Once we were ready to order our 4 COMBO meals, a young man took our order and made it very clear that he was not enthused about doing his job. It was late and I'm sure he was ready to get off, but not a valid reason to be rude. Once we had reached the window, we were greeted with a smile by Bianca. I checked the bags and realized that we had everything except the fries that were supposed to have been included in the combo meal. I was confused as to why our items were all ordered individually when we clearly stated that we wanted the combo meal. Bianca agreed that if you order a combo, that it should have come with a drink and fries as stated on the menu (see picture below). Bianca asked if I would like to speak to a manager and I agreed to do so. I was very rudely and abruptly greeted by the manager on duty. He aggressively opened the window and "what's the problem here"? I then explained that out of faith I trusted that the team would have given me all items stated to have been included in a COMBO meal on the menu. In order to correct this, they would have had to do a refund which would have taken 7 days. In my opinion, as a customer who was right, I shouldn't have to wait for 7 days for a refund because of a mistake that was made by an employee who rang my order up wrong. This young man is clearly not ready for a leadership role as he definitely did NOT set an example for the team as to how a customer is supposed to be treated nor is he representing the business in a professional manner. An employee with this type of demeanor should be placed in a non-customer facing role as far from the drive through window and speaker as possible. If this was my employee, he would immediately have his position re-evaluated and given to someone more deserving such as Bianca who had a smile on her face throughout the whole interaction.

The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. The steak was very tender and hadn't shrunk inside the breading. Sometimes that can be disappointing but not at all here. Just the right amount of gravy and a perfect 2 piece serving for sharing. The beans were done right, too.
