Paid less than 40 dollars and it is a great deal. Huge portions. The Mongolian beef was tender and tasty. The Chow Fun was awesome. The garlicky flavor of the sauce they use is delicious. Sweet and Sour Chicken was yummy. The veggies still had a crispness and had chunks of pineapple. The sauce is served on the side. Fried rice had lots of egg and veggies. Their Hot and Sour soup is so yummy. We ordered 2 orders of crispy noodles for the soups. Service was fast. Everything was packed properly and food was fresh. We randomly tried the sesame chicken from someone and it was surprisingly still crispy even though it was ordered through door dash so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, only the sesame chicken is worth getting. The chicken was crispy and very flavorful. However both noodle dishes were very mid. The pad Thai did not taste like the ones from Thai restaurants. And the other noodle dish just didn't stand out. Both noodle dishes were bland and I wouldn't order it again. The quality of the food has gone downhill. I got combo garlic sauce with shrimp and scallops and it was bland with watery garlic sauce. The egg drop soup has no flavor and order two boxes of rice because they give you a tiny box. It was $18.50 for just the entree and the soup. They offer no lunch menu on Saturday but dinner prices. FOOD POISONING 2 TIMES WITHIN A FEW MONTHS!! The the owner answered and she was very nonchalant about us getting food poisoning. She did not much details just said what do you want your money back? OK come in. I got the vibe that she gets this call often. My boyfriend was too sick to go in so he never went to get his money back. Fast-forward a few months later, he tried it again because it's very close to his parents home. This time he got extremely sick to the point where he had to go to the hospital and get prescribed some medicine. When I called the restaurant, the man that answer the phone would not give me his name , when I asked multiple times when the owner would be there he said he doesn't know. And then he proceeded to say you have something wrong with your stomach. Call your doctor and hung up. I called a second time and he told me The same thing and hung up after maybe 10 seconds of being on the phone. Very unprofessional , literally can give two shits less about what we ordered. What possibly the food could have been contaminated with or how he could make it better. We will never return to this restaurant number one because of the food poisoning number two because of the horrible customer service. read more

The restaurant use to be a go to, if you wanted decent Chinese. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend this place, now. Perhaps, it's because it's expanded to several restaurants and the owner/manager isn't over seeing how the food is made or plated. The wonton soup has eliminated the green onions, which was one of the best ingredients. The fried Crab Rangoon, was fried crispy and had only the cream cheese for the ingredients. Fried Rice was missing the egg, and the Walnut Shrimp was swimming in its sauce with a few cremated walnuts. Shrimp had a a very strong flavor. Overall the lunch was sadly inedible. read more

Went recently for the first time for takeout. Agree that the portions are large and the service is very fast. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is friendly. The online menu is partially correct. The available items are there but the prices are out of date and seem suspiciously low. So be prepared for some sticker shock if this is what you are basing your final bill on. The food seemed a little bland. I could barely tell there were spices there. Everything was large - large chunks of soft brisket, long thick noodles and large clumps of egg. While I did not go inside to dine, I take some time to look at the entrance and glimpse into the dining area. The dining area looked clean and well kept - elegant. The entrance was another story. The carpet had ground in dirt and carpeting on the initial steps up into the dining area was well worn with roofing nails holding the frayed carpet in place. Mats were place before the steps to cover up the ground in dirt in the carpet underneath. Given what had I seen and tasted, I am a bit disappointed. In the end, flavor is what matters most. Ordered take out and paid online. Although the program asks for a tip, I am not in the habit of leaving a tip just to be handed food. So zero tip. I prefer to tip at the restaurant based on the service when I get there. However, on arrival I felt that register people knew I had not tipped, because they had attitude. And they handed me the food with no comment, no how you, enjoy, have a good day no nothing. When I get home none of the things I normally get in restaurant for sit down not there. No chips, no hot mustard. The included white rice was old and crusty. I asked for spicy and I counted one, count em one hot pepper. Typically, I get so many I count them all. Went in and thought it was going to be like the brighton location, man, me and my family were WRONG. We order and the waitress seemed confused and didn't have half the stuff written down, we got so much less food than we asked for, it was small portions and we asked for no spice and she gave us spice on our chicken. Me and my family normally go home with a bunch of food and it tastes GOOD, not this time it didn't. The broccoli was cold and so was my soup, the crab and cheese wontons were disgusting and the lo mein was dry and so was the beef that was on it. I was disappointed because heavens dragon is such a go to for our family. Shame. Nobody was there and we were rushed the ENTIRE TIME. The staff were loud and it just seemed dirty in general. It's a beautiful restaurant but dirty. The waitress made us pay not even halfway through the meal and when she brought the receipts back for us to sign, she just waited there, we were eating and my mother was in the bathroom with my youngest sister, she couldn't leave for a few seconds while my family came back from the restroom. I had this Chinese restaurant back on August 31st, 2023, and I was disappointed. I got pork dumplings, cup of hot & sour soup, egg roll, cream cheese wonton, shrimp with garlic sauce, and fried rice. I thought the soup, egg roll, and cream cheese wonton were decent. Even though, egg rolls in Colorado are made with spring roll wrappers. I thought the pork in the dumplings tasted kind of funny. The fried rice has absolutely not vegetables in it. It was just cooked rice and soy sauce. I thought the shrimp with garlic sauce was okay, but nothing special. The service was okay. The dining area did look nice though, and was impressed with that. Have to note, I did not like having to look at the framed Hillary Clinton pictures at the front lobby. I know this is the blue Denver area, but common. Not every customer who walks into that door would enjoy looking at them. read more

