Yesterday-mothers day i decided to try their online ordering. Ordered family meal for $32.20 and paid online. I got an email that said order would be ready at 6:58pm. When my husband got there at 7pm he was told they are not preparing online orders because they are too busy and short staffed. They said we can try getting back online to request a refund. It's crazy!!!! How can you even suggest that? So now I'm trying to get my refund for the order i never got. Wow!!! read more

Smallest portions ever. Do not waste your money here. I have had the same small portion experience several times but this was ridiculous. I went through the drive thru and ordered a plate of sweet and sour chicken and requested no pineapple and to please provide an appropriate portion of chicken. Staff person there (manager with lingual accent) said they will do the best they can? I received 7 small pieces of chicken with a ton of pineapple and onion. Management: serve adequate portions of food or drop the price of your meals. What a waste of time and money. Also if you open at 11 why are customers waiting until 11:20am to get their food? If you dont have food prepared at 11:00 then open at 11:30. read more

We went through the drive though around 5pm and got our food quick which was nice, but our food was cold when they handed the bag. Our noodles was all onions with the smallest amount of noodles. The chicken was all mushy. So disappointed after craving it for days. read more

I love this location. I have been a fan of Panda Express since long before this location opened 10 years ago or so.I typically eat there for dinner time around 5pm and the service, food quality, and availability of entrees are stellar. Unfortunately, yesterday, I went to this location at 9:30pm. The food was good, but the availability of entrees was so low. I had to settle for my third choice.I still think the late night experience was the exception, not the rule so I do not let it alter my score, but I can come back and amend if this continues to be a problem. After every visit, you get an opportunity to take a survey for a free entree item. I do this every time and perpetually get a free item on each visit. This Panda Express is less than 5 minutes away from our new home and is conveniently located near many shopping options. We have never had to wait long in the drive thru line. My favorite order (Bowl with Orange Chicken and Chow Mein) has always been correct and delicious. read more

We went thru the drive thru and the associate was so incredibly rude, I was ordering for my family and I would order one thing and with the nastiest of attitudes she would say is that it, when I would I would say no she would sigh like it was the biggest inconvenience. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened but I can say we will not be back, even when paying I had asked for sauce and the young lady made it to be a huge ordeal. Lately, the food at this location is terrible. The last few times I've been there. I usually go after the regular dinner times. It's looks like the employees are ready to go home. The Broccoli Beef looked like it had been sitting there for hours. There was no Teriyaki Chicken, and the grill was already cleaned. They didn't have any brown rice, and whatever rice they did have they were piling it on. I questioned the girl who put too little of an entree to put more on as usual. She didn't, and even reacted as if I was asking for too much. I ordered what looked edible, but I could not order what I wanted. It either was not on display or it looked horrible. Food is all good and also the service! That Analiza is one of a kind worker of this Panda Express. She can do two jobs at a time! I was waiting for someone who served me and some of the employee don't even bother to ask if I already got serve or not! And here is Analiza busy doing her job at their drive thru, came to me and ask me If someone already assist me yet and I said, "Not yet".So she says "bear with me for a bit and I will be right with you as soon as I get done making the order to the drive thru."And so when she finished, she came back and served me as fast as she can with a smile! Just got back from Panda Express and ordered two double entries of the Orange Chicken with fried rice and chow mein. The portions are the smallest I've ever been served at any of the Panda Express's I've visited. Two bites of rice and two bites of chow mein is really sad when it costs nothing to make, and chicken isn't far behind that. The total bill was $15.20 and I feel that I hardly had anything to eat. I don't know if it's a new thing with the corporate office or a training issue but, someone better ramp it up or I'm finding a small mom and pop Chinese joint and giving my business to them. read more

The food can be good. My boyfriend and I ate here last summer and there was a metal shaving in his food. I haven't been back since.

First off, coming into this restaurant the bathroom area floor was covered in grease, and I almost fell. Beyond that, the food was subpar. The brown rice was mixed with white rice. Overall a bad experience. read more
