This location is one of the only places I can actually eat out at. The food is always fresh, sets well on my stomach, and always tastes incredible. Not sure what the cooks do differently at this location vs any others in the chains near me but the food def is best at this location. Horrible service. I called to order ahead, no one answered. I called back 10more times before going up there. The online wasn't slowing pick ups. Waiting in line for 30mins just to be told I had to call ahead for a catering size of orange chicken and chow mein. The lady said she would give me both in large for $26 each. I told her i only want those two things. She said I would have to COME INSIDE, I said the door is locked so I can't and I called 10times to order ahead and no one answered. She said "I don't know why you want me to do, I can't give you the catering size unless you come in or call us ahead of time." read more

I hate having to write a bad review. We got shrimp yesterday afternoon. It looked like and tasted like it had been cooked days ago and then microwaved for us. The breading had come off and the shrimp were chewy. And I know that this is fast food... but it's expensive fast food. If you are going to not care about quality, then lower your prices! I've been to good Panda Expresses (at the Kansas City Mall), so I know it's just ours that doesn't seem to care. I've also previously eaten in at this location and it was filthy! The drink station was disgusting. The tables were trashed. It wasn't that busy that someone couldn't have grabbed a wash cloth. Even if I it was busy... it was nasty! Please fix this Yukon location. Poor service and when we asked for rice they missed it again. They took the noodles out of my plate and put it back into their bowls.

Went through drive thru, placed our order, pulled up to window, payed for food, got receipt. Then we're told that they didn't have cooked what we ordered, and it would be a 5 minute wait, or we could order something else. Said we would wait, they told us to go park near the front door and they would bring it out in about 5 minutes. We found one empty parking place and pulled into it, the car in front of us in drive thru, was pulled into a space next to us waiting on their food also. After waiting 15 minutes and no sign of our food, I went in, the lady next to us went in also, the girl up front said they didn't have any pull up orders, they were all out, the other lady and I showed her our receipts, and she said, oh , you are both waiting on orange chicken, I said yes for 15 minutes, she argued that it had only been less than 5 minutes, the other lady and I told her to look at the time we ordered and what time it was now, going on 20 minutes by then. Said she would get our food. Long story short, my husband's and my orders, hardly had any chow mein noodles in them, and our orange chicken, that we had to wait on to cook, wasn't even hot. So service was horrible and the food was even worse. Won't be back. read more

Really took my time to write a review, that's how bad this place is. Went through the Drive-through and places my order not once did they say they were out of my entree. Go and pay at the window and wait. Couple minutes later they say they are out of my entree and to pull around and wait. Almost 20 minutes later I go back in and they had half my order sitting there and had just ran out of the entree they had made after my order was placed and asked me to wait longer. So you want me to wait almost an hour for 1 entree and have the rest of my order sitting there getting cold? No thanks. When we walked thru the door everyone greeted us. When we got to the line, the sever asked if we would like to sample anything. The store was clean. No trash or clutter and everything was wiped down. The employees were professional. The food had a wonderful flavor and the temperature was hot. We will be coming back. read more

Every time I have been to this particular Panda Express the interior has always been clean and the food is always fresh and very good. The staff seems very friendly and the price seems fair for the amount of food you get. I show up at 9:45 and sit in the drive thru there's a line so I'll wait keep waiting the cars aren't moving it gets to 10:00 then the truck 3 cars up pulls off I'm like uh oh next car same thing next car same thing I pull up sorry we're closed. Hmmm that's crap and the cars after me I guess f them too place was packed out and can't get any service. Recommend changing hours of service to 9:30. The food was really good. The service was quick and friendly. Our food was hot and wasn't stale like I've had at other Panda Express restaurants. This is probably the 2nd time I've eaten AT a Panda Express. I've been through the drive a few times (at different locations) but don't normally dine in. This was a newer location so I was impressed with the food line. The presentation was good although I was surprised that they had quite a few dishes that were empty and it was only 8pm. I ordered teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice. To be totally honest if this was my first time I probably wouldn't go back. The rice seemed old and dry, we got the last pieces of the bowl of orange chicken, and the teriyaki chicken was pretty dry too. I'm not sure if this is normal for this location but I might just continue to go to my normal location if so. The staff seemed a little disconnected too. Not sure if one of them ever made eye contact with the other or even knew who was doing what. Hoping this was a one off as I can see the reviews before were good for this location. read more

My husband and I went inside for a takeout order. As usual, the employees greeted us as we walked in. One of the employees, Gustavo, recognized us from previous visits and made us feel more than welcome. We ordered a large amount of Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, so we had to wait for it to be prepared. Gustavo provided us free drinks and a free order of Cream Cheese Rangoon while we waited and took care of the preparation himself. He apologized for the wait several times, checked on us several times while we waited, and gave us a card for 10% off the next 5 visits (VIP Card). All I can say is we have never been treated so well by anyone, especially when we don't really mind waiting for your wonderful food!! Props to Gustavo and the rest of your team!!! read more

Food was good. Service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and whoever was working it was pretty rude . I couldn't finish a sentence without being interrupted. I tried to order a small rice then she said " medium or large" i explained i wanted a small, she again said "medium or large ".. so i told them never mind i don't need it. What she could have said was " sir we don't offer a small but we do have other options". Worst customer service experience by far with panda. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this time I feel I got a very bad food, I got the scratch of the pot for the beef and broccoli, and my orange chicken was very dry, the beef and broccoli of both plates super dry. I would not go back there again or recommend it. read more

We came here for dinner before girls night around 9:00pm. The restaurant is very clean and obviously new! Our service ordering and food was very good however the sweet and sour sauce tasted off with an intense orange flavoring. While dinning however, an employee named Erica yelled at a boy cleaning "Clean the tables and sweep" as she was talking with her family eating in her uniform. Professionally, using a please or at least making a request with a less demeaning tone would be helpful. There were also several employees who had their family there eating with them. I've worked restaurants before and while discounts are helpful, we had to have uniforms off or eat in the back if we or our family were dinning in. There were literally more employees and family members dinning than customers. I will say an employee named Nathan came to the table to ask if we needed anything else and thanked us for coming as we were leaving. His customer service and work ethic (he was cleaning and stocking the entire time we were there) is what keeps people coming back. read more

I ordered a bowl of Kung Pao Chicken with a half and half side of rice and noodles. Pretty straightforward no? Well I drive so my destination, open my bowl and discover chicken and ONLY rice. No big deal everyone makes mistakes, but I drove to Yukon specifically for Panda Express, so I went back. I told the teenager at the window I ordered noodles and I only got rice. No apology, no giving me a new bowl, just put noodles (or so I thought) into a side container and sending me on my way. I was foolish and didn't check the side container supposedly holding my noodles until I arrived at my destination, for a second time. Once I discovered they gave me a side of rice, I drove all the way back and showed them their mistake. Once again, no apology, no new bowl, they put noodles in a side container and handed it to me. As I handed them the rice in exchange, the ditsy employee replied "you can keep it". Didn't order it the first time, didn't order it a second time, so I replied "I don't want it". She said nothing, snatched it out of my hand and I drove to my destination for a third and final time to finally eat my cold Chinese food. Thanks for your service, Yoselire H!
