I was asked what I had ordered and was advised to try the order again- still no go. My food was brought out shortly after and the gal ordered my items from her phone. We come to this place quite a bit. They are 50-50 in that there is usually something wrong when we buy from here. But this evening, they ran out of CHOW MEIN?!?! Stopped in after skiing all day, got there at about 430pm, the doors were locked but the sign said open to indoor dining until 8. So we called and they said they were short staffed. Looking through the window there were 2 couples sitting down eating and 3 employees standing and waiting for what I assumed the drive through person to give their order. So we were hungry and went through the drive through. The young man taking my order was impatient while my younger boys decided what to get. The food is okay. It's not great and it's not terrible. Most of the time it's a little dry and overcooked (IMHO). Service is hit and miss. We picked up 3 meals through the drive-thru and went home. My meal was incorrect. I called and they said I could come get an exchange (not an option) or they would give me a credit for a future meal. Great! Or so I thought. I had 30 minutes for lunch. There were a lot of cars in the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. There were twice as many people in line as there were on the drive-thru, so I left. So so skimpy on the entree portions!! Just ordered 2 ala carte items and the boxes were not even HALF full when we got home to open. New fire shrimp had 4 shrimp in a small ala carte??! Ordered 3 bowls which portions did not even reach the top of the bowl--Beijing beef literally had 6 little pieces of meat. The CONSTANT wait at this place and inconsistent quality has perplexed us for months but we keep trying as it's convenient. Living in a college town, I have become quite frustrated with the fast food restaurants where the employees work slowly and don't ever seem to really give an effort to your customer satisfaction experience. However, this panda express is, definitely, and exception to this rule. The employees were very fast, while being extremely polite and helpful. We did not feel rushed, but got our food very quickly. Emilee was especially helpful, and helped to speed the process up as well. Overall, great panda location. And of course, the food was fantastic! read more

For the past couple of times I visited, My rice was undercooked, my broccoli was undercooked, and both my husband and I have been server about 85% rice, and 15% entree. should've looked inside the boxes before we got home.I had literally two small pieces of beef and my husband was missing an entree AND an extra side. I don't usually order panda express, but since its close to my home I decided to try. Ive been there a total of 3 times, and each time I tell myself to just give them a chance. I feel incredibly rushed through the drive through, even when I am the only car there. They speed through the questions on the speaker, making it difficult to understand, and when asked to repeat they are annoyed. They forget half of my order twice, making me late as I have to wait longer, even though I was the only car for 10 minutes. I see them standing behind the counter laughing, talking and just goofing off. I don't know. The foods okay, but the service is really not quality.
