I have rarely, if ever left a review. I know this will probably fall on deaf ears but I visited the Panda Express over on I-240 Service Road in OKC today and have never been treated so hateful. After waiting quite a long time for our order inside I was trying not to act angry but admittedly was a little frustrated. I finally got my order and went to get my daughter's drink and there were no kids lids stocked. I stepped over to the counter to ask for a lid and the young girl said ok and continued ringing up the customer in front of her. She then grabbed another kids cup and thinking she misunderstood me I said oh I have the cup, I just need a lid. She snapped back that this was for the other customer and acted as if I had over reacted. I said sorry to have bothered you when she handed over a lid and she said "it's ok". I get it, working in customer service isn't easy but this kind of behavior is really discouraging and I hope Panda can do a better job with hiring motivated, kind team members and leaders. I can deal with rudeness if you can manage to not screw my order up. I should have checked it when I saw another lady bring back an order she f'd up. I get it you're stressed and over worked, and not making very much, but if it's too hard for you to be decent and hand out the correct orders then quit. This is the worst fast food place in all of Yukon. We have been twice in the past few weeks trying to give them another chance. Both times we went they were out of fried rice, sauces and most of the meats. It was a wait for our food so we pulled into the front to wait for them to bring it out, after an HOUR they never came out so I went in and saw my to go box sitting in the back on a shelf completely cold. No one even knew what it was and why it was there. Whatever, we ate it. Go back last night, out of half of the menu, wait for the fried rice so I sit outside for 30 mins... a staff member comes out to tell me she's sorry but there was a misunderstanding and the fried rice will be another 30 min wait. So an hour wait for fried rice??? So I asked for a refund and left. (Which took another 20 mins) We will not be back. This is supposed to be "fast" food. I have a 6 month old in the backseat who I need to get home and in bed, I expect fast food to take no longer than 30 mins??? Plus it's like $25 and not even good lol read more

Went through the drive thru today to get a quick lunch. Asked for my normal order and was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for teriyaki chicken and he asked if I would mind the wait. I confirmed and said that was fine, then he proceed to ask 3 more times if I wanted to wait... (Are you sure? It's a 20 minute wait, do you want to wait? Are you positive?) We drove off because this is annoying and not great customer service. If you didn't want us to wait on it, either just say that or say you are out of it. Decided to stop by the drive-thru on my lunch break. Prior to Panda, I hadn't eaten for like 10 hours so I was starving and went a little crazy on the menu. I've been here twice before and was never impressed, but I thought I'd give it a try again since it's by work. I got the Bigger Plate which is 1 side and 3 entrées with half and half fried rice/chow mein, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and five flavor shrimp. I also added a chicken egg roll and 3 cream cheese rangoons. Sounds like a lot of food but the 2 other times I've been, I've left still hungry because of how little protein they give on their dinky little plates. Now, for this third time, I went through the drive thru and discovered that they give way more food. It's a typical styrofoam food container but since it's deeper, they can pile more food in their compared to the previously mentioned dinky plates. I had to wait about 15 minutes but it's a Saturday night so I don't mind. The food was okay and was what you'd expect from a fast food type of Chinese place. Both the beef and chicken start to taste the same because of all the sauce they pour on. The rice and noodles were not terrible although I'd prefer the rice more. The shrimp had a very seafoody taste. That's what I get for getting seafood from Panda but the drive-thru guy asked if I wanted to try it and I couldn't resist! The cream cheese rangoons are eh. Not sweet at all but definitely not bad. Same with the egg roll. I wouldn't get it again but it wasn't bad. But the red sauce they give for dipping, now that is bad. It has such a strong and artificial flavor that's so overpowering, that it tastes like you drank some kind of cleaning solution. I'm just glad I didn't decide to pour it over my food because that would have been a pour (you see what I did there?) decision. If I decide to go again, I'm definitely doing drive-thru simply because of the increase in food. If you're starving, then you should follow that advice. read more

I went earlier today through their drive-thru and ordered two plate meals. I didn't open my food up until i got back home, and that's when I realized that someone had forgotten to add an entree that I ordered. I called the restaurant back to let them know and the manager Josh that I spoke with apologized and offered to fix it if I came back today or another day. He was very understanding about the fact that not everyone lives close to these restaurants (I live a little over 15 minutes away), and it's frustrating when things like this happen because of the time and money we as customers spend to go have our orders fixed. He was incredibly kind when I arrived back to the store shortly after and not only corrected the problem but also offered a very generous amount of extra food to compensate for our troubles and now cold food. I did not expect any of this from him or the restaurant, but I was more than grateful to receive it after spending the time and gas to drive back. I am very pleased with the experience I had and the way Josh treated the situation. Rather than getting annoyed or being short, he gladly offered to fix the situation. I hope that upper management can recognize him for his kindness to their customers. (Also the food was great as always). read more

