It's hard not to give this place five stars. You're getting "fast food" Chinese and it's always pretty good. Some of the items may lose their crisp but but they're always tasty. The convenience of the drive through for Chinese food is great. Drive-through attendant could have been more friendly but the wait time was low. I haven't tried eating inside since the pandemic but that was always a good experience. It was my first time getting the bowl. This was good . Your item goes on top of your choice of chow mein or fried rice. I'm glad my item wasn't heavy on the sauce because I didn't want that to overpower the noodles. read more

This should be a dine in location only! The past two orders I got from DoorDash were sub par to say the least. I paid $18 for a large pepper steak and they only filled it right over half way, the kung pao chicken was the same way. Take a look at the photo. For these prices with alacart they should be filled to the top. You need to place your order right in front of you to ensure that the order is filled correctly with the proper quantity of food. This location has gone downhill lately. I used to go all the time and food + service was great. I just go back from there and they could not fill my order. I looked at the menu and wanted 'String Bean Chicken'. 'WE DON'T HAVE THAT', so OK, I'll take 'Mushroom Chicken'. WE DON'T HAVE THAT. WHAT?? I just got some three evenings ago. I asked why. The server just mumbled from behind her mask. I think she repeated WE DON'T HAVE THAT. I then asked, just today or for always? She repeated. WE DON'T HAVE THAT. So I found some other things (two orders) and left with unsatisfactory meals. If is wasn't for the fact that my wife was waiting at home for me to bring dinner, I would have just quit. Food is well-prepared, nice and fresh. They do a pretty good job on the Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken and Broccoli Beef. They get three stars because sadly, they don't offer Bourbon Chicken, my favorite. As a result, I'm inclined to go with their competition when I'm in a mall food court. However, this location being close to my job, they win by default because the other option is nowhere near. Don't get me wrong, it's still delicious and worth visiting. I haven't tried their remaining entree items, but my friends have and they love them. Craving walnut shrimp led us to Panda Express on a busy Wednesday night. The line moved quickly. We enjoyed the sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp options. The appetizers were fun too. We sampled the Rangoon, egg roll and spring rolls. The apps were all similarly priced for the small size, so the Rangoon and spring rolls were a better deal. My family and I stopped by at 8pm for a late dinner. As we approached the doors we saw a customer exit her minivan as she waited just past the exit of the drive thru, yelling at the employee delivering another order to a car. The customer was complaining how she was told it'd be at least 5 minutes just for some sauce. That should have been my first clue at what our experience was going to be. I joked with my family that if what they wanted wasn't in the bowl then choose something else. After all, we all know this location is famous for being out of everything. Sure enough, this trip didn't disappoint. Of the entire selection they were out of TEN items; empty bowls with no display of hustle refill them. Even the orange chicken only had enough for two portions. One lonely egg roll sat alone in the bowl looking dry as a brick. Even more confusing was the single spring roll. How can you have one single spring roll when they're sold two to an order? We ordered what we could, substituting what we wanted with what was available. The employee accidentally dropped his Huntington pen into the bowl of teriyaki chicken and then pulled it out with his bare hands as if it wasn't a big deal and placed it in his pocket. I can only imagine what kind of cooties lived on that pen as it's the same one customers use to sign when they use their charges/debit card, let alone what else the guy had in his pocket. To wrap things up we were asked if we wanted fortune cookies. I guess these are now considered extras instead of being part of the meal. As we ate we continued to watch order after order for the drive thru being delivered to cars waiting in the parking lot. This week I received a card comping my last meal and a letter asking me to come back. So today we did. The music still can be heard but not at the volume it was last time. It was a very cold and snowy mixed with rainy night. It was a so dark outside that it looked as if it were midnight and not 6pm in the evening. I decided due to the inclement weather to use the drive Thru. Panda Express was not welL lit and the backlighting was off on the menu so it was barely visible to read.. I got my favorite stand by Kung Pao chicken with chow mein noodles and a medium drink. I ordered my husband their string bean and chicken chowmein bowl. They were very prompt, however in a rush and shoved my drink then my food at me through my window. Didn't say thank you, bye or anything. This place is the absolute worst service in town. I love the food so much but I know that without a doubt in my mind, I'm going to be upset when I leave. They always have the most unpleasant interruptive person on the drive thru, the food always takes forever, they are always out of tea, and I never, NEVER, get teriyaki sauce with my chicken. I work nearby so I head to this location before heading home to the west side of Columbus . Pretty upset when I got home. My family and I was looking forward to yummy Friday take out ... both of the large chow mien barely had any noodles , all vegetables . My 3 year old was a little bummed ... we basically tried to pick out the "strand" of noodles for her and tried digging through . All you get in your mouth is vegetables . I love vegetables , but I ordered chowmein not steamed vegetables . Other items are always excellent . I just wish they could have told me they were running low , or if I wanted to wait for a new batch etc.. Me and my family wanted to get off our butts and eat some food, so we went to Panda Express. We had never had Panda Express before, so we wanted to try it. I ordered the fried rice with orange chicken on it. One thing they should have that I don't think they have is ginger. If you eat the orange chicken (which was OK by the way) then you can't really taste the fried rice that much, because you still have the chicken taste in your mouth. I also had teriyaki chicken which was extraordinary, but they could have done better with the fried rice. It tasted just like white rice but I still had that chicken taste so I didn't really get to taste it. I love fried rice, and mostly eat them at Japanese Steakhouses, so I got excited when I was getting some at Panda Express. Bland! Taste like White-Rice! We won't be going here again, and I wouldn't recommend it for people with young kids. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times and almost every time they are out of the food I want. They wait to call back for more of an item after that item is already completely gone. They seem more focused on drive thru orders than people in the restaurant. A restaurant like this is intended to be a quick stop but I don't think I've ever gotten in and out in less than 20 minutes at least. read more

We got there late tonight but they said the wait wouldn't be longer than 3 minutes for the few items we ordered that weren't ready so we agreed to wait. 25 minutes later they brought out our food. I told the woman that brought it that the wait was ridiculous and I'd most likely be making a complaint. When I got home a few minutes later to dish out the food to my family most of the food was cold and some of the items were wrong. I will be making a more formal complaint but I wanted to put this out there as well. read more

Panda Express is pretty tasty for fast food but it seems to really increased in price since the last time I visited. But with that being said this location usually has really good service and the Kung pao and mandarin chicken are always on point! Their steamed veggies and fried rice are perfect options for sides and sometimes i get the spring rolls because they are always fresh and tasty. Love the drive through service! This is only the second time I've come to this location and both times they were out of the entrees I wanted which meant fresh, hot entrees! The employees work fast and are very nice, even offering me a free drink or egg roll while I waited for more string bean chicken. For quick and fast Chinese, Panda Express isn't terrible and the fact that it is .08mi from my house makes it less so. read more

In the past I cringed anytime I saw the drive through line containing any more than one car ahead of me due to the extremely long wait times during most if not all visits. However, within the past few months (starting late 2018) the drive through times have been phenomenal. I'm giving it a 3 stars review because I don't have Chinese food drive throughs in NYC. But Ohio is a different world. Good food shaped like a McDonalds or Wendy's joint. Yes Lo Mein is my favorite. It's popular. They have multiple locations. Good spot for quick lunch or dinner. read more

Even the fortune cookies were stale. Do yourself a favor go across the street to Jade's! Might cost a few more bucks but you'll have yummy leftovers and you'll be supporting local! For a franchise it's a pretty standard rating and experience, but at this one everyone was exceptionally friendly and smiley. Super courteous and all the entrees were coming up fresh and hot. The places was very clean and not a single dirty table even though they were pretty busy. read more
