My cod fillet sandwich was very disappointing. The bun was soggy so I took the cod out to eat it. It was very bland, with no salt or other seasoning to make it palatable. Frankly it was terrible. My cheese curds were also very disappointing. The breading is bland, not flavorful at all. It had an onion ring taste to it. I hate onions. Never going back. read more

I typically don't find large chain restaurants impressive and this is no exception. The two times I've been here through the drive through, a simple part of my order (fries) was forgotten twice tonight and I had to park and remind the kids of my forgotten order. 1 star for decent food but I only chose this place because they were one of the few open on Sunday when my pregnant wife wanted a shake. Guy at register must of been a robot. Ordered two butter burgers WITH CHEESE and we didn't get those so we asked for cheese then they came back and basically threw cold cheese at our faces. Then we ordered flavor of the day ice cream and they gave us chocolate which robot man gave to us. I've just begun trying a wide variety of what's on their menu . The frozen custard concrete mixes are always very enjoyable . This last visit I also tried the double Butter cheese Burger with onions and tomato . Certainly a tasty one that ranks right up there with In And Out or 5 Guys . They bring you your food and sometimes you wait a bit longer but overall they have great service and employees are patient as you try to figure out their massive menu . read more

I have stopped by this location about 5 times while driving through town on our way to our cabin. Every time the line was outrageous (dinner and lunch times). You can plan on a 20 minute wait at the very least. Every single visit at least one item in our order was wrong or missing completely. This is so frustrating when you wait that long in line in the first place and want to just get back on the road. We've tried to give the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately have decided it's not worth trying anymore. So sad. read more

So we totally came by at around 10:15pm. Hours say they are open until 11. We waited for 15min for someone to help us. There was one poor kid, Davis, running the register, running food, and basically doing everything on his own. He asked for help twice, and everyone ignored him, including the manager on duty. The girls on shift said that they were busy with closing duties and were unavailable to help at the counter. However, it is 45 minutes to closing. Culver's... ugh, I really am a fan and pull for you every time we visit. It's fast food. I get it and don't set the bar very high. However, I generally pick this franchise over the others, due to better quality and dare I say, slightly more healthy options. (Except cheese curds! Dairy is healthy, right. ) Anyway, I digress. So let me get to the 2 star review. (It's actually 1.5 stars, but not an option) We have been to this location in Logan five times. How do I know it has been five, you ask? Because my wife and I reminisced about each order mistake we have had, during each visit. This might sound funny and you might ask... why do you return? My answer is simple. The food is still good each time, but the mistakes are what frustrate me. (And cost me wasted money!!!) Here's the deal. The previous four visits all took place using the drive thru. Thanks to Covid-19 and by the way... plan on a 25-35 minute drive thru wait (not Culver's fault - just a ton of customers) We have had the following issues: * Forgot the fries for one order. * Forgot the cheese curds on an order. * Completely gave us the wrong burger. (Wife didn't eat that night.) Sad deal! * Gave us the wrong gravy choice. On to this visit, I decided to skip the drive thru and go inside, to place a to-go order. My wife and I joked about this and she said...Hopefully they get it right this time. I confidently stated..."this time, our order will be right because I will check it." Like I was the super hero of the story. Famous last words. Ordered our food. Very simple order. Or at least I assumed. Two value baskets. Upon our order being completed, I opened up the bag to check on everything. Mashed potatoes and the correct gravy... Utensils... Order of cheese curds... Two sandwiches................. and there was my mistake. I just checked quantity. Got back in the car and proudly exclaimed to my wife, "we are GOOD!" She double checked with me and asked, Did you check everything. (Of course I did!!!! We are good) We got about 15 minutes down the road. She opened up her burger and guess what. Another MISTAKE!!!!!! Dammit. All she wanted was a plain butter burger with cheese. That's what I ordered and that's what the receipt said. What she was given was a plain hamburger. No cheese. I guess this would be a "plain" cheeseburger? Not the end of the world and still eaten. But, COME ON!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!! Get it together, Culver's of Logan. Since Logan is a major college town and you employ many students... let me make this easier to understand. You have had 5 tests and so far, you have failed all 5. Not good! You are now on academic probation with me. This truly shouldn't be this long of a post, but I am hoping your management team reads this and has an "OH- CRAP moment. Please, Please, Please! I was excited to visit the local Culver's, since it has been our to go fast food place back in AZ. Well, to say this was an AWFUL experience would be an understatement. Tonight we stopped to pick up dinner at the Logan location. When we arrived home, I realized they never gave me my salad (It was on my receipt). As I called back to let them know, the "manager" Jaylen (?) let me know that I could drive back and pick it up?!?! Um, NO! I explained that I don't live close enough to do that and asked to just be refunded for the salad and she refused! So, now I am NOT eating the salad I paid for and won't be refunded for it either... not going back for certain and I would not recommend this place to anyone... what a shame!!! read more

