, because their food is always made fresh! If I don't see what I want out, the manager has no problem dropping what she's doing to make it for me. Lastly, the restaurant is always clean & well managed. This place is terrible. The staff aren't very helpful or nice enough to apologize for their mistakes. Me and my lady chose to diner here and the service was non existent. It took 25 minutes for me to receive my food in which they told me it would take 5 minutes to finish the orange chicken that I had ordered. When my food final got to me the rice was lukewarm and I didn't receive an apology for the slack service just a "here you go" with my food packaged for take out. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend this location at all and I will not be returning. read more

I have been here numerous times and I've tried my best not to put up a bad review for them but this was my last straw. I understand you guys have to give out a certain portion size and that's not the issue, but EVERYTIME I go in here and I ask them for a VERY small amount of WHITE rice and ask can they put it in one of the small corners of the plate because I'm getting sweetfire chicken and double orange chicken they look at me crazy and look at each other crazy and everyone has to look at my plate 1 by 1 down the line with a sceptical look. Now I try not to make a big deal about things but I'M PAYING FOR THIS SO YOU SHOULD PUT THE RICE WHEREVER I ASK YOU TO. You can STILL give me the same amount of chicken as before but what sense does it make to put rice in the big part of the plate when I'm only asking for a little. I'm paying the same thing as alot of rice but it's MY MONEY AND MY PLATE. So I've walked out twice because they've made me feel awkward on how I'm ordering MY food, but tonight is what pisses me off the most. I'm just getting off work it's 930pm they close at 10pm, I go in to get the same as I always get white rice, sweetfire chicken and double orange, they don't have white rice so I said it's ok just make my plate without the rice and I'll still pay for it. She attempts to fix my chicken in 3 separate cups, I ask her if she can just put it in the plate and there goes the look AGAIN. Oh I was gn to put it in these, I'm like can you just put it in a plate because I don't want to have 3 cups when It would be easier to have 1 plate. But she says she can't do that without me having rice, I don't eat the noodles or the dirty rice and they were out of WHITE rice. I offered to pay for it as if it was still a bigger plate WITH rice so WHY IS IT A BIG DEAL on what my food goes in? I just left because the chicken was already old anyways yet I still was going to pay for it but for these people to constantly make a big deal on how I want my food fixed and IN what is absolutely ridiculous. I love the food and I don't mind paying extra for what I want but if I'm going to pay for something I want then let me have it MY WAY, in a dang plate. I'm not asking for more food just less rice on the side dang and in a dang plate. What's the big deal? You get 1 star for good food and no stars for VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband won't even eat here all because of the customer service. Just plum ridiculous. I want to thank Kiara for fixing my issue. I see that she basically runs the place herself from cooking the food to making the plates to ringing up the customers. I assumed she was the manager and when I asked her she said no. She should definitely be promoted. She knows my order from the time I walk in the door and knows exactly how I want it fixed. Now my husband even eats here now. She is awesome. Also the girl who rung me up today, I believe her name is Aisha, she is awesome. She also knows exactly how to fix my plate and does it with no problem. I went through the drive thru and ordered the honey walnut shrimp. They originally told me that it would take 5 minutes to cook fresh, however when I got to the window 2 minutes later, my food was already ready. Over half of the shrimp were completely raw. I understand drive thru time is important to fast food restaurants, but they were not busy at all and this is a food safety issue. I immediately tried to call the restaurant and had to call 12 times before anyone answered. The manager did not seem concerned or apologetic at all. I have come to expect great customer service and fresh, fully cooked food from other locations. This location is a huge disappointment and has a lot of work to do. read more

I love Panda Express but I will not go here again... this is the most horribly ran restaurant with the rudest employees... a few months ago I went through the drive thru and got to the window only to have the guy complain to me how bad he is treated there and how mean the staff is to him... I went back there a few times after and the wait was so long for my food! I put in an online order 2 nights ago-- thinking because of covid we would be able to pick the order up in the drive thru... was told when we got to the window-- nope had to come in... my husband went in and was told the order wasn't ready would be at least 30 more mins!!! It was already 45 since we placed the online order.... the manager was really rude-- my husband had them refund our money and we went somewhere else... I will never return to this particular Panda Express.... I don't mind waiting if the customer service is good but to be rude... I will spend my money somewhere else.... read more

I ordered a bowl for lunch with noodles as a side and the mushroom chicken entree. What I got was a bowl full of starchy noodles, three half slices of zucchini, some mushrooms and about 5-6 small pieces of chicken. I thought I was getting something healthy and instead it was a starchy mess with virtually no protein or veggies. What a waste of over $6. If I wanted noodles I could spend a dollar and eat ramen, which taste better. My suggestion - pass by Panda Express. read more

Ebony was really sweet and helpful. There was a 7 minute wait on the Shanghai angus steak because the restaurant was super busy. The drive-thru was slammed, and the parking lot was packed, so I totally understood. I wasn't in a rush anyway. Ebony even gave me a discount for having to wait, which was really awesome of her! The food is always fresh and delicious from this store, and I will definitely be back. My favorites are the Shanghai angus steak and the orange chicken. I'm a Panda convert for life! read more

I would give the food 4 or 5 stars. The staff is friendly. The service is atrocious! Two of us go in from work for lunch regularly. I'd say 7-8 times and several times through the drive through. They never have enough food ready to order two meals so you can sit down and eat together. You have to wait 9 times out of 10. It's brutal. read more
