Drive thru horrible!!! 5 cars ahead of me...been sitting since 6:20 pm and just left drive thru line at 6:55 pm On a Tuesday evening! This location always messes up my order or doesn't have the item I want. It's constantly a 15-20 minute wait for most of the items. Most of the time when I get home and go to eat my food. I have the wrong order or I didn't get what I asked for! Poor service. Hopefully this changes! read more

Great fast food option. Not as good as any sit down Chinese I like but much better than most fast burger or chicken joints. Entire family loves it. Favorites are orange chicken, string bean chicken and sweet fire chicken. The cream cheese rangoons are great. Told me they were supposed to close at 7:30 and we're some of the rudest people I've seen in costumer service. Look I come here sometimes if I'm hungry came here employees take us out say they are out of gas. Came here at night and morning out of food. I eat at this Panda Express fairly regularly. Food is consistently good, service is not consistent. My last visit the customer in front of me in line was having his order fixed because he did not get what he ordered. When I got my order back to work, the two item meal I ordered was missing one item. I phoned to let the manager know what happened and she was very nice and wanted to help. However, her solution to the problem was for me to drive back to their store or take more of my time to have her fill out some form for my next visit. Getting my lunch should not turn into such a project and require so much of my time. I won't stop eating at this location but I will not expect great service either, based on my past experiences. read more

Suuuuper slow service at 7:20pm. They repeatedly served us the dregs before refilling the dishes. The drink stand had no forks, and the straws are too short for a large cup. Disappointed, but I haven't tried the food yet. Four pieces of honey walnut shrimp 6 pieces of steak in my Shanghai Angus steak. Not worth the price. I should have just gone to my closest Chinese restaurant and ordered takeout I would have gotten more for the same price I paid at Panda. Wonderful !! I came through drive thru and ordered my bowl. I went home and wasn't completely satisfied- but I happily went back and explained how i felt. They were soo sweet and great customer service!! I didnt have to wait in line and even tasted the food i didnt feel was tasty!! I was so mad by the time I left the drive through, I wanted to go back and throw the food at the building! I usually go to the Panda Express by the Safeway on Power Road, and I like it much better. I guess there was a glitch of some kind with the microphone, because the attendant interrupted me mid-order and said to let her know when I was ready to order. I was ready! I was ordering! Okay, so I wait. I say, "HELLO?" "I'm ready to order!!!" On and on. 5 minutes at least go by. The car ahead of me was gone. I honk my horn. I am considering driving up to the window, thinking they must not know I am there. Right as I prepare to do this, the attendant comes on and takes my order. Not too difficult . A Walnut Shrimp bowl with Chow Mein and an order of Spring Rolls. No, "I'm sorry to keep you waiting." But at least I am pulling forward and this is progress! Then, I get home and my favorite Walnut Shrimp is not in the bowl. Nope. Its an old, acidic tasting Orange Chicken. At least that is the closest I can come to identifying what it was. Horrible and inconsistency of their customer service is really unacceptable..you go thru drive thru and you come home with totally different order from what you told them on the speaker and when you try to talk to the manager its either she is on break or she will make you feel that it is your fault that you got a wrong food! read more

Visited today @3...... horrible service! Walked in and the guy looked at us and walked out from behind the counter to get himself a drink and apparently the other workers were all in the kitchen... Had to ring the bell by the register twice while the guy stood next to the "employee drink table" and watched us... Very rude service.....:( read more

The food is always good and fresh compared to other locations but what stands out is their employee Dallin. He's a superb worker, extremely friendly, and has a great customer service attitude. He deserves something special for his hard work read more

