Within the last months they've been out of so many things it's hard to not get frustrated with the store. I've been a regular at panda express for around a year and they've always had every sauce, appetizer, and dish ready to be served. Now they never have soy sauce, sweet and sour OR teriyaki sauce (the MAIN THREE SAUCES) They're always out of egg rolls, and today I was told they were of out of the bejing beef. I was going to get the steak instead but the wait time was 10 MINUTES instead of being fresh and ready like it used to. I'm severely disappointed with how downhill this store has gone within these last few months I WILL NOT be returning for a while. read more

Sherman, TX restaurant. We ordered two mushroom chicken bowls with half rice and hal noodles. Had a gift card with aroun $7 bucks on it. Handed the gal a $10 bill. Stupid girl gave us a receipt and the card back with 80 cents on it! WHAT? When will we use 80 cents on the gift card? She should have ran the card first and gave us 80 cents in change back. Get home and the chicken is raw! Husband had a big piece of chicken fat in his bowl. No chicken with it, just a hunk of chicken fat. Whole meal was trash! I got really sick after eating their orange chicken with their rice. Had diarrhea all day after eating it. I know it was Panda Express because I distinctly remember seeing raw chicken in my bowl. I should have complained when I saw it but didn't want to start anything. The fried rice is and was terrible. And it's not just this location. I think Panda Express changed their recipe because their rice now sucks! It's so disgusting. I will probably never eat here again due to getting food poisoning. so I ordered two plates of food, one being a bigger plate and one being a regular plate. The people working must not know how to check the bags that leave with that door dashers because my entire order for the bigger plate was missing. Then the order of string bean chicken was all beans, there was three pieces of chicken in it. Might as well call it string beans. read more

We usually love panda express, but this last time my wife showed me what looked like a short blonde hair. I covinced her it wasnt. I took a couple bites, then i saw the same thing in mine. I then convinced myself that it wasnt hair. Then i found a little shorter one, so for sure there was no way that was hair. Then, i found about a 1" long strand, so i pulled it out and tried to break it and it wouldnt break. We are pretty sure we had a bunch of strands of string or some thick hair. Was a weekly visitor, but now i dont know that i eat there again... waste of money, ruined my appetite and could not eat the food. read more

We have ordered take out twice now from the Panda Express on Hwy 75 off of Travis St. Both time our order has been wrong and both time received the excuse they are training new people. I'm sorry, but, if your training then it is mgrs job to check the orders to make sure trainees are doing it correctly, instead they want to replace your entire order. I'm not driving back to the restaurant in the middle of dinner to get my correct order. The restaurant was empty the second time for our order so wasn't ready when we arrived to pick it up, the employees were too busy socializing to get the order done on time for pick up. I won't order here again, I will find a place to eat that knows how to properly put a correct order out the first time and have it ready when we get there. They messed up my order. No biggie as long as you fix it. I went back and they did not apologize. The lady with long fake fingernails was extremely rude. She needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I know customers can be very hateful. I was not hateful , as a manager I know and understand the importance of good customer service. Unlike my experiences at other locations, this was typical, overlooked, steam-table food. It was pretty much inedible. My friend's food was better, but mine was just awful. I asked the attendant if it was as posted on the menu board.... meaning white meat cooked with teriyaki coating etc. YES, she replied. I'm being polite when I say that it was pure "pig slop." Absolutely the worst food I have ever overpaid for, maybe four bites of chicken in my Kung Pao Chicken, the rest was rice. Just white rice, no nuthin', and four packets of sauce. I walked in and found my order on a metal shelf by the front door, two people were handling the bag to try and find their call - in order, I washed my hands after picking it up and after opening it and removing the paltry food inside. Most orders for Chinese in the past for this price would have lasted two days, this order was gone in ten minutes and left half the rice untouched as dry and nasty. Food was good only had a couple issues with order the fire shrimp portion was not a big order as they even charge an extra $1.25 for it. Other thing is I asked for hot mustard she said they were out would I like soy sauce, really that's like asking for ketchup and saying we're out you want peanut butter. Not even close. We've been going to this location for years and have always received excellent service, but our last visit left a very unpleasant taste in our mouths. We were treated very rudely and unprofessionally by an employee whose name tag said "Justine". We asked if there was anything fresh on the way, she rolled her eyes and said "no, what you see is what you get". Behind her two other employees proceeded to bring 2 fresh entree items to the line. She didn't even bother turning around to look and acted as if our question was trouble for her. Then she gave us 4 pieces of orange chicken on our plate. We asked if she can give us a little more - I've never only received 4 pieces of an entree item here before? She rolled her eyes AGAIN and said "I can give you one more but after that you'll be charged extra." What? Then I asked for the black pepper chicken with extra veggies, she laughed and said "I'm not doing that." She then dropped some of the chicken on the countertop and put it back on my plate. Frankly we've been to Panda Express locations all over the nation and have NEVER been made to feel so unwelcome. Judging from the other guests' reactions in line, they felt the same way. So up and down with quality of food and service. So often they are in a rush to fill your plate but your food sits getting cold while you wait to check out, and is cold by the time you eat. Nothing worse than COLD fried, and sauces meat. Orange Chicken was like rubber and Honey Walnut shrimp was soggy. It will work in a pinch but do not go out of your way to eat here. read more

Panda Express is convenient when I don't want to wait 45 minutes for an order of lo mein at my local Chinese restaurant. Prices are cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for. Greasy food, dirty floors and missing paper towels and/or a hand dryer in the restroom. Not much more to report than that. read more

Beware...I took a friend to pick up something for lunch. We placed the order in the drive-through. Once we realized the order was incorrect we returned. I explained that the order was correct on the ticket but received rice instead of the noodles. The girl proceeded to dump the rice back into the pan only to reserve it to other customers. I was in complete shock! When my boyfriend called back up there to let the managers know, the woman acted as if she didn't understand and thought he wanted to place an order. The place is clean and is centrally located in Sherman. Austin College students and Shermanites alike visit this place often. I am not a fan of Panda Express, but this particular location is always clean and the staff is always hospitable. I have been here on several occasions with friends and sat outside, which is nice during the warmer months. read more
