Portions are so inconsistent depending on who is working. Over time, the amount of fried rice/noodles they give is becoming extremely sparse, as in its half the volume they used to give. Been eating here's few times a month since they first opened. Good fast food that usually comes out hot and fresh (note that I only ever utilize the drive thru). Biggest complaint is that they are often out of specialty items, so I often end up just getting double orange chicken. They rarely ever get my order wrong, but they almost always forget to include extra sauce I ask for when ordering. This location no longer does hot sides of the red sweet and sour sauce, which now comes in a packet. I am so disgusted by my experience that it literally made me physically ill. I rarely eat at panda but decided to run through the drive through for a quick lunch. I get through with eating half of my food and notice an odd looking "vegetable" only to realize it's not a vegetable it's a COCKROACH. I have come to this panda since it opened and I've never had this many poor experiences with this panda until recently. The "manager" anna has been very rude towards both me and my family present and this is ridiculous. There's no way that these two panda bowls are the same. Granted one is half and half (the one on the right) and the other is just plain rice( one on the left). Please explain the portion size difference because I've always gotten a full bowl and not a kids looking size bowl. I then proceeded to ask for a manager and not the shift lead anna tonight and I was told "we have no manager" but her name is Danielle. Within the past 2 months 4 of my family members got food poisoning from this location specifically from the orange chicken we think.

I visited this location at approximately 8:20pm on sunday. Both the coconut shrimp and teriyaki chicken were carmelized in the display pan. These were the entrees my girlfriend and I were wanting to order. We left the restaurant due to poor food quality. I am leaving this review because of what I observed while sitting in my car deciding where to go next. The employee who helped us informed other employees about why we left and they all laughed. They all looked at the food and laughed, including the supervisor or manager(black shirt). Unacceptable and unprofessional attitudes for people serving food. It makes me wonder what else these people who take no pride in their work think is funny, food sanitation practices? Who knows, either way I will not be back. read more