My experience with the Panda Guest Care team member (Omar) was extremely horrible. Omar was very rude, impatient, and disrespectful. While I was trying to place my order for myself and my four children, he continued to interrupt me by repeatedly questioning me saying, "What else? What else? What else?" He also did not do a great job of listening to my order as there were many corrections to be made (this wasn't a huge problem for me). The greatest problem occurred when I pulled around to the drive-thru window to speak face-to-face with Omar. The first question I asked as I pulled up to the drive-thru window was, "Do you know who I was speaking to for my order?" Omar then shook his head no and said, "No." I immediately knew then that it was in fact Omar who I had took my order. I then told him that he was the one who took my order and then asked why he was so rude and disrespectful. He became irritated and denied being rude and disrespectful. I then asked to speak with a manager. At first Omar ignored my request to speak with a manager and then he eventually brought a manager over to speak with me. I then explained the situation to the manager. The manager was really nice and understanding. She listened to me well to gain perspective of what transpired. However, as I was speaking, Omar was standing behind her making rude and sly comments. I could also tell that he was smirking underneath his half-worn mask. He was told several times to stop and wait and let me speak by his manager. The manager kindly offered me a discount. I respectfully declined and told her that I did not need a discount and that I only wanted to address Omar's rudeness and poor service. I then asked the manager to cancel my order because Omar became very confrontational as I was speaking to the manager. My family has been to this location several times and had never encountered such poor service. We will not be back due to Omar's lack of professionalism and rude demeanor. I hope that this feedback will help you all train your team members to be more polite and courteous to your patrons. read more

I pride myself on making honest and positive reviews. How does this place stay in business. Arrived at 11am to use a school fundraiser coupon and take lunches to the middle school teachers. The coupon offer was not yet activated in the computer. Time advertised was 10-10. Manager was gone to the bank. She's the only one blah blah blah. NO i can't just pay and have one of the teachers being back the receipt and coupons for the group credit later this afternoon. Then on top of that they had no veggies prepared. 8 employees walking around and no one working. Be ware. Avoid this establishment. Catlin the manager finally came in and solved the problem and stomped off with out a word. She's not management material !!! Sorry but like i say. They only have a few entrees they should have plenty of chow mein all the time since everyone orders it. I've already reported the problem and had nothing offered to correct the issue, not even an apology. I sent a picture in and offered video as well. There was a medium length human hair intertwined within a floret of broccoli. The meal was ordered as a "plate", which means the beef broccoli, chicken and noodles were all in one container. Since the food is not separated I threw everything out due to cross contamination. I have never eaten at this establishment before and will never try again. Uber eats is a service that I have used prior to the pandemic and used today. They were wonderful. I am fully disabled and have an auto immune disease as well. Ordering takeout once a month is a splurge. I literally had to throw it in the trash because it was unsanitary and a potential health risk, then be ignored. Unacceptable. read more

UPDATE: Corporate reached out and investigated the CCTV footage of the transaction, reporting nothing suspicious. They were very prompt and courteous. The security breach must have just been a coincidence. I'm still a little uncomfortable with my card being taken out of view to run (as opposed to other fast food places who hold the chip reader out to you), but I'm happy with how PE dealt with this. Good food and fairly quick service. However, last week I used a credit card I rarely use to pay for a drive-through order. The girl at the window took my card out of view to swipe it. 2 days later I had $5000 in fraudulent charges on the card. My bank was good about taking care of the fraud, but be careful about using a credit/debit card here. It could have been pure coincidence, but my last use of the card was an online purchase weeks prior. I can't come up with a more plausible explanation than that an unscrupulous employee here skimmed my card. Again, good food, but be careful. read more

Ordered through Door Dash. The food came in a timely manner minus one egg roll. I reported that and was refunded about half what I paid. I ordered beef broccoli. The broccoli was excellent but there was only four very small slivers of beef in about two tablespoons of gravy. I was so glad I had ordered chow mein. My sister and I decided we wanted fast Chinese take out. This is not the first time at a Panda Express but this was our first visit to this location. Walking in the door around 8:30 pm we were welcomed by friendly and very happy faces! Super nice employees it puts the whole restaurant in a good mood all the people eating inside looked happy as well! It took me calling 12 times before someone would even answer the phone. Once someone did answer the phone I spoke with Manager (claims to be owner) Ace. She doesn't understand any kind of customer service. Her only offer to me was to drive 20 minutes back to the store to get the food they missed.
