I ordered on their app paid for the delivery fee the tip and the food never got any of it and they refuse to even talk to me about it telling me I need to go through the third-party delivery service, which is DoorDash. Roena is amazing! She was super fast and did a wonderful job handling the long line dinner rush alone. Despite getting grilled by her manager (super unprofessional in front of customers) and numerous rude customers, Roena kept a smile on her face and got it done. I am very disappointed with how the manager tried to discipline her in front of the long line, especially for something that was not her fault. It was the customer in front of me being bad at communication that got Roena in trouble. Compared to her other colleagues, she seems to be the most hardworking one. I waited in line for 1 hour in the store...not because there was a ton of people in line but because there was an EPIC FAIL on the part of management. The cashier was checking out people in the store as well as making the online orders. That is ridiculous! So even though people in line had their orders ready they had to wait for her to run around and do other things. There is NO WAY the cashier should be doing both jobs. Either the owner is super cheap and overworks their staff and spreads them too thin or they are just stupid. The ONLY reason I didn't give it a one is because the poor cashier JENNY was amazing. We just waited 30 minutes on their drive through and paid to be told that there's no more honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, or chow mein for our last plate so they could only give us fried rice. I saw through the window that they were serving honey walnut shrimp and asked if we can have some and then they gave us some. When I drove into the parking lot to check my food all of our plates had the smallest portions of chow mein. The employees there don't give a crap about customer service and make stupid excuses about computer system being down that extends waiting time for your online order to be prepared. They also won't give you extra food as compensation for being incompetent employees. My plate wasn't full of food more like half filled. As for the ambiance, it shows the restaurant hasn't gotten proper care. The drive through menu looks dated and not clean. I wouldn't be surprised if parts of the kitchen is dirty too. The dining area looks cramped as it looks for only children. Just don't come to this one or you'll regret it after you leave. Good quality food but bad customer service. They have one person manning the cash register, the phone and online orders. I made the mistake of adding an item to my order that had a 10 minute wait. It took approximately 30 minutes to receive. They are focused on getting money into the cash register not customers food out the door. I asked for a manager and they told me that one was not available. That could be the problem. There is no one there to be held responsible for efficiency and effectiveness so those two things were missing once you are passed the cash register. Our food is now luke-warm and missing items (sauces, fortune cookies and plates). What a shame to such and otherwise good and fresh Chinese food option! Went in they didn't look busy, so I thought great it will be a quick in and out. Plenty of staff working on the drive through and cooking. First they had vary little to choose from. They were out of a lot of the main items. So I picked things that they had, just so I can just hurry and go. I was told the person at the register had to get some change and then they would be right with me. As I sat waiting to pay for my food, that was ready, a worker offered a free drink for waiting so I thought cool, thanks. Then the person at the register finally came after sitting there for 5-7 minutes. Did they help me? No they helped the person next to me, with two transactions, then after that, they walked away and left the register again. I said "I'm done" put the cup back and walked out with no food. They didn't get the money for that order of cold food that they will have to throw away now. I haven't been to panda for years because of this, and now maybe forever. They have new menu items which are the following: *Sweet chili chicken breasts *Angus peppered steak *pacific chili shrimp I'm a bore and I don't like change so I got what I got two years ago which is orange chicken and noodles. This combo IS my comfort zone but my mom being the adorable yet indecisive woman she is, decides to order what seemed like half the menu. I was able to try the following from her order: Walnut shrimp: most will like this but I've had way better. It doesn't come with broccoli like it would otherwise at a restaurant and the batter was soggy. Angus peppered steak: very tender which is great but lacking in flavor. Where is the seasoning? Beijing beef: sweet and not at all spicy like it states but I liked it. Rice and noodles: Meh. That's all I can say. If you're looking for your asian fix and don't have the time nor money to go sit down and order or if your pallet is simply dead then come to Panda! I was hungry but I only at about 15% of my entire entree. Don't you just love fake Chinese food? Most of the time my panda is awesome and I love it. But today I get there at 8:45 So it's a wait for the food and they said it would be a five minute wait.It took fifteen minutes to get our food so we ordered two bowls one with rice and one with chow mein but it came with it split on both of them with rice and chow mein but I ordered orange chicken but they gave us the new almond chicken. This is honestly the worst panda visit I have ever had usually it was super awesome and it doesn't even take that long but today it took so long. read more

So this Panda Express is just super close to my house. It's always busy. Usually when I go it's during dinner time too so the line inside and outside is insane. The drive through can take 30-40 depending on a busy day. So I went around 10 it wasn't busy cause it does close at 10:30 so it was nice. Got a three plate entree. Teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef and orange chicken. Also comes with the fried rice. I think they do a great job for a non traditional Chinese fast food place. The chow mein was dry. The service was horrible!Ordered teriyaki chicken and was told it would be a few minutes. Over 30 minutes later there was still nothing. Apparently they'd made a whole batch and gave it all on an order that came in after (so much for first come). After finally getting attention from the workers of the extreme wait we were offered simply a different item or to wait another 8 minutes (getting close to an hour at this point). I wish I could give negative stars for how we were treated. We will NEVER be coming back to this Panda again, and possible avoid others as well if this is by chance standard practice!
