Just left this location and witnessed a manager showing kindness to a lady who looked like she needed some kindness in her life. My food here is always fresh and delicious and the employees are always friendly. The inside looked clean and updated. They are always busy and for good reason. I went to panda express. Their food was very bland overpriced, and the staff well not so pleasant... atmosphere very boring and like I said, the food was not the best. Food was disgusting. The chicken was mushy and had so much fat in it. The chow Mein was SO DRY! The fried rice has zero flavor.

It's Panda Express so I know there isn't much to complain about because it is what it is. On Saturday, June 11th, it was a little busy close to closing time at the drive-thru. I already felt bad because I know workers are trying to get out of there but I was really hungry and didn't have many choices. I decided to try the wok-fired shrimp. It was pretty good so I would definitely try out the limited entree if you can. The main reason for going to Panda was because I have been eating fast food too much during our travels here to OK and during our stay. I wanted some fresh veggies of some sort but our options were limited since a lot of places were closing. When ordering our food, the person taking our order was kind of rushing and short so it was kind of annoying but overall they did a great job of getting us fresh food exception of the greens. The cabbage and broccoli looked bad like it's old and discolored. Everything else I had like the orange chicken and chow mein tasted good. No pictures to show because I was starving. read more

Love Panda Express ! Pretty excited to finally have one close by! It's clean, great food and reasonably priced. My family of 4 can eat for $20. Love the orange chicken and chow mien. My tip is always save your receipt and call to do the survey. It gives you a free entrée with your next visit. Huge let down. Consistantly sliding downhill over the past few months. Went today, att 3:00 and they're out of and can't make more of several items, after check out they tell us they're re out of soy sauce, the manager is texting while cooking (touching his phone while cooking). Then they have "wet floor" signs by the drinks and when we go to fill our drinks, the floor is not wet, it is so sticky from spilled drinks. We've set here 25 min, just waiting to see if they clean it, not yet. read more

Probably the worst experience that I've ever had at a Panda Express. I came in for lunch today and noticed that a lot of the items were either empty or didn't really look fresh. When I attempted to place my order, I was told that my first entree choice was sold out for the day. The second would have to be made and would take 10-12 minutes and the same for the third! I wanted to leave, but my daughter really wanted orange chicken so I then tried to order a kids meal with white steamed rice. The lady then told me that she was also out of rice!! The employee then told me that she was sorry but they just finished their lunch rush and didn't have anything ready. My family ultimately left without ordering anything. I try to be pretty understanding with people working in fast food, stuff happens. But clearly someone dropped the ball today. read more

First time we have ever stopped at Panda Express. It is also the last time. Maybe other locations are better but we'll never know. They got the order wrong, the ice machine was broke so drinks were hot and flat, the entrees were not the worst although one was a mystery, the fried rice was almost edible and the chow mein was tough and dry like hay. We frequent this location of Panda Express and we went there this evening after a ball game at 9:03pm. As my daughter and I arrived, an employee yelled across the parking lot- "We've already closed the lobby!" when it was supposed to be open until 10pm. This is the first panda express i have ever been to the food is spot in every time the rice is excellent i love the chicken egg rolls and teriyaki chicken the rice taste fresh all four times i have been there the strawberry lemonade that Nate made for me is making me question wether or not my wife will let me invite him to come live with us so he can make it more often for me if she says no Nate we can do with out her as long as you stay as friendly and helpful as you were at panda express and keep making that awesome strawberry lemonade oh and some egg rolls read more

Came @ 9:30 pm and employees were sitting outside smoking with all the lights on and the food was still out. We asked if they were open and they said "No Sorry". When we were driving away they waived sarcastically at us. You just missed out on 30 minutes of business and ours. Really enjoy Panda Express normally - this location is complete shit. I went in for a Shanghai beef, my favorite. What I saw across the counter was the nastiest beef that had been there for a while. Vegetables were soggy and old, it was bad. I was about to leave and the chef placed a newly prepared Shanghai beef bowl in the counter service area. I watched the guy behind counter take the freshly made beef, replace the bowls and then put the old nasty stuff right on top of the fresh beef, mix it up and then asked me what I wanted. I told him I did want the beef but since he did that I wasn't interested anymore. He gave me a look like I was the asshole and walked away. Not going back to this place. Drive through would have been worse. Beware - the food isn't served as advertised. Called the manager and he really didn't care. This is a bad location. Was the same way when I was here 6 months ago. Stopped here to get Chinese to take home because we had our 3 dogs with us coming from the vets. MY husband wanted sweet and sour pork. They told me they do not have pork anything. Very disappointed they do not serve pork. Made my husband mad. Said he would not go again because it seems they are catering to the Muslim crowd by not serving pork. When we arrived, they did not have enough chow mein for our order, but we didn't have long to wait. My special needs son wanted a bowl with rice, so the associate, Nate, prepared his order so he could begin eating right away. I loved this! I always love Panda Express but this trip was awful. I went at 1:30 in the afternoon and ordered an orange chicken bowl with chow mien. I get to the window and decide I will be at work all night and won't have time for dinner might as well get a plate. I inform the cashier at the window and he tells me okay and closes the window. He opens it a few minutes later and asks if i just want a small entree of chow mien. Slight confusion I wanted extra chicken; not noodles. He then understands my request and closes the window again. I then see one of the servers grab the bowl they made me and a box and walk off. Knowing they probably didn't want to waste the product they went ahead and put it in my plate box. I have no problem with this my problem is if they were going to do this they should've added the chicken i paid for which was not in the box nor did i ever receive my drink. i am so upset with the service from this particular location. the employee that served my family and i was very unfriendly. i do understand that it isn't the most pleasant job but we never gave them a reason to be rude. they also had gotten my order wrong. my mother politely went back up to the employee at the register to resolve the little mishap and they tried to make my mother pay another $8 dollars for a new bowl. it is not my mothers fault that the employees messed up. there was no need for that, especially since my mother was polite. also, the entree they accidentally gave me was the shanghai angus beef costing us extra, not to mention the beef was CHARED and very distasteful. my father also ordered a side of the vegetable and can you guess what was wrong with them?? they were in fact CHARED to no surprise. i would rather drive to norman where everything is neat, clean, fresh and the service is GREAT. i will make sure to purposely go out of my way to norman to order panda how it is meant to be prepared!! overall, very dissatisfied and will never come back :) read more