Well, I have 10 mins or so to update my review. It's 1100 on a Thursday and I have to wait 15 mins for grilled teriyaki chicken. :0(. I dunno. Maybe someone just bought them out of it. But if someone comes in and orders all of it, make them wait, not me. :0(. Otherwise. After being open for a very short time, you should have all food ready for purchase. :0(. Sad face x 10. Panda has extended their summer hours to 10:30PM Mon-Thurs... that's great... however, their full menu does not seem to be available for that duration! I ordered the angus steak and honey walnut shrimp (as well as the orange chicken) and was told by the drive-thru attendant that neither were available (the shrimp was not available and the steak was not "fresh"). I then proceeded to down-size my order to what was available and waited an additional ten minutes in line behind someone else before finally deciding to put my car in reverse and back out of the drive-thru line completely! Probably the most sad fast food place in queen creek. Food is always 4 hours fresh (mmm delcious) and they are very stingy with their portions. One visit I thought I was ordering kale chicken with fried rice but what I really got was fried rice and kale with some chicken kind of. The chow mein blows me away everytime, it's the most greasiest thing I've ever eaten. Dominos ain't got nothin on pandas grease game. The only healthy thing on that menu was the kale chicken and it was the only reason I ever wanted to go there in the first place. Wow, it was quick, no waiting. I came around 5:00 on a Monday night. Friendly staff, and they were not skimpy with the serving sizes. I ordered string bean chicken, sweet fire chicken and veggies only instead of the rice/noodles. Everything was cooked perfectly. A great experience! read more

Worst service ever after driving up to the drive thru window at 9:05pm the drive thru employee told me they no longer are cooking food. So I asked what time do they close he said 10:00. My next question so is your food fresh. He said " I'll be honest some of it is not. " I said interesting. So your telling me your expecting me to pay for your old food and you don't close for an hour and won't make fresh food. Crazy!!!!! After hearing that I was not gonna eat and pay for some " old food ". Not to mention this was the second time in 2 weeks this has happened at this location in QC. The food is amazing, but sadly the service is very slow moving. The positive side from your food taking awhile to order it taste better then ever. Slow Service and Bad Food: If you want fast food do not come to this location! It took 20 minutes to be able to order my food through the drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. After I got my food I checked to see if my order was correct it was not. I ordered fried rice and was given brown rice instead. I went inside where I waited another 15 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me. I told the girl and she told me this was their version of white rice. When we got there, there was a long line, we got through the line pretty quick where they ask if we want chow mein or rice. Them we go onto the entrée line, we wanted orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and chicken egg rolls, they were all empty so they told us to go ahead and pay and that we would have to wait till the new food came out. So we waited.. and waited.. the orange chicken came out they put it in our box, the teriyaki came out. There was enough for both our orders instead they only put it in one of our orders and gave the rest to the customers that were behind us.. every time the teriyaki chicken came out they kept skipping us. So therefore our food was getting cold. So finally after 15 minutes my husband walks up and asked when ours was going to be ready and they said when more teriyaki chicken comes out. So my husband asked to have our order remade because our food Is sitting in the containers getting cold. So they made us new ones. Not only did we have to wait for about 20 minutes every employee in there knew what was going on and gave us dirty looks. That is the worst experience we have ever had at panda. Been there twice this week during lunch. The first time I waited at the speaker for awhile to place my order and no one talk to me. Finally I said Hello into the speaker then the lady took my order. There was no one in front of me so it shouldnt of taken as long as it did. The second time was the same thing except there was a van in front of me which also parked at the speaker for a while before his order was taken. When I finally got to the window the lady was having a conversation with her coworker. When they were done talking she open the window and helped me. By this time there was about 5 or so vehicles in the drive thru. There was about 3 meals bagged and ready to go on the counter. The service was slow due to the lady not doing her job. It was good quality food on this visit. They were very friendly and courteous. It was very late at night , near closing, but they allowed my family to sit and eat our food without rushing. Vanessa and Stephanie were our servers (for my husband and I) and they were helpful and patient while we decided what to order. At paying time, it was Angel, the supervisor, who took our payment, gave us soya sauce, and asked us if there was anything else we needed. All three of these employees were courteous, attentive and they seemed truly interested in offering the best service. We come often to this location because of your staff. Besides the good food, they do make a difference and make the customer feel welcome and at ease. That, in turn, helps in the enjoyment of the meal. We wanted to commend Vanessa, Stephanie and Angel for an excellent job! When I say they were courteous, I mean they explained what two new dishes were (sesame chicken and the steak dish); they asked if we wanted to wait a few minutes so we would get freshly cooked noodles; we asked for a mix of rice and noodles and they did it gladly; they were friendly and smiling at us all the time. read more
