My husband was very doubtful that it would compare to our favorite place across the street but at the end of the meal he said "well goodbye old place hello Chan's " the food was AMAZING! My cashew chicken was full of flavor and had the perfect amount of savory sauce, his sesame chicken was not only the best he has ever had but was the perfect ratio of sweet and spice. The orange chicken was a bit spicy for my kid but I loved it (next time I say no spice) but my kid still loved it nonetheless. Why have I never had this before!? I had never been to this location, but my friend lives in the area and says he goes frequently. When we first arrived, they were kind friendly and greeted us immediately. They were able to see us at their largest table. My friend then placed all of the orders because he knew what we all liked and what they had on the menu already. The food came out in waves, which was nice so we got a chance to eat a little bit of everything at a time instead of being overwhelmed with everything all at once. The temperature of the food was great! Hot and fresh :-) the seasoning could've been a little better. My friend said some of the "spicy" food was not very spicy. My friend who suggested it said that tonight wasn't their best night though as well. He said he's been before and it was great while tonight's food was just mediocre.
