Honestly, this is a wonderful Chinese option. So much of it around here is very greasy and seems to have been prepared earlier and sitting around. This wasn't greasy, tasted fresh, and they did a wonderful job making sure we had enough sauce. We had it delivered 20 miles away, and it was still hot. I have a really restricted diet and I can't eat most fast food any longer. My son and I stopped here because they had options I could eat which is getting rare for me. We used the drive thru so ambience was not a factor. The service is fine. It was fast and friendly. The flavor of my mushroom chicken was good and the veggies were fresh and nice. My son's orange chicken was so bland. I mean super bland. Not even vaguely orange flavored. He said it was essentially what his school cafeteria serves. My biggest gripe was the portions. I got about 2.5 cups of rice and less than half a cup of chicken and mushrooms. The brown rice was under cooked, still edible, but not great. I don't find it a good value to pay $9 for a bowl of what equates to 10 cents worth of rice and about a buck worth of chicken and vegetables. I know restaurant markups are high, but I can go to other places and for slightly more get a more balanced portion with properly cooked rice. Probably the best Panda Express experience I've had, but not going to be my first choice even though I have so few. read more

Really disappointed in my experience. They accepted my online order, and then once the driver arrives told him one of the entrées I ordered was out of stock. My driver calls, and I just ask for them to switch it to being 2x of the other entrée instead of one each. It wasn't a huge deal since it was a little later in the evening and within 30 minutes of their posted closing time. Five minutes go by. My drivers calls again. They're out of the other entrée as well.... So they accepted an online order for two entrées, neither of which they had in stock at the time of pickup, leading to me fighting with my uber driver and uber to try to get the order cancelled at the fault of the restaurants. I've never had this happen before with a Panda Express, as they're generally really good about keeping their "in stock" statuses up to date, or at a minimum declining an online order if it is something they won't feasibly be able to serve. I'm just disappointed this was so far from the case this time that led to several people just being inconvenienced. read more

Stopped for a quick dinner on our way home to Caldwell. Food was delicious and even though the restaurant was packed and there was a line the service was fast. I would say the rice wasn't completely cooked but we had got half and half of the sides so we saved the rice for home, added a bit more water and finished cooking it. The chow mein was very good, here in Caldwell it is a bit dry but at this place it was great. So I recommend the chow mein. read more

Waited 20 minutes inside only to get to the front and have no one even tell us they will be right with us. Literally stared someone in the eye and they ignored me. I'll I needed to hear was "we will be with you as soon as we can." But they said nothing. No changing tables for babies. Not friendly. Will never try to attempt to eat here again. Why does Panda keep making it harder and harder to keep coming here? Its like they are trying to drive business away. No more warm and gooey teriyaki sauce on the hot bar, now you get cold tar-like sauce in an oversized ketchup packet. It is always busy when we go, so I guess it's worth it to everyone to wait. They have mobile/online ordering, but if it's within a half hour of closing, I can never get my oder to process so I can pickup in store. read more

15 min wait to just order in the drive thru...With No cars in the drive thru!!! How is Xpress so the food is not an issue, however the one thing this location is consistent and is the fact that they can never get their customer service right. I am only writing this review after a year of going to this location. It is the only one in town, so they have zero incentive to get better, and that's the problem. They absolutely do not know how to handle more than one order at a time. If If I was a general manager, or if I was an owner of this location I would wipe out the employees start now or at the very least target which ones were trainable and keep them. read more

The food is at least hot, options aplenty, and the servers friendly, but that's it. I deducted for the serving size. It's very inconsistent at this restaurant. We have eaten at many locations in multiple states so my comparison is fair. I have noticed while standing in line, they heap the side (rice, noodles or super greens) also into the two smaller entree sections. The entree is then placed on top of the side, making the portion of the entree appear normal. When you sit to eat, you have almost no entree. Every other Panda we've been to gives 1.5 thighs for the teriyaki checkin, here only 1 and then after chopping they put some back. I also noticed men are given more than women. Watch for this as you stand in line. Maybe they figure most customers are just passing through so they don't care if we are satisfied. read more

Super fast, sometimes friendly the reason for the 4 star is the last couple of times we have ordered the orange chicken.. the chicken has had the consistency of jerky. I should have been skeptical for the lack of customers present at 11 am in the morning. I noticed several entrees were not even available unless I was willing to wait 10 to15 minutes so I ordered from what was prepared. The rice and the Kung-pao chicken tasted ok but nothing to write home about. The orange chicken and Beijing Beef tasted horrible!!! I swear these were recooked from the day before because neither even closely resembled anything else Chinese tasting. The Orange chicken was like eating a candy coated Milkbone dog biscuit and hard as a rock. The Beijing beef was like some type of beef jerky dumped in pancake syrup. Absolutely inedible!!! I also ordered sweet fire chicken that chewy like raw something or other. I have eaten at Panda Express all over Nevada, Utah and Idaho but this after this experience it is very, very doubtful that I will ever eat at this chain again! Panda has deteriorated as it races to expand, which makes no sense considering how well they pay. Noodles here are more akin to dessicated worms dried from the sun in texture. It's not even worth eating anymore. Portions are half what used to be served. Rice is dry and underseasoned. I'm really disappointed with this location. You order teriyaki chicken and they don't put any sauce on it...so essentially, it's chicken. The majority of the dishes is celery. No joke, I picked it all out from two entrees and it was 1.5 cups worth. If you're going to feed me filler, I'd rather it not be celery. If it has to be celery, put peanut butter in it with some raisins so at least I can be in on the joke. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. read more

I visited this store today and it was the second time I've had to wait for something to be cooked (not a big deal). The first visit, drive thru, I asked for two chicken rolls and only got one (not a big deal but a little frustrating). While ordering drive thru today, they told me chicken egg rolls would be about 4 minutes... ok. I go wait and about 5 minutes later they come to tell us that their cook didn't hear them and it'd be another 7 minutes. I asked for a refund and THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. Instead, they force you into choosing something else or get future free food. There should be some type of warning that if Panda can't give you what you want that there will be no refund. I wanted chicken egg rolls, not crab ragoons or any future meals. To be honest, I will not ever return to Panda. I went through the drive thru due to time constraints and I agreed to the 4 additional minutes but they messed up and needed even more time and I couldn't stick around, I should be able to have a refund not forced into good I don't want. read more

2nd time I've gotten food from here.. And there were issues. The first time.. Placed order online.. Went to pick up (later than anticipated) and was told that the order wasn't even started. Had to wait 20 minutes for that. Today, I had teriyaki chicken on the brain.. Figured I'd give it a shot. I even went as far as to not make any special instructions at the window (such as teriyaki on the side). There were a few things that were "sold out".. Which was no problem. But when I get back home to enjoy my teriyaki chicken.. I discover that I just have COOKED CHICKEN! No teriyaki sauce on the chicken at all. No soy sauce or any type of sauce with my food. Huge disappointment.. If I wanted plain chicken and rice.. I would have chosen somewhere else. Time to try some other options to replace Panda. read more

One of your employees has taken it into her own hands to blast past coworkers into the publics eye and it has gone viral. sorry but this kind of publicity makes me wonder how the employees with actually treat their customers are they gonna post something that was a horrible experience when they are in the wrong.
