After COVID, dining room is finally open for dine-in seating. Been a looong time. Staff is still masked but otherwise seems back to normal. Food was freshest and tastiest its ever been on this visit. I ordered seared steak and shrimp and orange chicken with steamed rice and a large fountain drink. Total under 13 dollars. Reasonable for tasty goodness with some veggies thrown in. Heck, I've plopped down 11 bucks at burger and taco drive thru for some combos so this is sooo welcomed. A staff member even stopped by tables to ask how food was. Nice touch. Pleased as all get out!

Absolutely great! Hot, Fresh, and cooked just right! Nicely done, Panda Express crew.

It's good for a quick meal if you're tired of burgers and tacos. My only criticisms are, I hate the way they rush you through your order by their attempt to guide it. And secondly, why do I feel always feel like I'm bothering them when I ask for sauces...the looks of frustration I get when I do is just crazy to me. I don't always have plum sauce on hand, sorry! Other than that, foods good for the price and convenience, I'll continue to go!

I first went to Panda Express one night for dinner. I wanted something quick and semi-healthy. It was a little after 8pm on a weekday. After ordering, I drove to the window to pay where I was told that the SuperGreens I ordered would be a five-minute wait. Cool, no problem. The woman came back to ask me if I was okay with Chow Mein instead as a side because they stopped the kitchen at 8pm. I clarified with her that they indeed closed at 9pm which she confirmed. Wait, what??? I have lots of questions. You stop cooking an hour before you close? So if I pull up at 8:50, I'm getting food that's almost an hour old? I have more questions none of which will probably be answered, because this was my last time going to Panda Express. The food was pretty good but not good enough for me to return for a second adventure.

What a great meal and a super friendly staff. Young man named Jeff K was super helpful. We'll go back!

The employees are pleasant, helpful and efficient. I nearly always have ordered through the app and it is an extremely quick process. I often go here to pick up for other family members but I appreciate that even as a vegetarian there are more items for me here than at most fast food places. My favorite is the mac & cheese which is creamy and just fantastic. There's also a kale salad and lots of delicious drinks and desserts, like the half-and-half iced tea and lemonade and their milkshakes, like the seasonal peppermint chip. It's a silly thing to mention but I have an extremely picky dog who sometimes goes on hunger strikes and the best food in the world in his opinion is the grilled chicken nuggets here. They have a little seasoning but it's nothing crazy and I can shred them up one at a time and have them last for several meals. I obviously don't eat chicken myself but these smell delicious. I like that they have a grilled option in the nuggets and in their sandwich for my family members that don't want everything breaded and deep fried. It would be disingenuous of me to not mention in this review that I resisted going to Chick-fil-A for a long time as I was turned off by the company's prior support for anti-LGBTQ organizations. However, I understand that this is no longer their practice however, and they have made a commitment to doing better and being more inclusive. This is a deeply important issue to me and I am glad to know it.

The manager was on top of everything and personally brought our food out. In my…read moreexperience, Raising Cane's stands as a beacon of excellence, rivaling only Chick-fil-A in its pursuit of customer satisfaction. Every visit I've made to Raising Cane's has reinforced my belief that this establishment prioritizes not just the food they serve but the entire dining experience. From the moment you step into Raising Cane's, you are greeted by an impeccably clean environment--an essential aspect that speaks volumes about management's commitment to quality. Cleanliness sets the stage for a positive eating experience, and it is evident that franchisees and store managers take immense pride in their locations. In contrast, many fast-food chains overlook these details, leading to a mediocre experience that fails to impress. Moreover, the employees at Raising Cane's exhibit such positive attitudes elevating the entire atmosphere. After all, a friendly face can turn a simple meal into a delightful outing. The cashiers treat every customer with warmth, ensuring that your order is processed swiftly and accurately, whether you're dining in or taking advantage of the drive-thru. It is this dedication to a pleasant customer experience that makes me eager to return time and again. As for the kitchen crew, their efficiency is noteworthy. With a steady flow of customers, one might expect delays, yet my meals have consistently arrived hot and fresh. Their attention to detail--like regularly maintaining equipment and keeping grease traps emptied--ensures that each bite is not only delectable but also safe. This level of commitment stands out against competitors like McDonald's, where inconsistencies diminish the dining experience. Menu: https://www.raisingcanes.com/menu/ The star of the show, of course, is the food itself. Those golden brown, juicy chicken strips cooked to perfection, paired with crispy fries and their signature house dipping sauce, are simply unmatched. Flavors within are well balanced, and it's clear that every item on the menu is prepared with care and the right amount of seasoning. Whether I'm enjoying a meal in-house or grabbing it on the go, I know I'm getting top-notch quality every time. Additionally, their soda fountain offers an impressive variety of flavorings, allowing me to customize my drink to my liking--a small but significant touch that enhances the overall experience. It's these thoughtful elements that make Raising Cane's not just a fast food stop, but a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. While the menu might be limited compared to some competitors, it is undeniably effective. Each item serves a purpose, and I find comfort in knowing what to expect when I order. However, I would gladly welcome a thoughtful expansion of their menu; after all, innovation is key to maintaining customer interest. Raising Cane's--and Chick-fil-A, by extension--truly epitomizes what fast food should represent: high quality, quick service, and a focus on customer satisfaction. My experiences have been nothing short of exceptional, and I will continue to support this location as long as their standards remain consistent & make dining enjoyable. If you seek an unforgettable fast food experience that combines taste, cleanliness, and remarkable service, look no further than Raising Cane's. You won't be disappointed!
