A friend and I had take out from this Panda Express (Dinuba Blvd.) yesterday (7/10/17). She ordered Broccoli Beef and chow mein. I ordered Beijing beef, 5 flavor shrimp and chow mein. The chow mein noodles were not cooked. The noodles were real thin and pasty tasting. The 5 flavor shrimp smelled fishy, so threw that away. I placed an online order to pick up through the drive thru due to Covid 19. Once in the drive thru, I was told that I would have to come INSIDE the store to receive my order. Why??? Seriously we called and they said they are open untill 930, we pull up to the drive thru at 905 when we start ordering we tell her we need to order 5 plates, she said go ahead and order. Ok so I just had a very bad experience at this particular location and honestly since I've moved to Visalia this place hasn't been so pleasant. So I order a 2 meal entree which apparently now doesn't come with a drink as a combo? They didn't even offer me one, and when I asked for a drink they only had 1 drink available. So the cashier never gives me the total, tells me over the intercom that she'll have my total at the window. Nope has my bag ready to go. Proceeds to charge my card and never gives me a receipt. So now I get a free meal because the sign on the window says no receipt means free meal? Idk I'm not even going to take them up on that because I doubt they'll honor it since the service is far from friendly. Just avoiding this location. read more

This location never fails to produce poor quality food and/or service it seems. The staff is just not interested in serving customers and/or providing fresh Panda Express food and portions . I'm very disappointed in this location as I tend to eat at panda two to three times a week depending on my work schedule. Perhaps my frequent patronization has impacted my expectations. Today's experience of only half of a bowl with overcooked veggies and teriyaki chicken will likely keep me from this location again for awhile. I come to this location about 1-2 times a week for lunch because it is close to my workplace, and I must say, the customer service and food quality has definitely gone downhill. The food is okay for fast food Chinese, but they can kick it up a notch with their customer service. WORST PANDA EXPRESS EVER!! The service is total trash. I went through the drive through and the lady working out sounded so annoyed of being there and when I got home I barely had any chicken in my bowl! It was mainly veggies. I thought they were trying to play me cause I cant see them plating so the next time I went in and ordered, it was even more worse. When I walked in I was greeted with the saddest "hello welcome to panda" I have ever heard. As i was ordering, which was a large order, the lady was so annoyed I kept telling her what I wanted. In the middle of my order she says sweet fire down, so I'm like sweet I get a fresh batch, BUT NO SHE PROCEEDS TO GIVE ME THE LAST SCOOP WHICH WAS PRACTICALLY ALL PEPPERS AND PINEAPPLE!! I ordered the food via Uber Eats, so simple you even list everything you want. They managed to still mess up my order. Sent me incorrect items and had missing items with this order. Went to panda and I was the only car in drive thru and they parked me and said they would bring my meal out. They then parked 4 cars after me and the restaurant didn't even have people inside. They then started bringing everyone the food to their car while I still waited. It was only after I got off and asked for my food that they started serving it! read more

Haven't had panda in well over a year, so I sent the Hubby to pick up some after ordering online. The price for all of the food we ordered cannot be beat, and if you order online through yelp, you get a $3 discount. I ordered my usual, the Beijing Beef bowl with chow mein, and s side of veggie rolls. I was a little disappointed that the beef wasn't crispy like usual. It was somewhat mushy and mealy. The flavor was good but the texture was semi gross. My husband enjoyed his orange chicken but did complain that his chow mein was kind of dry. We do love this location for Panda, and hope that the mediocre food quality was just a random thing. Keeping in mind it is a fast food Chinese place so you can't go there and expect the highest of quality either. read more

I havent had any luck at this panda. My food never seems to be very good. I like when my orange chicken is fresh, and hot, covered in the orange PE sauce. The last few times i ordered a two entree and it was a complete waste of time and money as well as food. It was all dry and idk i uust couldnt eat it. I tried to tell myself I would eat it later. Went through the drive-through tonight waited to order over 15 minutes. When I was finally able to start my order I was told they did not have steamed rice tonight. Everything I asked for I received an attitude back. The woman that was taking my order acted as if she was mad at me the whole time. When I finally got up there to pay I asked for the sweet-and-sour sauce to go with my Rangoo's and hot mustard but I never received them. Kind of just threw my food at me. I did say thank you and she turned around and walked away. They have terrible customer service, I got all the way home and they didn't put my coke in the bag. So I called and said to come back in they would give me my coke and free meal. Well I did the next day. Not really understanding her name, which I guess at. They said no one works here by that name and they don't give free meals. They made me sounds like I made it up. The manager Carlos Hernandez, if that is his name. Wouldn't even come out of his office to take care of the problem. Very bad customer service. I am a great grandma and have worked in the work force for a long time. How much would it hurt to have given a free meal for all my time and gas. This is a fast food chain. I'm not looking to see if they did an awesome job at anything; I'm looking to see if they screwed up, and did they satisfy a craving? I wanted orange chicken, and they did an awesome job as usual. Their orange chicken really hit. Their chow mein noodles aren't like what you'd get a normal non-chain Chinese restaurant; they taste like spaghetti noodles that are slightly more al dente than I'd make my spaghetti at home, but they're oily and carby which is what I was looking for, so close enough. The noodles are the only thing I wish they'd do differently, but I think they succeeded in making them the way they wanted to make them. Their soda and veggie egg rolls were good too. I ordered it through DoorDash, so I don't know about their service except that they packaged my meal well with a straw and a fork like I asked, and my order was correct with no missing items. read more

I love Panda Express, and I love how courteous the people are at this location. What I do not like is that I have gotten sick off the food three times now, the most recent episode being yesterday (5-24-18). Nothing like having to cancel your plans for the day because you've eaten some bad food. I don't know what is going on with the way that they are cooking the food here, but they need to stop what they are doing and make some serious changes. This is the location that is closest to my house and the most convenient one to go to, but I will go out of my way to go to a different location. I will not be returning to this location. Clean up your act people and make sure that your employees are practicing safe cooking procedures and making sure that they are also practicing proper hygiene procedures! There is no reason for the food to be making people sick. It's sad because the employees are great, but the food stinks. Sorry Panda, but this location is putting a HUGE black mark on your company name and it needs to be dealt with and soon before someone ends up in the hospital or worse. read more

This is always a go to as we are so close to this one. It's a great panda. Love the drive thru. Can't beat that. Some times we decide to eat here last minute and ends up getting what's left as it is due to close soon. But we always get good food. Thus is one of the God examples of a good panda express.