This was my second time at Culver's and my sandwich was just as great!! I got the Ruben & dang it was good. The sauce ratio was perfect, not too dry, and the toppings were so good! I also got crinkle fries, which never seem to disappoint. We ordered vanilla custard with raspberry on top for later-just save your receipt and get it at the end. It was creamy & delish! Masks were required & we sat inside. There is a double drive thru, But it went pretty quick. The bathrooms were very clean & nice too. read more

This place is new to town and today was my first taste of a Culver's burger. It wasn't anything special. The meat was just slightly undercooked and cheese was ehh. The bun was nice and buttery and super soft I liked that part of the burger. Sadly, they were out of fry sauce and they offered to refill it but it took 20+ mins so I had finished my food by then. I swapped my fry's for onion rings and individually I'd give the onion rings 3/5 stars. One good point I can salvage from this poor visit is they offer a large arrangement with tables and booths. It's nice to not feel like you're eating in your high school lunch room like most other fast food places. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. We arrived in Logan from Jackson and were just happy to see some places where we could drive thru and get dinner. We don't have Culver's in Texas, so we decided to try it... I mean... cheese curds. Duh We both had the 4 pc chicken tenders on the meal - one with fries (meh. They were crinkle cut fries- nothing special) and one with cheese curds (pretty darned tasty). The chicken tenders were large and had good flavor. Four doesn't sound like much, but I wound up giving one to hubby. We also got the 'flavor of the day' which was midnight toffee, and I am currently in sugar shock with a coma in my near future. We shared the 2-scoop version and had more than enough. Plenty of chocolate and toffee bits - delicious. I saw some reviews complaining about pricing- our 2 meals with drinks and the ice cream (custard?? IDK) was $23. Coming from Texas, that's expensive. Culvers, here in Logan, is one of those restaurants that I usually have a high regard for until my visit last week. I went in to place a take out order and was impressed with the two promently placed signs on the entry doors that said Masks were required. The word 'required' was in bold type and colored red. This was different from many other businesses that have relatively nondescript signage. While waiting for my order to be prepared one woman in the waiting area out of almost a dozen people waiting for their orders is not wearing a mask. She walks up to the cash register and standing a couple of feet from the masked employee places her order. She then returns to carry on a conversation with a friend in the waiting area. My drink order is brought out by a Manager. When I ask him about the company's mask policy he tells me it is optional. I point out to him that the signage on the doors say "required" not 'optional'. By this time the woman in question is at the soda dispenser and she is still without a mask. I point this out to the manger who literally runs back to the kitchen area and never emerges again. Culvers is a well known brand with a focus on being family oriented. It is obvious by the fact that all their employees are wearing masks and anyone handling food also wears gloves that they take the safety of their customers seriously. This is reinforced by the very explicit signage on the doors. But the cowardly behavior of a Manager not only put everyone at risk but for me, at least, destroyed my perception that Culver's really is making the health and safety of its customers a priority. read more

The food here is great as far as large fast food chains go. The reason I took 2 stars is because the drive thru here is a disaster. Takes forever to get through and order. Definitely needs to be sped up and the parking lot in general should be re done. Always a traffic jam here. read more

For fast food, Bombay hamburger!!! Loved it!!! Now , with that said they did get the order mixed up a little, but hey that happens in LA (where I am from) but been around enough to know you can't always find a good burger, as basic as a burger is. Let's be real, most of the time overpriced and at best an average burger. My soda , fries and double hamburger was 8.00 and change!!! Cooked fresh and worth the wait. YOU HAD ONE JOB! Went to Culver's to have the Rocky road flavor of the day. We ordered 3 single scoop flavor of the day in waffle cones. What we got: Cone one, was very broken and leaked everywhere in addition to that no marshmallow which is a fundamental part of rocky road! Cone two, chocolate custard, two nuts and also no marshmallow. I did get a bonus chunk of waffle cone mixed in. Cone three, this one had chocolate custard, one nut and did have marshmallow drizzled on the top. I was so excited for Culver's to build close to home and have been disappointed again. This place has some really good custard and you can do whatever mix ins you want to create your own. The ones they sell in pints are pretty good too. Their burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches are also really good and I love the cheese curds! The only problem is how extremely expensive this place can be. I wanted a good burger and I did not find it a Culver's. I'm absolutely disappointed with what I got. I asked for a burger with everything on it and what I got was a burger with onions and pickles.
