I was not offered a refund. I said chicken and broccoli, not knowing Granddaughter had order beef and broccoli. I had to wait past the 6:15 pick up. I was offered a soda, but not something I could drink. When I got home, the broccoli was terrible. There was no sauce in the chicken and broccoli and not much beef in the broccoli beef. The broccoli tasted old and there was way too much broccoli. We have ordered before and it was excellent, but not this time. Hope it is an exception and not the new norm. There was at least 8 staff working this location. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday afternoon. Personally, it is much different than I remember it. Trying to get a refund was hell. The number on the receipt got me to doordash but I did not order from them. I tried to call the location itself two times and it just rang and rang. this was 9 pm at night. So doubt they were busy. The a la carte orange chicken was tiny and about the size of what you get on a plate so not worth the price. I got a large size chow mein and that was fine and normal. It took an hour at least of phone calls to get the refund processed and not till the next day did I get an email saying they refunded finally.
