I've always enjoyed Panda. However, beware. I ordered via DoorDash. At no fault of DoorDash, the food was mediocre at best. The rice was terribly undercooked, very small portions for the "bigger plate, the teriyaki chicken looked NOTHING like the picture. 06/27/2023 Ordered 36 Rangoons for just myself 10min before they closed. Made it through 27 rangoons before my diabetes kicked in. The Rangoons were very fresh and tasted delicious. Fast order time. Would order 27 Rangoons again. read more

Came in around 8:15pm the other day with one other couple in line before me. After about a 12 minute wait I was pretty much told you can order what we have left on the line. Like really? You can't communicate with your cooks if your out of something proactively or just want to insure you get to leave at closing time? As your already cleaning up for the night. Couldn't get the rice I wanted for my plate, infact they didn't even have rice on the line at this point to satisfy a big plate order. So I was forced into chow mein because the lady refused to ask the cook to cook some more rice. Got orange chicken with it. Took the order to-go as I felt as I was disrupting there closing routine and being pushed out the door. Overall the food was mediocre, the 2 staff members, one male and one female, that I delt with were unpleasant and unprofessional. They seemed to be more concerned about what time they were getting out of work rather than taking care of there customers and doing there job. read more

Opened only about a year ago, this Panda Express is the lower end of Americanized Chinese food in the area. I scoff when my Caucasian friends say Panda Express is authentic Chinese cuisine but for a quick lunch in the area, I won't complain too much. The only time I hop over is when I forget my lunch. I work close by so this is the best grab and go option. I dislike how they let the food sit all day in those hot plates and have the nerve to serve it saying "its fresh." I bought beef with broccoli one time and the broccoli was hard as rock then another time it was mushy. I enjoy the egg rolls and the Sweet n Sour chicken but other than that, everything else is less than mediocre. It went from packed inside and long drive-thru lines to almost deserted. So you can see it's not the smiling, friendly faces that greets you but the food is lacking here. The service is ok. Sometimes a few employees look overworked and exhausted but they still fight it to put a smile on so I appreciate that. read more

Food here is mediocre. A low review because attempting to work there is a joke. There is no point in finding a job here if the team cannot communicate for just the hiring process, it's been more than one month and my girlfriend hasn't even began work yet because they did not communicate with each other that she is already in the process of hiring and that she needs a background check so she can begin asap. Instead She had to waste time for 2 interviews and no one telling her anything about checking or sending an email for a background check which is apparently the first step into getting hired. Again this is well over a month, this tells way more about the work place and the people who work there; they obviously don't care for the business. read more

My experience is regarding a pickup order and is based on 3 separate visits to Panda Express in Plover Wisconsin that all had a similar experience with the time it took to get the order. The was given a pickup window of about 20 minutes. When I arrived at the end of the pickup time window, I waited an additional 12-15 minutes every time. To top it off, this last time I went in to pickup my order, my order hadn't even been started. When I arrived home with my order, I also came to find that two items that I paid for were not given to me. I understand that a lot is going on, but 3 times in a row, and the same bad experience. read more

Went here for lunch and had a maggot in my side dish of power greens. I told a worker and she was really nice and tried to be helpful, but I cannot say the same for the manager/supervisor. They would not come out to apologize or make the situation right, they left it up to this poor girl. That was just as bad as having a maggot in my food. So disrespectful and inconsiderate. No apology and no attempt to make the situation right. We definitely will not be visiting this place again. read more

Love the food, but we rarely get everything we order through the drive-thu...like tonight. Tired of calling. They always have a polite apology and offer a free something or other, but when it gets to be a dozen times not having what you ordered and paid for....it gets old. Had another flavor-free lunch here today. I usually avoid Panda Express, but a lapse in judgement due to hunger and companions' preferences landed me there for a truly abysmal meal. I got the '5 Flavor' shrimp, chow mein noodles and veggie spring rolls. Ugh. I could barely detect one flavor in the shrimp, never mind five. The noodles resembled edible raffia and tasted about how I'd expect edible raffia to taste. The spring rolls were spectacularly average and came with 'sweet and sour' sauce which was only sour. The raffia noodles had vegetables in them which were raw, but heated. Eating raw onion pieces is not pleasant, heated or not. Why restaurants pass off warm, raw veggies as cooked is beyond me. After about 12 bites, I surrendered my chopsticks. Next time I will hold out for a place that serves actual cooked food which includes actual flavor. Sigh. read more

Please make sure the gift cards you buy in the Plover store have been activated, and hope nobody has written down the number to be keyed in elsewhere. Friend bought me a $20 gift card for Xmas the year before, I carried it around with me for almost a year, when we went to use it---0 balance. Emailed Panda, received a message to call them, when I did the Panda employee said the gift card's number had been keyed in and used twice at two different Panda's in California. I haven't been to California since the 1980's, the friend that gave it to me has never been there. Since there was no way to tell who swiped the number or where the card was compromised, there was nothing they could do about it,--- not even a coupon for a free meal. Nada, zilch.
