While we have ordered takeout from this restaurant for years and have always been very happy with the food we have noticed a decline in the food quality the past couple times we have ordered, and are wondering if the current owners are new? Yesterday's takeout order was not good at all. In particular, I had an order of fried shrimp and the shrimp were not cleaned - after biting into the first one it was full of "shrimp poop" and upon checking the other shrimp, they were all the same. I threw the order in the trash. We will have to reconsider ordering from here again - not sure at this point. read more

A pretty decent place. Very average on the inside, and right now (December 2021) they do not offer indoor dining, only pickup. The food was good but slow. They said my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes but it actually took almost 30. It was a bummer because we chose this place because we were in a rush and this made us late to our show after. I got the cashew chicken which was really heavy and deep-fried, I was really hoping for something lighter. Also, I think they rushed my meal and the carrots and celery were basically raw. Bottom line, if you're not in a hurry and hankering for Chinese food, this might be a good spot for you. But I'm not in a rush to go back. read more

The food we ordered were not as good compared with other Chinese takeouts. Not even the fried rice. The serving was not that much either. Ample parking lots because of the location (along with other resto and coffee shops). The to-go foods were well-packed though, complete with napkins and plastic utensils. read more

We have been ordering from here for over 20 years and have loved watching the family grow up. Food is consistently good and ordering and pick up are efficient 10 minutes. Our favorite dishes are the Lake Tung Ting Shrimp with Vegetables which we share, Crab Rangoon which is very crispy and fresh, almond cookies and Egg Drop Soup. The combinations a great way to get fried rice and egg roll with your meal. We love the way the vegetables in the entrees are cooked. They have a few tables at the brightly lit restaurant and we have eaten there a few times, but we usually order carry out. read more

This is a solid, if unspectacular Chinese takeout joint that uses quality ingredients, decent portions, and is family run. I'd say all the dishes are good and what you would expect, but their lo mein is better than most. I'm not a fan of their dumplings, but that is more of an argument about thin wrapping vs. thick wrapping, of which I prefer thin. The dumplings themselves are good if u like thick. Wanted to try this place out since I was in the area. I didn't know they existed until I was passing by coming from another business across the street. It is a very small place and looks more like they get more people ordering for take out. I looked through their menu online on yelp while I was in the car and went in to order. I was surprised when I was told the total amount for my orders. I wasn't expecting the price to be amounting to that total. I looked at my receipt and looked at the online menu and compared them. I guess they never changed the menu prices online, it wasn't like a $1-$2 difference but more like $5-$7 more. I guess never trust the prices people post on their online menu. I went there thinking it was a good reasonable price for the items I wanted but ended up costing me close to $100. The food was okay, I ended up throwing them away as I didn't have anyone else to eat them as I had to be out of town that very early morning. Just a piece of advice for the restaurant owner, please update your prices online. People are getting lured into your restaurant thinking they would be spending certain amount of money and end up paying way more than they wanted to spend. I could have had went somewhere else and dined in with a glass of wine with a meal for the price I ended up spending for on a take out meal. Transparency, honesty, and accurate info means a lot to me. I don't like businesses who doesn't practice those things because we all know we work hard for the money we spend and don't mind spending it if it was upfront and expected. I'll continue to support small businesses as they are the heart of the community. I'll be back but this time I'll just come in and look at the accurate menu and prices inside the restaurant. But please do remove the old menu and prices online and replace them with the accurate ones. read more

We love Panda. They are quick, clean, everything is super fresh and piping hot when you get it. They are also very accommodating with special requests and rarely make a mistake on your order. I wish they had more appetizer choices, but otherwise the food is good. Great go to take out place, always big portions and love they use big shrimp. read more

Stopped in last night. This is a family owned storefront a few doors down from Jewel. It is very clean and has seating for 20. I was there around 6:00 on a Wednesday night. I ordered dine-in. Everything is cooked fresh to order (not prepared ahead of time and sitting on a steam table). You order at the counter, they cook it, and bring it out to you. I had General Tso's chicken. It was damn good. The broccoli was very fresh. It came with an egg-roll and pork fried rice for about $8. Fair price for a generous portion of good food. I was probably there about 30 minutes. That entire time I was the only person dining-in. But I was shocked at how much cary-out business they did! They had a constant flow of people stopping in picking-up take-out. Seemed like a lot of regulars, (repeat business is a good sign). Service was swift yet friendly. read more

I've been searching for simple decent Chinese food for a while. We went here on Christmas Eve since everything else was closed. I ordered cashew chicken combo plate, husband got orange chicken combo plate, and we got kids beef broccoli combo and side of lo mein noodles and fried dumplings. Food was amazing for prices and amount per plate. I loved pork fried rice and cashew chicken was great but I could do without carrot chunks next time. I've been back few days later since my kids ate my leftovers and I wanted to enjoy it myself. Def going to go here from now on. read more

Very solid place for Americanized Chinese food. Menu is standard to typical carryout places. Service is quick, efficient and most importantly...accurate. Had to update review because this place is a lifesaver. Went to the bears game on christmas eve and had a bit too much to drink. Did not feel the greatest so christmas day spent at home and not visiting family. By the evening, felt much better and hungry. Family lives in Indiana and i did not feel like cooking. So i went out on a limb and called Panda and they were open! So Xmas dinner was Panda. Best Xmas dinner ever! read more
