This location is horrible. Every time I come here I always have to wait,always. There's never a time when I don't and it's ridiculous. Fast food? More like slow ass food. I even have to wait when I order online. What's the point of ordering online if I still have to wait it makes no sense. I shouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for my order especially when no one is there and on top of that it comes out wrong. They need a whole new staff or just need to shut the location down completely. Then it's crazy when a manager tries to go back-and-forth with you it's so unprofessional. Your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong, and surprise, they have no working phone number and no one ever contacts you back if you contact Wendy's online. We got what was supposed to be Taco Salad yesterday for lunch. I'm not sure who taught them what a taco salad was, but... gross!!!!! Utilized the drive-thru and had no problems. Nice employees. It was super fast, but it wasn't slow either - I'd say it took about 5 minutes to go through the drive-thru. That's not bad. Food was hot and what you'd expect from any Wendy's. read more

I did a mobile order. I chose the drive through option and didn't wear shoes, since it was going to be through the drive through... I wait in the drive through line for a couple people ahead of me to order, and when I get to the speaker I told them I had a mobile order, and they said "you have to come inside for mobile orders" and I said "no... I chose drive through. It says right here to come through the drive through" to which she replied "yeah, mobile orders are for inside" so I pull around and walk in barefoot to a ground that is ridiculously sticky. There are gnats everywhere. And the lady at the counter pointed me to their mobile order pickup station. Why do you have an option to pick it up in the drive through if you are going to make your customer walk in... I'm glad I walked in to see how gross it is in there. Service is slow, they work on one order at a time so that makes the inside visit very slow. You would figure the above would make them more accurate, guess again. They forget fry's and drinks or even the number of chicken nuggets in the meal. The food is alway Luke warm at best and sometimes the chicken is hard, crusty and cold. read more

The last two times I have been to this location I waited quite awhile and received cold old tasting food. To top it off tonight not one thing I ordered was right! So I went to the redesigned Wendy's in Sherman tonight and other than putting tomato on my burger when I ordered it with NO TOMATO, the burger and fries were hot and good. The problem was the drink machine and the terrible attitude of the manager. The drink machine was out of syrup and even though I made the staff aware after trying to get a drink while waiting on the burger, they failed to fix it. I sat down and at the burger and fries and then tried the drink machine again. Still just carbonated water. I went to the counter and the employee said they were fixing it now. I asked if they could get me a drink from the machine on their side of the counter and apparently theirs was in the same condition. So, I asked for a refund on the drink. They located the manager who would not even look at me or address me and instead looked at the screen and then the employee and said, "You can't refund just a drink in a combo". OK, I'm thinking what about just pulling enough money out of the register to cover the cost of the large drink that was in the combo. I would have even been satisfied with just a simple explanation and saying if you will wait just a moment I will fix the machines and get you a drink. At this point any sugar free drink would have been fine! So disappointed! Way to go Wendy's! The re-design of the building will not overcome the sloppy and careless attitude of management. read more

A little stingy about their sauces, but the drive through is open late and most of the workers are nice. You can only do 2 separate orders at a time, which is highly annoying when you have a car full of people, but I guess it is not exactly the workers fault. Usually not crazy busy, but at night you could spend some time waiting in line at the drive through. Worth the wait though. read more

My goodness. The drive-through took forever. We were getting some chili to take to my Mom -it's her favorite. There were 2 cars in front of us. We were there almost 15 minutes. I've never waited so long in my life in a drive through - oh wait, maybe because I don't go to Wendy's (Bad experiences at the Allen location.).
