Don't come here 1 hours before they close, you will be treated like if they are closing in 5 min. Service was horrible. Mind you the food was decent for the city. 1 hour and to get treated the way we did is unprofessional. Do better! Costumers are what keep your business afloat. read more

We took a break from Ginza. Service was up and down and it was getting pricey. This time we showed and nobody greeted us at the door. The server we did see looked completely lost. When I got the attention of the manager, he told me to wait a minute. The same server came up. Not appearing to be in any rush and let us know it would be another 15 minute wait to be seated at one of the many empty tables in the area that was being served. We left. Best hot pot place in Logan! We've been here five or six times and have always had good service. This place does Sushi, Korean BBQ, and Hot Pot and has different tiers. The sushi is good and broadly appealing. The Hot Pot is also fun because they give each person a smaller pot of broth so each person at the table can have their favorite. The meat is also marinated well for the Korean BBQ. Great! read more

This is the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in all of Utah! I've had many shabu shabu meals with Japanese friends at home and this brings me back to the homestyle Japanese experience. The best part is it's all you can eat, so bring your full appetite. The sushi offerings are excellent, and the meats and fish are all the freshest. Bring a party or bring a date, it's perfect for both. Go soon and go often. We need to keep this place thriving and keep the diversity of food options here in Logan. BTW, the ordering system is not as complex as some would have you believe. On your first order they can approve a few extra items since you are ordering drink and basics. It's only 10 minutes between orders which is very reasonable and goes by quickly. You can't realistically eat and order more food any faster than that, I've tried. We always end up with more food than we can eat. read more

Amazing food!! We've been 6+ times and always enjoy it. The blonde guy always recognizes us lol. Sometimes the service can be slow or spotty but I just assume they're understaffed for whatever reason sometimes. Highly recommend! read more

I'm visiting my brother from Las Vegas and he's been raving about this place so we decided to try it for dinner. The food? It was delicious, the meat was perfectly marinated, great cuts of meat. We did the all you can eat for $30 per person. If you are hungry you can certainly get your moneys worth. They have an easy to use IPad, atmosphere is so cute and has the small family feeling and was very clean. The service however was disappointing, I wanted to badly to give this place a 5 stars but I have never felt so unwanted and unwelcome in a restaurant. There was no one at the front and we were patient and about 10 minutes after waiting we asked if we were able to get seated. Our waiter a blonde young man was extraordinarily rude, so rude we contemplated leaving. We asked questions about the menu got an under breath answer and he even walked away while we were asking questions. He wouldn't buss our table and even had cooks sent out to our table to ask us questions. I used to be a waitress and I get it a busy night you might be exhausted but still, it's no reason to treat customers poorly. Overall, give this place a try my brother has been here times before and always said it was amazing but for me this was a very disappointing experience. read more

Super fun atmosphere. Food is great. Not just a meal, but an experience that's fun and unique. My only critique is reservations apparently don't mean anything. Most of their tables fit 4. I made a reservation for 6. They only have a couple tables for 6. We got there on time for our reservation, but they gave away our table to a group with no reservation. Because the hot pots are built into the table, it's not a matter of squeezing into a small table. read more

What an experience. Seriously. The food: Delicious, scrumptious, tasty, tender, and ridiculously good. The service: Awesome, fantastic, great, sweet, and spectacular. The ambiance: what word is just as descriptive as stunning? Honestly, this place is a great place to eat at if you're looking for genuine cuisine. Their prices are far more reasonable than one can find on the west coast for dinner, and the people were helpful. And all the descriptive words I got a little too excited about are very accurate. Here's how you ruin it: Force the patrons to go through a several minute instruction process on how to use an iPad to order on your own with several problems during that process. I asked politely if they could just order for us and they declined (emphatically). This is a Japanese Hot Pot restaurant! It's SO FUN! Don't worry if you've never been, they explain everything to you and are so quick to come to the table and help if needed! You get to choose a broth, then pick your meat & veggies and the fun begins. They bring a bowl with a little sterno gel fuel underneath. They light it on fire so your veggies and meat cook in the broth. It is SO DELICIOUS! You can also choose marinated meats that you can grill on a mini portable hibachi they place in the middle of the table. They have a large variety for meat, seafood and vegetable lovers! This is all you can eat and the price is very reasonable @ ~$30 per person and that was including a drink & appetizer. Please give it a try and let's keep them in business!!! read more

We love this place! It's become our favorite dinner spot down place. Every time we go people are so pleased and we leave stuffed! We try it all, it's a fun thing for the kids and adults to try new things. I hope this place sticks around, we have been looking forward to it each time you leave. We enjoy the assortment of meat, veggies broths. I want if you're in a hurry, this is not the place for you because it is a sit and enjoy the process kind of thing.. Amazing food, so fresh! They keep clearing the dirty plates consistently so your table doesn't become overcrowded. They offer a great explanation on how to use the burners and are quick to recommend what goes well with what. The owner really cares about his staff and customers! They've recently added more to their menu. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the valley! I would recommend that they replace the old mono sign out front so even more people know they're there! One thing I wish I could do is take my broth home when we're done. It always tastes so good, but I'm too full by that time to drink it. I'd love to take it home to make ramen with the next day! Even if I have to bring in my own container or pay a small fee to be able to take it home. Keep up the good work! Love those new mousse cakes! read more

They may as well call it "all you can't eat," since they bring very little when they finally bring your food when ordering each time. It was our first time and we had a large group and the server explained everything so well to us as we are new to hot pot! OMG first of all the portions for what you pay for are AMAZING! We got both sushi and hot pot and we had so much I think we over ordered a bit lol. The meats and veggies were all so fresh and the service was so quick we were never without food ! It's so cute themed inside and everything was remodeled and super clean. I would defiantly recommend this and the experience of this place my family will defiantly be back! read more
