Service is a little slow today. I was stopping to grab lunch for one of my employees that was too busy to leave for lunch. I've never spent so much time trying to get through a canes. In addition, the kid at the window was wearing a mask and was hard to understand plus I had to ask for my credit card back even after he had given me my order and said goodbye. Although we didn't come by as early yesterday, we were here around 11 am. on a Sunday. There was no one in line, so our service was swift! We've been to this location at 9 pm. on a weekday, and it gets jam-packed in the evening. We ordered the Caniac Combo subbed the coleslaw with Texas toast. The fries at most Raising Cane's are salty, but it wasn't too bad this time around. The chicken does seem smaller, too, but we've seen this be an issue at other locations. The parking at this location is similar to the in & out's/ Dutch Bros dive through, park off to the west & walk, the lot right up front is tight & half the spots are for digital pick up. The fingers themselves were relativity small in comparison to other places (cafes) but really good. I was REALLY surprised they charge .79 for 1 container of sauce! Absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a Cane's. No need to provide details, just pull up to the drive-thru and find out for yourself. It's almost as if they don't teach / train their employees on manners or standard common courtesy. My 14-year old son even questioned the behavior of the unknown (thanks to the team not providing me with her info) staff member as she continued to make a mockery of our order. I'm one to always step up if I'm wrong, but we were both left scratching our heads as to why we were being treated this way. And that's not the first time the customer service at this location has been mid or less... This is just the first time I'm talking about it. Damn how sad. You had a new location. A brand new building. They were not trying to retrofit an old one. So why in gods name did they do this? First off the entry and exit are tiny and hard to notice and I can just picture what a cluster it will cause out onto Power road. As you go deeper the parking lot gets worse. The drive thru and dine in parking follow the same path and when things back up like they always do you have a major bottle neck that didn't need to happen. Then Inside. This location is so small. You can tell they don't really want people coming in and eating inside. They created one room that is just uncomfortable and unappealing. There isn't one booth. Just a ton of tables all jammed together. It feels like a junior high cafeteria. Your options are really uncomfortable high top chairs or hard wooden benches. Why even open an inside if you are going to be this clear you don't want us inside? I honestly feel someone wanted this to be drive thru only and lost the argument. What a swing and a miss for this location. I honestly will just go 10 minutes out of my way to the one at Greenfield and Baseline because this one is not the place I want to fight to get to only to have to sit on a rock hard seat elbowing whoever sits next to me. Worse for them there is a Chick fil a 2 minutes away and a In and Out 5 min away. I much rather go where they clearly want me. Sorry guys this was a major disappointment. read more

Even though I am not big of fast food, this place is great! This is my first time at a Raising Cane's. The first one I've always noticed was busy was the Tempe branch. I was tempted to try it many times but would always decide to stick to my original plan of visiting another restaurant in the same area. We were glad to find a closer location to our house so we headed here today for dinner. We got there at around 7:15pm. The place was almost full with about 2-3 tables left. We ordered 2 of the Coniac which is a 6 piece meal that comes with fries, coleslaw, bread, and 2 small dip/sauce containers and a drink. By the time I was filling up my cup with a drink and grabbing ketchup, the order was ready and they called my name. My first impression was, wow, this meal is big. I thought that because they were chicken strips/fingers, the lesser quantity meals (they have a 3 piece and a 4 piece meal) would not fill me up. Even my husband realized how big the meal was when he finished it but felt super duper full! The chicken is really good! All white meat, fresh and cooked to perfection. It was juicy and super hot, it tasted very good. The sauce was a great addition to the flavor. Fries and coleslaw were also pretty good. The only minus for me would be the salt. I thought the chicken could have used more salt. For the price we paid, $25, the amount of food was great! The restaurant is very clean including their bathrooms. At around 7:30pm, the restaurant was almost empty which means that the dinner rush ends at around that time. A great new spot we tried this week. We're gonna have to watch those calories! read more

My husband and I LOVE Cane's. I crave it all. the. time. He always gets the Box combo and subs the coleslaw for extra toast or fries depending on the day. I always get the 3 finger combo. Insider tip: order your toast with butter on both sides if you really want to indulge -- YUM! One thing I have noticed after my years of frequenting Cane's is the chicken tenders have seemed to shrink over the years. Please bring back the decent-sized chicken and then I will give that last star back! Nonetheless, we have always had decent service and hot, crispy chicken, fries and toast. Their sauce is always consistent and being a saucy person, I always order extra and use it up. During this past year we have had to drive thru, park, and indulge in our car as the dining room is not open. We have seen fellow diners do this as well. Food was fine HOWEVER while trying to order in the drive thru, the landscapers raising canes hired were using there blowers in the drive thru while trying to order so my car was filled with dust and debris. You would think they would be respectful enough to stop for a few seconds but no. Pulled around the corner to pay and immediately had to roll my window back up because they continued walking through the drive thru blowing crap all over my car. They got closer and closer until they basically needed me to move to continue and still continued to blow crap all over my car. I had to roll my window down and yell at the guy to get his attention and tell him to please stop. The lady at the window apologized but no one actually did anything to stop them and wouldn't give me the companies contact info to make the complaint to them. The best part. I HAD JUST LEFT THE CARWASH and now my car was dirtier than it was before it got cleaned. I understand you can't control dirt and rain or whatever else but you don't have to forcefully blow it all over the place when people are just trying to get food.You can see in the video the dust inside my car and built up in the window seals and all over the outside.
