The food has pretty decent quality and my tenders came out decently big and the pickles were crispy and had a perfect crunch and the dave's sauce with honey is honestly super. As for the service, it was great. Nothing too crazy to say ab it except they were very helpful at helping what i should decide to eat, I ended up with the number 3 because it really was the best if both worlds. Lastly the whole vibe of the inside of the building was nicely balanced and is definitely a younger generation kinda place and I definitely appreciated the spray painted wall art so the ambiance was pleasant except the lobby music was quite loud. read more

I'd like to start off with the fact that I'm a vegetarian. when Dave heard me say this at the counter he personally stepped out and told me that was cringe. he then proceeded to hand cook the chicken and give me a tour of the kitchen. the first bite of that delicious crispy chicken was like feeling a warm summer rain after being trapped in a desert for years, i cried real tears of joy with each bite of chicken. now im no longer vegetarian and i eat Dave's Hot Chicken at least once every 12 hours. The service was top notch too! The person working the counter really put life into taking my order and really helped me to decide on what I wanted to get. The price is amazing when you know just how much food you're getting, more often than not I've gotten huge chicken tenders with my meal and it's always wonderful. The chicken here is phenomenal, the flavors blow me away every time. I usually get medium spice but sometimes I'll go with the hot flavor when I can handle it and the chicken is always fresh and comes out quick considering I think they make it fresh to order. Dave's Hot Chicken - 2/5 stars Tried the loaded fries and top-loaded Oreo shake--major letdown. Fries were lukewarm and soggy, chicken was just meh with no real kick. The shake? More like watery chocolate milk than anything Oreo-loaded. Skip it unless you're desperate. read more