We ordered delivery last night since we were sick. The food came quickly and correctly. The dumplings had a thick skin which made it seem house made. They were delicious with a nice pan fry. The dipping sauce had a nice kick to it. The egg drop soup was really good. It had some chicken and some vegetables in it which was a nice surprise. They also give you wonton chips to add in. I will start by saying we did not have an issue with the staff, ok now that that is out of the way. If you go don't look at anything, if you're on a date with someone just gaze into the other persons eyes, look at your phone, stare at that weird freckle on your arm.... Why that's weird guy on the internet why is this? Well if you look anywhere else you'll want to leave....seriously. So me and my lady went here years ago, like a long time ago and it was ok, but good lord now it's really something else. Let's start with the carpet.....no let's not. Ok let's start with the ceiling.....just take a look if you're going, go ahead I dare you, the HVAC vents look like my dryer vent outside, gross. How about the booths that look like an old suitcase your grandpa has in his basement that is older than you. The tables are worn to the wood on the edges, the windows have dried liquid and grease and god knows what else caked on them. Everything is covered in dust so gross. The smell is like an old persons house that isn't that clean that may have a leak somewhere......smells like an old sock mixed with some old carpet mixed with grease and food. The sesame chicken was overcooked and tuff, too crunchy and did not taste great, as other reviews have said this food is not made to order, it's in a big vat that they scoop out of as we got it in 5 minutes if that. The wonton soup tasted like it was sitting for days and the wonton was rubbery and weird tasting. I couldn't tell if the masks the staff were wearing was for covid or they know something we didn't....... My lady had to take 4 sets of silverware off of another table to get a clean spoon, check your flatware, really..... It was really the twilight zone, not sure how it passes inspection, I'm actually confused how it's open. Seriously, do not go here just don't, they need a complete remodel and a revamp of the entire way they do business in the kitchen, as I'm writing this review my stomach is burbling and I'm preparing for a dirty dirty night of wiping my bunghole until it's chapped, I have baby powder ready to assist. Any good reviews may be really really old or delivery with low expectations. Any recent review that is dine-in that is above 1 star they were either tripping acid, wasted, or just really weird. I went to the bathroom and literally heard our waitress say, "I want to go home!" after she saw us seated in her section. She then rushed us to order. I used to love this place. I loved the freshness of the food, the amount of food you received per order, the ownership, the cost, the quiet restaurant, and their efficiency. However, things have changed, I know times have been tough but they seem to be falling a bit on freshness, orders have gotten smaller, and frankly efficiency has not been a priority. 4 out of the last 5 pick up orders have been either ridiculously small portion sizes (like 1/2 to 3/4 full containers) or just simply missing items all together. And, when you call in and complain, they act like your lying and want you to come back to the restaurant. I'm sorry, but If I order pick up, the last thing I want to do is drive back and fight with you about the contents you gave me. I want to sit and eat with my family. So, I'm not trying to kill them with a bad review, I'm hoping things get back in order. I'd rather share the things I think can be easily resolved if someone (Dan) is paying attention. The people there were very nice and welcoming. There is a lot of good Chinese places in have tried but i have to say this is my top 3! Their food is always tasting fresh and warm. I tried this place 4 years ago, and it was terrible. I forgot I had tried this place before, so I tried ordering them on door dash a week or so ago, then ordered again today. I have to say they improved a lot. At least in the aspect of General Tsos and Pan Fried Dumplings. It's what I was looking for in a greasy westernized Chinese Food joint. I'll continue to order from them, if the quality stays like this. The only down side is that the price is a little high for a Chinese take out place, but in my opinion worth for not having to deal with all the other garbage Chinese places around this area.
